Tanya and Marc were great, from the moment we spoke to them on Zoom. We had to a virtual handover due to an early morning flight. They kept us up to date with cat updates, they were really understanding that Yeti didn’t want to come and say hi and made sure he was comfortable outside by putting food out for him everyday. Tali loved the extra attention and I was so happy to come home to a clean house with their sheets and towels clean. Would highly recommend them and would happily have them back.

Jordan and Marta are simply the very best house sitters. They cared for Martha our cat and she was obviously smitten with them. Abbi and Martin were fantastic house and pet sitters . They are very experienced at house sitting and their confidence showed through . They were reliable, organised , good communicators both before the sit and during . It was helpful to meet them both in person just before we departed for a weeks’ holiday . They were both very warm towards us and more importantly our 2 dogs and we left without a moments hesitation about leaving them in our home with our boys . It was evident from the pictures we received and how the dogs were upon our return that they had been well looked after and had lots of fuss, snuggles and walks . The house was also immaculate. Would have no hesitation in recommending this fab couple . Thanks guys, we hope to be able to use you again !

Kaye and Peter are a super couple and we would highly recommend them as pet sitters. They arrived a day in advance to meet us and our pets. Animal loving couple looking to take on a new adventure in life!
We were very lucky to have caught Jemma and Kieran in between sits and at fairly short notice, when our usual arrangements with family fell through. It was clear from our initial zoom chat that they were going to be the perfect fit. We were impressed with their experience and the situations they had handled on previous sits, and we loved their passion for pets. Whilst we were away Jemma and Kieran sent regular updates and photos of our cat Violet. They took care to administer her medication and gave her plenty of attention, especially with her toys (Violet takes playtime very seriously!). They were particularly attentive with the house and garden, maintaining the hot tub and mowing the grass whilst we were away. It was lovely coming back to a clean home, with freshly made-up bed. They even got us some fresh baguettes and butter from our favourite store! They also got involved in some local volunteering activities, which was very welcomed in the community. Jemma and Kieran are a warm, friendly couple who are extremely diligent, reliable and thoughtful, and we’d happily have them back to sit.

For years to come we will have Lowell to thank for the beautiful pictures and videos of Tango that she took during her stay. She went absolutely above and beyond in her care of her. We struck gold again! What a gem - thank you, Sarah for looking after Dasher and our home so wonderfully. Sarah’s communication before and during her stay was excellent. She is a calm and gentle lady - she understood and met Dasher’s needs and he was very chilled when we got home. The house was immaculate on our return. This was my first house sit with Zeewoi and I was nervous about lending the van among other things. I chose Mark and Sue because of their excellent recommendations from other sitters and I was not dissapointed. Everything was great from start to finish and Im embarassed that Mark ended up fixing my van. The weather was unusally hot while they were sitting for me, but they seemed to cope ok. I would happily have them back to sit again any time.

Anastasia was a good housesitter. She communicated proactively, and the cats seemed happy in her company. She made sure to arrive well ahead of time despite some issues with the train service, regularly provided updates on how things are going, and was flexible around arrival and departure times. I recommend her to other pet owners.

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Amanda was the perfect housesitter and pet sitter for our cat. She is organized and communicative, and took care to ensure she understood the guidelines for taking care of our home and our cat. She left our house in perfect condition and we returned home to one happy kitty! Would not hesitate to have Amanda housesit for us again or recommend her to others looking for a sitter.

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. As far as caring for my house - top notch.

Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge.
