Steven and Ariel were amazing house sitters. They came to meet my husband beforehand to introduce themselves, which I thought was nice and reassuring. They sent us frequent updates and photos of our lovely Fluffy. The kids and i enjoyed seeing what she was up to… she looked very happy with Steven and Ariel in the photos and videos and I could see they were treating her very well. Once we got home Fluffy was relaxed. They left our home exactly as they found it, plus they cleaned up a pan I had nearly destroyed and left a beautiful floral display. We were very pleased as they made our few days away worry free and the process was effortless. We would be happy for them both to stay in our home and look after Fluffy again.

We were lucky to have Sean take care of our dog, Manfred, a French bulldog who loves to rest and soak up the little sun on these winter days. From the first moment, Sean gave us a lot of confidence, showing a genuine love for animals. Although our dog is quite calm and does not need much activity, Sean was excellent company for him. Sean made sure that Manfred was comfortable and happy, respecting his relaxed pace and enjoying the moments of sunshine together. In addition, he kept us informed with photos and daily updates, which was a great relief while we were away. Additionally, Sean was kind to the dogs in the neighborhood. He even became fond of a little dog in the neighborhood, with whom he went for a run in the park and helped her find a new home, since the owner could not keep her in the best conditions. When we returned home, we found our dog happy, well cared for and in perfect spirits. Sean really understood our dog's needs and treated him with great affection. The house was clean and tidy and we felt his kindness when we returned from our trip. In the short time we spent with him, we had the chance to get to know an intelligent and great conversationalist man whose travel experiences are enriching and it is enjoyable to spend time with him. We recommend Sean without hesitation. He is responsible, affectionate and cares about the well-being of animals, even the quietest ones.

This was our first time with housesitters and Libby and Peter were amazing! They were reassuring before we left, came to meet us and the dogs and arrived at the house soon after we'd left. This was the second time within two months that Paula came to look after my house rabbits Max and Cyndi. Cyndi had just had surgery in connection with her ongoing bladder problems and needed medication during the recovery process. "Nurse Paula" again did a great job and on top of that took my bunny to the vet halfway through the sit for a quick follow-up appointment. She also informed me immediately when my boy Max seemed a bit off and gave him some emergency meds for his occasional "upset stomach" right away. He thankfully seemed normal and hungry when I walked through the door a few hours later! I am grateful having had Paula on my site during this time since she was a great help and did everything without further ado. She always leaves the house spotless and is the most pleasant house guest you could wish for. I very much hope to welcome her again in the future!

We met with Gill and Clive prior to our trip and were very happy. They were very friendly and engaging and our dogs instantly bonded and played. Gill and Clive arrived on the day of our trip as planned and provided updates every couple of days during our trip, putting our minds at rest. Upon our return, our house was very clean and tidy and Gill had very kindly provided us with some basic essentials (bread, milk & eggs). Our dogs were happy and it was clear they had been very well cared for. We could not recommend Gill and Clive any higher to other zeewoi members.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! Julita came to our home to sit for our dog for four days as we didn't want to put him into kennels. He's not the easiest to look after, old, unwell at times, has medication and is picky over his food. Julita looked after him wonderfully, she kept in touch every day with updates on what he had eaten, the walks he'd had and sent many photos which were reassuring. When we returned, the house was just as we had left it, maybe even tidier! I cannot recommend and thank Julita enough. She is very caring, reliable, professional and trustworthy.
Julita was hands down the best petsitter we’ve ever had to date. She was on time every day, asked us questions which really put me at ease, as we’ve just had petsitters in the past that just assume doing something is fine. She showed genuine concern and care for each of our pets. We got updates every time she fed them including pictures. Her rate is personally I think very reasonable. He replies are fast and shes a very positive and nice person. We will absolutely be coming back when we next go away. I couldn’t recommend more!!

We booked Julita for a weekend as we didn't want to put our two large dogs into kennels. Julita came to visit ahead of the booking to get to know the dogs. We found Julita very passionate, reliable, trustworthy, personable and brilliant and with out two dogs. Over the weekend Julita kept us updated with photos and short messages. We had asked her not to take the dogs for walks due to their size and reactivity to other dogs and therefore Julita spent a lot of time just playing with them at home. She managed to tire them out! We returned to two happy and content dogs, a tidy house and the knowledge that we had left them in very capable and loving hands. We have already booked Julita for another weekend and would highly recommend her. Knowing our dogs are looked after while we are away gives peace of mind and makes for a relaxing break and the dogs can't wait either.

This Pet Care business is more than just a business. The owner, Karina, has a magic with dogs, she loves them and they know it. Our Brussels Griffon has been visiting weekly and also has stayed overnight. Her routine is noted and all is done to make her comfortable. She loves going and never looks back when we leave her. Karina sends us photos during her stay which can be reassuring when first you leave your pet. We are lucky to have such a service locally.
Every time Loki attends The Bees Knees pet care I can see has had an amazing day! He is exhausted from playing with new friends, from walking and paddling and even some behavioural training! Karina sends me gorgeous photos of his escapades throughout the day, which are so lovely to see. I feel fully confident that Loki is in a safe, fun and loving environment when I leave him. I would fully recommend Karina and the professional and fun business she runs . My dog has been going to Karina for nearly a year and he absolutely loves his time with Karina. This is a home from home for your fur babies. My Cockapoo is a lockdown pup and like Velcro but he absolutely loves going to The Bees Knees and adores Karina. He has lots of fun play time and lovely long walks with his new pals that are there when he goes and he doesn’t even look back at me when I leave him. Also if the need arose I would not hesitate to book him in to board because I know I would not have to worry about him.. There are also lots of lovely videos and photos of what a good time he is having.
The Bee’s Knees really is the bee’s knees or the dogs bits! We trust Karina and co implicitly and never worry about leaving our pup with her when we go away. We searched for a while for the right type of care for when we needed it for our pup and wanted to take the time to find exactly the right person. I can whole heartedly say we have found that with the Bee’s Knees and would highly recommend them! We know he gets the best care and most of all he really enjoys it. He always gets lots of exercise, socialisation, training and cuddles. We feel that he is looked after like their own dog. We get regular updates with photos during the day which is lovely as we can see how much fun he’s having! If you are looking for someone to look after your best furry pal, look no further!

Laurel and Evie pet sat my 3 rats over Christmas. They were kind and professional, and I could tell from their introduction visit that my rats loved them. They emailed me a few times to update on how things were going, which was nice. They were also very responsive whenever I emailed them. I highly recommend them for any small pets; my girls were all happy and healthy and in a clean cage when I returned home.
This is the best pet care service we have ever used!! My family and I recently went to my brother’s Marriage Blessing, which was about 200 miles away from where we live. Unfortunately, we had to take our cat and two dogs with us – the cat suffers from chronic pancreatitis, and one of the dogs is extremely nervous due to having come from a puppy farm; the other dog suffers separation anxiety, as I’m almost always at home with them, because I’m chronically ill. Therefore, we wanted to take them so they could be with us most of the time (for instance, they stayed with us at our hotel overnight etc.), but we needed someone for them to stay with during the hours of the ceremony and reception. I was very nervous about having to leave them with someone, but Laurel and Evie couldn’t have been better. They had a beautiful, large room for our pets to stay in, completely away from any other animals, and they were never left on their own. The atmosphere was extremely calm and serene, and Laurel and Evie had a wonderful way with our pets – the cat doesn’t really like anyone to touch him except me, but was perfectly happy to sit in Laurel’s arms as soon as he met her. What’s more, our little dog that came from a puppy farm has never taken treats from anyone except us before, but after being a little wary to begin with, took them quite happily from Laurel and Evie. On top of all that, my schedule was a complete mess, and Laurel and Evie couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were so, so lovely and kind. You can probably tell from this review that my family and I are obsessively overprotective about our pets, but I had complete peace of mind leaving them with Laurel and Evie. I would recommend them to everyone, and would use them again without a second thought if I’m ever over in Cambridge again and need somewhere for my pets to stay. They were totally, completely, 100% perfect!!!
I was unable to get my cat into his usual cattery and couldn't look after my daughter's cat as we were going to be away at the same time. I looked on Google for pet sitters but was a bit apprehensive about having someone I didn't know come into my home as was my daughter. My hairdresser recommended Happy Pets and I am glad I decided to give it a go. Both my daughter and I were very happy with the service that Happy Pets offered, particularly the reassuring text that they sent after the first visit. Both our cats seemed well looked after and Laurel left everything very clean. Delighted with the service and most definitely will be calling them in again. Highly recommended.
When we got our guinea pigs I was so worried what to do with them when we travel. Having a friend coming over once a day just didn't seem the right thing. But I hit the jack pot when I found this safe and wonderful place. The owners provide large and beautiful cages, excellent care and love. They will accommodate your animal's (and your needs). I highly recommend Happy Pets Cambridge. My husband was traveling and I had too much at work, so I needed someone to walk my dog each day. Jasmine and Jack are the kind of people who truly love dogs, and have the experience to communicate with them effectively beyond the one-size-fits-all stuff. My pup, Puff, has had his share of bad sitter experiences (through no fault of his own, or the sitters'---just extremely unfortunate set of circumstances), and I was worried he would have a hard time staying outside of my house. Petcare Pawfection folks were very understanding and patient, gave great advice, and eased Puffle in until he was comfortable staying with them. Now he can have a holiday too while I'm away, and it's such a relief to know he's loved and cared for, and is having a great time with his buddy Mila 🥰 He gets so excited when I'm dropping him off!!
Amazing house sitting experience with Petcare Pawfection. After our regular dog sitter fell ill, I was urgently looking for someone to watch Freddie, my stubborn Newfoundland dog with a big, dramatic personality. Jasmine responded incredibly quickly and professionally and got everything arranged for the house sit with a days notice. She was very considerate of Freddie's needs and provided me with regular updates and photos on how things were going. Looking forward to using their services again in the future!
My wife and I have used Jack and Jasmine's service recently when we needed to travel away for a week and were highly satisfied. As recent newcomers to Cambridge with a dog recently arrived with us from Mexico they were very flexible and took great care keeping us informed through daily photos of walks and reassuring us the dog was in good spirits. She sent photos and videos regularly which made us so happy, and really got to know their quirks and personalities. We had an absolutely brilliant experience with petcare pawfection. We chose the home sitting service to not overwhelm our dog with new environments: Jasmine responded quickly, was very open to our requests, and highly understanding and caring of our (energetic) puppy cavapoo. I dont like being without my dog, but I had to go away for work for a few days. He's had issues when being left with or walked by other people in the past, so I was concerned when leaving him with Jack and Jasmine at petcare pawfection. My concern was unfounded - he had a great time! He ate well, played hard, swam and got cuddles whenever he wanted. Needless to say he had a great time. How do i know all this? Because i got regular updates and photo's/videos. And when i felt the need for an additional update, a quick message and withing a couple of minutes I knew what the floofy little beast was up to. I will definitely heave him with them again if I have to - to say I'm happy with the service they provide would be an understatement.

Laura has been looking after our 'Bear' for some time now - we will not use anyone else. Fantastic care, he loves staying there and gets all the walks and care he needs. She and her family are totally trustworthy and really do care about the dogs they have in their care. As Bear has got older, Laura has adjusted his exercise time and intensity - he always comes home healthy and happy.
Our to Labs always have an amazing stay with Laura and Gray. It really is a home from home for them, they settle quickly and are very soon completely relaxed and content. As owners it’s so important to have the peace of mind that your dogs are being well cared for while you are away. They go on some fabulous walks, trips to the beach, the woods and the pub ! In fact they have such great time that the next booking we have I am staying with Doggums and hubby can take a trip away with the dogs !
We have just left our dog for the first time with Laura. We will definitely be coming back. We received regular updates all reassuring that Winnie was having a lovely time. There was so much variety and stimulation for her. I don’t think she was happy to be back home! Thank you and see you again.
Laura was brilliant from start to end with our Roxy, she managed to fit us in at pretty short notice, super friendly and kept us updated with what Roxy had been up to during her stay, she sent lots of pictures and we could see how happy Roxy was, she clearly had lots of walks and exercise and fuss by the looks of it! Highly recommend!! Wouldn’t hesitate to book Roxy in again as I know she would be well looked after!
Laura had my dog Winnie to stay for a week. I have never left Winnie before, so I was a little apprehensive, but as soon as I dropped Winnie off that faded, as I knew she would have a lovely time with Laura. Winnie had lovely walks, playtime with other dogs and got her sofa cuddles all week! We also received lots of updates and photos which my two children especially loved receiving. Thank you again and Winnie will look forward to her next holiday with Laura!
Our little poochon had a lovely week with Laura! She was given lots of attention, lots of interesting walks and made some new doggy friends. The daily photos of their adventures were so lovely to receive! I'd highly recommend!
Laura is a fantastic dog carer. We are so lucky to have found her and are very happy with knowing how much our dog enjoys going to stay with her. The last time he went to stay he couldn't wait to go through Laura's front door. He has the best time and it's a bonus for him to hang out with other canines. I'm convinced he seems to regret having to come home! Our dog has lots of exercise and cuddles. Laura not only knows a huge amount about dogs, she is always ready to research and learn more. She tailors each dog's individual needs and treats each one accordingly. Added to this Laura is a straightforward, kind and honest person. Laura has been looking after our boy for a few weeks now. She’s so fantastic, is so flexible around us and gives us updates all day. Snickers has the best time with the other dogs and is always so worn out when she’s home. Highly recommended!

Would have no hesitation in recommending Jess, using her services again. Jess looked after my Boarder Collie, Sky, for a long weekend, I was very lucky she was free as it was very short notice. Very friendly lady, took beautiful care of Sky, gave me updates and photos of Sky which gave me great trust in leaving her with Jess & Sky obviously had a lovely time away. I am not used to leaving Sky with people she doesn't know so was a bit nervous but as soon as I met Jess I knew I had no need to be. I will definately be super happy to leave Sky with Jess again. Fully recommend, trustworthy & caring.
Jess was great with our cocker spaniel, Otto. She took care of him for a long weekend and arranged to meet him a few days earlier for him to familiarise. Jess was very good at keeping us updated on messages, and we could tell that Otto had a great time as he was so friendly with her when she dropped him off. We'll board Otto with Jess again and we highly recommend her.
I would 100% recommend Jess. She looked after our old dog Lewis for 5 days and we got him back extremely happy and well cared for. We were kept updated with daily photos and videos of him on walks, as well as eating, sleeping and drinking water, which really put us at ease, as he is reluctant to do these things without us around. We hired Jess & Ella to chaperone our sprocker spaniel at our wedding in Norfolk. They provided a whole days service from when were getting ready until the end of the party. They were absolutely fantastic throughout. They responded to his needs, so that he (and we!) could enjoy the day to the full. They went over and above with the service, even getting him to sign the guest book and helping to direct his attention for photos with a squeaky toy (which probably meant more of our guests were looking the right way as well). We would highly recommend them for any event you may need them for.
We were looking for a dog walker who did solo walks for our cocker spaniel. Jess and Ella came to meet our dog and understand more about him and his history. They were extremely knowledgeable, both having animal behavioural and first aid qualifications and significant experience which we found very reassuring. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the walks our dog receives. We know the training we do with him is continued on his walks with them. They take care to wash and dry our dog after muddy walks. We also receive photos and updates from his walks which are lovely to receive. Jess and Ella have also been available for additional walks when required on weekends too. We highly recommend Jess and Ella and trust them with our dog and he loves them both.
We have found Jess and Ella to be incredibly trustworthy, accommodating and reliable. They clearly love our three dogs - we get daily photos from them and they send commentaries after each visit so we are fully reassured that the dogs are ok whilst we are out at work. We trust them wholeheartedly and we would not hesitate recommending them.
Jess, Ella and Libby looked after our kitten, William while we were away and they were absolutely brilliant! It's clear that they genuinely care about the animals they look after and they can feel it. William warmed up to them very quickly and we came back to a happy kitten. The communication was amazing from start to finish, they kept us posted the whole time and sent photos from each visit. Would wholeheartedly recommend them!
We booked J and E to care for our cat, Dora and the service they provided was outstanding. They visited twice a day and made sure she was well fed and watered, they also ensured she received the attention she needs by encouraging her to sit on their laps and they played with her when she wanted to. Furthermore they sent us updates by Whatsapp twice a day including photos, this was so reassuring and very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in using Jess and Ella again and would recommend them to anybody.
I hired Jess and Ella to look after my dog Pepsi when I was away for the evening. We scheduled a couple of extra walks so she could build her confidence with new people. Ella had some lovely walks and sent pictures to show how well she was doing. I found E&J pet service to be very friendly and efficient with good communication. I would recommend there services anytime.
Jess and Ella are fantastic. I can highly recommend their services. Our vizsla particularly enjoys the group walks. They provide great updates whilst on the walks and send lots of pictures which are lovely to see.
Jess and Ella are friendly and Bear seemed to take to them. He has had a couple of walks now and they all went smoothly so no complaints at all! It is great that Jess and Ella have been able to meet our needs if adhoc walks especially being available at weekends which is perfect for us.

My puppy has been going to Normans since November and he absolutely loves it. He gets so excited when we arrive in the car park and he doesn’t look back at me for a second as he goes inside. He started attending the puppy club sessions which are brilliant as they do training with the puppies and film this which you have access to. The trainers are always happy to work on any areas that I raise and are very friendly. More recently we have had some behavioural help from TJ as my puppy and older dog were not getting on. TJ has worked miracles! She listens to you and at no point makes you feel silly or judged. She genuinely cares about helping us and the dogs and we have gone from having 2 dogs who wanted to fight and couldn’t be in the same room to 2 dogs who are comfortable around each other and happy. We will be forever grateful to TJ for her support with the boys. I would highly recommend her to anyone having issues with their dog and would recommend Normans to anyone looking for daycare!
Norman's just can't be faulted in my opinion. They take such good care of the dogs and give them all the attention they need and even some training.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot praise Norman's Dog Day Care enough! The team are incredibly warm and welcoming, and they genuinely care about each and every dog that walks through their doors. I had a fantastic session with Tamsin and my 14 week old whippet, Percy, and we both took absolutely loads away. We discussed what we needed to work on and Tamsin delivered a great session built around developing Percy’s recall and the improvements we saw in a short space of time was staggering! I fired off every possible question I could think of and Tamsin and her colleagues were great at offering simple to follow training tips and things to try to aid in my puppy training journey. I cannot wait to return for the next session; thanks Norman’s!! 🐶
Tamsin and her team of professional dog handlers are amazing. They train and walk the dogs daily, with plenty of activities and rest time as well. Normans have looking after my dogs for over 3 years now and I can honestly say that my dogs life has been enriched because of their dedication.
We use Normans for our puppies and they're wonderful with them we love the pictures and videos! Our puppies drag us in when we park up next to the day care TJ is wonderful with all the dogs here and has their best interests at heart.
My French bulldog puppy has absolutely loved Norman’s! When we first got her, she was afraid of larger dogs, and now she’s jumping and playing with Rottweilers 3x her size. She loves the centre and cannot wait to get in, the minute she sees Tamsin-Jane and her colleagues, she squeaks until she can get through the gate. The puppy classes have built Darcy’s confidence, and helped us immensely with her behaviour and ongoing training. Tamsin-Jane has also provided us with lots of helpful personal advice to us for Darcy (e.g., advice on supplements for her ongoing heat/false pregnancy and how to manage her during these, as well as offering support with eye drops and ear drops). With the puppy classes we also have access to a very useful Facebook page full of training of Darcy videos and other puppies, which has been a massive help. Along with this, regular updates and videos/pictures, it’s helped us set our mind at ease. We are lucky enough to have an office that lets us have Darcy with us, but we love sending her to Norman’s due to how happy the socialising makes her. Norman’s clearly love what they do, and all trainers and staff have been fab. They always recognise us and Darcy and make a big fuss. We also love the personalised touch, such as Christmas and halloween parties, where everyone at Norman’s gets involved. This is clearly a labour of love, and not just a crèche. Thanks so much! Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Normans is the best, we have recently moved away and are now realising how lucky we were to have it on our doorstep. Albs would run out the car spinning circles on arrival and you could clearly tell how much he adored it there. Always felt very safe leaving him there. Can you open a Bristol branch?!

Our pooch has been going here just under a year and he still gets excited when we get to the front door. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The unit is always clean. Lots of activities for the dogs to do inside and out with addition enrichment activities carried out day to day. We cannot recommend Normans enough. TJ and the team are passionate people with great credentials to match this shows through the care and attention they provide the dogs. It's also great to see what they get up to via the Facebook page though out the day as well.
Been sending our dog since she was a pup and it's been absolutely fantastic for her. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and more than happy to help out with questions whenever asked

We take our dog to Jo for "doggy daycare" once a week, and she has a great time! She runs around all day with loads of other dogs and comes home happy and exhausted. It's great for her socialisation and also helpful for our schedule. Jo is very professional, supportive, flexible, understanding, and simply wonderful all around. We drive completely out of the way (from Cherry Hinton, working in the opposite direction), yet we feel it is entirely worth it!
My pet started going there when he was 3 months old. Now he is going to be 3 years. Training a husky for an offleash walk would have been a difficult task without his time at this day care. He likes to go there everyday if possible
