My Maltipoo has been going here for 7 years. Hes been boarded and gets his regular grooming done. THEY ARE GREAT! Debbie is a wonderful women. And my dog is not an easy dog to get along with either - bad attitude!

We have been taking our dogs to Diamond A for about 18 years now, dogs passed and present. Debra and Katie take great care of them. They bathe and groom them if requested and they do a great job! I would not take my pets to any other kennel in this area. I highly recommend them!

We have boarded our dogs at Diamond A Kennels numerous times the last three years and have had great service every time. They are attentive, professional and competitively priced. Our Chocolate Lab, Rocky, absolutely loves the staff. We recommend them with enthusiasm.

Steven immediately took the dog to the emergency vet, where, thanks to their quick action, her life was saved. This is just one of the many selfless acts they have performed over the years, without acknowledgment or public recognition. The best experience ever. Had to evacuate from hurricane Helene. Debra and Cat were the BEST EVER. We were able to visit our dog And that was soooo special. When we picked Molly up she had a bath and a new shark bandana. We will use her again!!!!! Thank God for small businesses like this !!

0 stars!! DON’T BRING YOUR DOGS HERE! My parents boarded our 2 young healthy dogs and 1 of them died while being “cared for” here. Based on what we saw when our dog’s body was picked up, looks like possible neglect and dehydration were the cause but that’s our opinion. Do your research about this place. Healthy pup about to turn 3 years old was “fine 1 day and dead the next”. Stuff like that doesn’t just happen overnight to a healthy happy dog. So many different stories from the owner Debbie of why our dog died, all outrageous reasonings that don’t even make sense. Completely unprofessional and no compassion, empathy or regard for dogs lives. Tried to carry out a normal conversation like my sister was just casually picking up groceries but instead she was picking up our deceased family pups body after our 2, almost 3 year old girl dog passed away under this kennels care. Trying to get a straight, direct and honest answer from this place is a joke. Absolutely no transparency from Debbie or this kennel in general. Do your own research on how many dog deaths have happened at this place because they sure as hell won’t disclose it. Don’t ever bring your dogs here!!!!!!!!

So many things to say here. It all went wrong when I showed up for pickup. Paid for a departure service of a bath and confirmed with the owner several times through the week I would be there at 8 am Saturday morning and was told “we will have him ready to go!”. When I showed up, no bath had been given so I had to sit and wait for that to be done because we had a 5 hour drive home and the place smells like urine. When we get in the vehicle, his bag of food from that morning was still in there so he had not been fed. Giving them the benefit of the doubt here because it was an early pick up. Shortly after our stay, I start noticing little rice-looking pieces in his bed. Sure enough he has tapeworms. I keep him up to date on all flea and tick treatments and vaccinations, so the vet says this can simply come from ingesting a flea and we pinned it down to his stay here. I never leave reviews on google, but needless to say I hope the right person sees this before making the choice to board your babies here. The risk for sickness is just not worth it to not say something.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My experience with this kennel has been so horrible. PET PARENTS - BEWARE On July 31, 2024, I dropped off my two dogs, both healthy. My male German shepherd is 3 and my female shepherd would have been 3 this October. On August 13, the day before my daughter was set to pick them up, I get a call from Debbie, the owner, that my female puppy died. She doesn’t know why, just that the dog went to sleep and then never woke up the next morning. I’ve been given excuses as to the possibility of what happened- the barometric pressure was low (hurricane Debby was the week BEFORE my dog died and that wouldn’t cause a dog to die), to being told my dog was very anxious during the thunderstorms (which she was never afraid of storms) so I asked why I didn’t get a call if my dog was that anxious to then be told she wasn’t that anxious to then being told she could have possibly ingested rat poison or ate a rat that had been poisoned (and of course Debbie said they don’t put down rat poison so it wasn’t at their kennel - maybe someone had previously put down the poison in my yard which is just insane because the previous owner had a dog and a child that played in the backyard - this rat poison explanation was just recent). So many red flags that came up after my dog’s death. And I found out another person’s dog died almost a month before my pup. And the circumstances are similar- healthy dog, behaved normally the night before. The dog was supposed to get picked up (on July 16) so when they went to get him for his bath, the dog was found deceased. I know many people have had positive experiences here and others have had not so positive experiences. Healthy dogs just don’t go to sleep and never wake up. I know anything can happen anywhere, but I’ve been lied to and my dog and the other dog that passed away in July aren’t the only ones. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. God bless🙏🙏

I've known Debbie for more forty years and have known her to be a loving person, when it comes to an animal. When we worked together, people in our work crews would laughed at how many stray animals Debbie would take home and nurse them back to health. She would bring pictures of these animals showing their sometimes remarkable recovery. Debbie has always been an advocate for animals.

We love Tiki Paws… more importantly, our Golden Retriever, Lucas, LOVES this kennel and all of his “hooman” friends there. Pulls at the leash to go in! 😅. If he didn’t act like this, we wouldn’t take him there. We have total peace of mind while away on our travels knowing our boy is happy where he is.

I absolutely love Tiki Paws, Lynn & the awesome staff are the best!! MY labradoodle, Ellee Mae has benefitted so much by being a part of the Tiki Paws family, daycare and boarding facilities!! Thank you ALL for taking such great care of my sweet girl!!

I am thrilled to be a part of the Tiki Paws pack! My recent rescue, Rona, is blossoming into the great dog I knew she could be (and will be!) since we brought her into our home in April. Lynn and her incredible staff are a huge part of Rona's success and confidence. We keep a regular weekly day care schedule and have also boarded Rona a couple of times already. We know our "dawgder" is in good hands with Tiki Paws. It's a win-win for all of us. Just cannot say enough good things about Lynn and the Tiki Paws crew!

Tiki Paws was the best choice I made for my dog Lo Si for boarding. She was taken care of very well. Communication from them while I was away was great. I was even sent a photo of her St Patrick’s photo shoot they did. I chose the exit bath before pick up time. She was so fluffy clean and even had a flower on her collar. I can’t thank Tiki Paws enough for making my girls stay a very happy one. They get an A+ from me.

Our dogs love going to “ camp” at Tiki Paws when we travel! They see our suitcases and immediately start going to the door to go play with their friends! They are well loved and taken care of and I can travel knowing they are happy! We can’t give Tiki Paws enough praise!

Lynn and her staff take wonderful care of our girl Rosie. Rosie is almost 2 years old and blind. That did not stop Lynn from taking her for day care as well as over nights. There honestly is no one else we would leave Rosie with.

Cowboy (golden doodle) loves Tiki Paws He loves Jayme. When we arrive for grooming Cowboy jumps out of car and runs into building. Then he runs to where he needs to go. Cowboy loves all the doggies at tiki paws thanks to their socializing him

We were so happy to find Tiki Paws 3 years ago, I wouldn't leave Ziggy with anyone else. Lynn and crew are the very best!!

Coastal Paws Pet Resort is wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about them! All of the staff are super friendly and I love the way they talk to and interact with Jasper. The staff evaluates your dog so that he/she is placed with other groups of dogs with similar size and temperament with other dogs. They are given play and rest periods throughout the day. The facility is immaculately clean. There are cameras throughout so you can see your baby 24 hours a day. Jasper LOVES to come here!

It was my fur baby’s first time at daycare and boarding and Coastal Paws made his experience a great one! If you’re visiting from out of town and need a place to board your dog, PLEASE consider coastal paws. Even the way I was greeted walking into the door made me feel at ease leaving my dog for the weekend. They are extremely interactive, loving and patient with every dog that walks into their facility. And the ability to view the cameras to check in on your dog is top tier. When I’m in the area again, I will for sure be scheduling a staycation for my dog with Coastal Paws!

Millie had the BEST time playing all weekend with the pups & staff at Coastal Paws! I was so nervous to leave her as she had never been boarded & she is only 5 months old. The staff were SO nice & the cameras are a huge plus. I loved seeing her running around with the other dogs & getting love from all the staff. Millie will definitely be back!

Everything for my dog’s first boarding experience was top notch. The facility was clean and well laid out with lots of options for play and enrichment activities. The staff was efficient and caring. They carefully evaluated your pet, putting them into a well supervised play group with dogs of similar size and demeanor, making it a safe and enjoyable experience. Individual attention/play is available as well. The 24/7 camera access provides such peace of mind when you can’t be there in person. Babs loved it!

We have boarded our 3 dogs her for the last 3 yrs. They take wonderful care of all the dogs in their care. Kristen is wonderful and always tries to accommodate us, but booking ahead is definitely important. Rates are reasonable and extras are available.

I can't say enough about Kristen and her staff. Coco was our rescue out of Texas. She had a horrendous start to life - abuse, neglect, starvation. When she came to us just shy of 4 years ago she was severely underweight and terrified of her own shadow. Several years ago when Coastal Paws opened we took a chance. The first few visits she nearly had to be carried inside. She absolutely hated new places, but she needed socialization, and to learn that not all humans are bad. Kristen, her husband, and staff showed Coco love, she blossomed socially with the other dogs, and soon had both 2 and 4 legged friends. Within a few visits, she would jump into the front seat as we pulled into the parking lot of her "play place". She would confidently walk inside, heading straight to the counter on her own to get rubs and then back to the play area. This became one of her safe places, a home away from home. We always knew she was safe. Less than a month ago Coco developed respiratory issues. Kristen and her staff checked on her regularly, but the eventual diagnosis was a tumor on her heart that could not be treated, so we had to let her rest. The staff at Coastal Paws was part of her family, they let her know humans were safe. Kristen's husband was one of the only males she would sit with, forever grateful for the bedtime stories he read her times boarding with them. There is no safer place for your fur babies.

I cannot say enough about CPPR! We took our baby, Georgia, down for the week and it was our first boarding experience with her. The communication was amazing, they made us feel at ease with working with her as it was her first time in a multi dog setting, the 24 hour cameras allowed us to keep an eye on her whenever we wanted and we saw first hand just how much love the employees pour into everyone’s pets, and we were able to pick her up during the day and spend a few hours with her and take her back. Everyone was incredibly friendly and you can absolutely see the care they put into the facility. We will definitely be back in the future! Thank you guys for a wonderful week!

Let me start by saying I've never boarded my cat anywhere, she's only ever stayed with family who I knew would give me updates and take good care of her. I've seen and heard all the horror stories of boarding facilities/kennels, and since family wasn't an option this time, I was worried. I spent several days digging through Google reviews of just about every place in the city rated at least 3 stars and let me tell you, this place wins hands down. The only bad reviews I saw were complaining about price (not sure why, all their pricing is very transparent, nothing is hidden), and some dude who was angry that they wouldn't accept his totally unvaccinated dog with no appointment or reservations. I am very glad they are strict on vaccinations, since reviews on other places mentioned their pets coming home sick. The prices here are the cheapest I've seen, especially for the quality. I paid about $86 for 4 days, every other place I looked at was at least $50/day or higher, with very questionable reviews and pictures showing dirty kennels and uncomfortable environments. Everyone was super friendly and reassuring from start to finish, the facility is beautiful and very clean, and they have cameras in every area that you can access from their app or app website so you can check up on your pets during their stay. This was probably my favorite part, because I got to see my baby getting lots of love and attention, and having a great time playing with the employees. They even sent me a report card detailing her stay, her behavior, any issues if they came up, and who she made friends with. Overall, 10/10 experience and I'd give a higher rating if I could. I'll definitely be coming here in the future, I don't think any other place is an option to be honest.

Best doggy day care software boarding in myrtle. Staff is kind and phenomenal. Cameras to watch everything for those like me who need to see the baby. Can't thank then enough, and my dog loves it too!

Coastal Paws took such good care of our little dog, Luvy. She had 2 group playtimes each day & we could watch her on video during play & when she was in her crate. This helped comfort us knowing what good care she was getting. The whole resort is so clean & bright & all of the staff are very loving. I would definitely use them again & recommend them to others!

Our dog loves this place. So much better than a dog park outside. These dogs are vetted and all behave. Our dog runs to the door to be let in and play time is supervised and a blast. These owners love dogs and it shows.

Our family loves Ruffin It Doggie Daycare! Our one year old doodle cannot be left alone all day, and this has been great for her allowing us worry free time on vacation. They love their customers and go above and beyond. They even had a birthday party for our pup. It is clean, air conditioned, and well supervised

Carson has been grooming my very timid toy poodle since we moved here two years ago. He always does a fabulous job and Remi always is calm and ready to go (not his usual reticent attitude). I am more then pleased with Carson and the staff at Ruffin It and highly recommend them.

Our girl loves to go to Ruffinit. It’s a great opportunity for her to interact with lots of other dogs in a supervised and climate controlled environment.

Revised one year later: Worth every penny. They are so good with our 2 high spirited pups. The owner is hands on and ensures every dog is well taken care of. Great experience. The prices are a little high but the dogs were happy.

They seem to be good with the day care side of things but do NOT let them groom your dog, especially if your dog has any hair length. The guy that grooms obviously has zero thought as to what grooming a dog means. Utter disaster.

Have had wonderful experience. My puppy is so excited to go to daycare. People have been very friendly and helpful everytime we’ve been there. Have also used grooming and was very satisfied and had many compliments on the cut.

Dropped off my pups for an out of town wedding...This was the second time I used them and love the location and price. I do wish the staff was onsite to allow use of the outdoor runs more than twice a day when my pups are used to having this access all day. Reviews below make good points, It is loud and front desk / phone staff don't give a warm and fuzzy about their concern for my call. My girls needed a bath after their stay. Another thing MANY other places have is camera access for my pups kennel. Overall will go back and DO recommend.

Great place! The staff was great when we dropped off. I feel that the dogs were well cared for during their stay. They even made a paw print craft which was a nice added touch. My only concern would be the employee who was working the front at pick up. She was kind of rude and kind of acted like we were bothering her by asking how our dogs did during their stay. No warm fuzzy feeling from her and only one word answers to any questions we had. Maybe she was just having a bad day but it made our experience a little less enjoyable.

How can you not love this place? We did doggy daycare for a few weeks and dogs were always excited to come back! Ashley is an awesome dog whisperer!

We've been taking our dog to Greenwood Pet Camp for years. They are wonderful to pets and their owners. We always get our dog groomed on the last day of her visit and they've even accommodated that when we came home a day early by fitting her grooming session in when we called them the day before to say we were picking her up early.

Sounded like many, many dogs barking. No idea how they housed that many. Check in staff was very impersonal and showed no interest in specific needs of dogs. Dogs were clean, no signs of fleas at check out time. Convenient location, and nice to be able to drop off for daycare while we visited the area

Very polite! They even let me bring her in two hours early so I could leave for vacation! Great grooming too! My dog looks brand new after they groomed her and it was cheaper than the last kennel I took her too. Kahlua didn't want to leave when I came to get her and I can tell she was in good hands. Thanks guys for your service!

Great experience with boarding our dog. Staff was very responsive by phone and email while making reservations and friendly at drop off/pick up. Lots of positive things to say about our dog which was nice to hear. Would definitely recommend to others and use their services in the future.

Used Greenwood while at the beach for a week. I was happy with the service and my kitten obviously enjoyed herself. The staff was friendly and they loved on my kitten while she was visiting. We needed to drop off/pickup during odd hours and they were able to accommodate us. There was a small fee but it was nominal and worth the convenience.

This is a wonderful place set way back off the main road with plenty of trees and vegetation to block out the noise from passing vehicles. The staff are great folks. A special mention to Ashley who took care of my Great Pyr, George. He needed some serious attention in the grooming department, and she did not fail. She gave me some tips on maintaining his coat, which I appreciate. Please visit them for grooming, daycare, or boarding.

What a great experience! We boarded our Boone in September with pickup the day TPC#8 hit Bolivia. We got stopped by flood waters 1/2 mile from Adam's Folly. After 5 hours of sitting in a parking lot, we set out on foot to pick him up and they walked him to meet us halfway!! It was obvious they took great care of Boone during his stay! He was happy and hadn't lost weight! And...... they handled a stressful situation with the unexpected flooding very professionally. This is the third kennel we have tried and the BEST experience. We will be using their services again! Highly recommend!

Our large dog is always excited to go to Adam's Folly! And she is still happy when we pick her up. We don't like leaving her when we travel, but Adam's Folly makes it easier.

I brought my two dogs there for the first time this month. I did the research. I visited several kennels in the area unannounced. Some let me look around and some wouldn't permit me past reception claiming it was in case a dog jumped up. This was NOT the case with Adam's Folly. They took me for a tour then and there without hesitation. The facility is well shaded which was very important to me as my dogs are very much indoor dogs. They only go outside for long walks to exercise. Other than that, they are accustomed to air conditioning and comfy dog beds. They have air-conditioning and there are fans all over the place outside as well. It looked as though all dogs have alternating access to outdoor pens. There are all sorts of different types of kennels and options to accommodate anyone's needs. They can socialize, not socialize, whatever suits you and your dog's safety of course. At the end of the stay, both my dogs were shampooed. I've had this before at other places. Adam's Folly shampoo was thorough. I could see, feel and smell how clean they were. Pick up was smooth. Very happy thus far.

Great place to board pets. Our dogs love going...we call it the " Doggie Hotel" and our dogs get excited when they hear us say it.

Adam’s Folly Bed & Biscuit has been caring for our mini Golden Doodle for almost three years. We treat her as a member of our family and expect the same of anyone who we entrust with her care. Adam’s Folly B&B has done exactly that. Everyone there is happy and energetic and our Golden Doodle is always excited to see them. The care is what we expect, the facility cleanliness is outstanding, the animals all seem to be enjoying themselves, and the kennel has been very flexible when we have had emergencies. We highly encourage everyone to try Adam’s Folly B&B if you are in need of loving and professional care for your furry friends.

We have two great danes and last minute we needed them boarded for several days. Adams Folly Bed & Biscuit made those four days stress free! We are so grateful for the care the boys received and would recommend to anyone who needs daycare or boarding. Hopefully with better planning than us! Thank you guys!

I have been using Adam’s Folly for boarding since 2005 and have left my dogs for up to two weeks. They are exceptionally nice and accommodating to my pets’ needs. Even when I have had elderly dogs, I know that they are receiving the best of care, individualized to their own needs. Jill and Sherry are true pet advocates in our community. The family suites have been helpful when I am boarding more than one dog. I am grateful for such a clean, well-run facility.

My dog has "fear aggression" and was kicked out of boarding places near us. Adams Folly can do "no contact" boarding which is perfect for my difficult girl. We vacation at Holden Beach and I am lucky I found a place to board her near our vacation spot that fits our needs. They took great care of her last year, I told them to call me and I would head over but they never needed to call.

Our Great Dane Layla loves The Pet Wagon. She goes twice a week for doggie daycare and we always board her there as well. We have found all of the staff to be very attentive to Layla's needs. We love having The Pet Wagon as part of our family.❤️

Staff is great! They take care of my 19 year old dog as if she were their own. My 2 year old gets a great romp with other dogs. The eagerly go there for boarding or day care

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Staff, facility and quality care of Jolene and Jeter. Socializing Jolene with other dogs and people better her overall demeanor. Also, knowing she is safe and happy while we are working is priceless!

I was a nervous wreck leaving my baby while I was on vacation. The staff was so understanding and talked me through everything at drop off to help ease my mind. They sent me pictures of him every day/evening and let me know how he was. He came home happy and tired after making new friends. We will definitely use them for boarding again, and maybe even a daycare trip or two as a treat for our pup!

Everyone is very friendly. They obviously love my dog and take great care of him at their doggie daycare service. Quick drop off and pick up. My dog and I both give 5 stars, thank you Pet Wagon!!

This place. I have no words. They are truly THE BEST!!! My puppy absolutely loves this place and they care about their animals. I have no concern when I drop off my pup and I have complete faith in this company watching our dog! They know how to treat your dog/cat like family. They go above and beyond to care for our puppy - I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to watch our sweet girl. They are absolutely amazing - thank you THANK YOU!!!!

The owners are honest and kind. I have kept my dogs at their different locations and have experienced respect and compassion at each place. My dogs are a handful, and The Pet Wagon facilities are the only people I trust with my dogs.

Our pup has gone to doggie day care here, and we also recently boarded her too. We can’t say enough good things about the staff at The Pet Wagon and the care and love they give our baby when she is there. I highly recommend them, and am so happy we found them!!

We had an incredible experience boarding our cat at this establishment. The facility was immaculate, and the surroundings were incredibly serene, situated far away from busy roads. This peaceful environment, free from traffic and noise, is undoubtedly advantageous for the well-being of pets. The staff was absolutely wonderful and took exceptional care of our beloved Simba. We were completely worry-free and able to fully enjoy our vacation knowing that our furry friend was in great hands. If you find yourself in the Southport area and need a place for your pets to stay, I wholeheartedly recommend this remarkable boarding facility. You won't regret it, guaranteed! I've been a customer of Jenn's for a few years now and would never take my dog anywhere else! My dog hated going to get his nails cut and would need 2 people to help him cope with the trauma 😂 Now he's a completely different dog. He's so excited to go see his "lady", willingly goes with her and sits patiently while she works. The best part is his nails are perfect every single time and he gets tons of cuddles when he's done! But I'm more impressed with the change I've seen in my dog and the bond and trust that she's established with him. I'm so thankful for you and your staff ❤️

I absolutely love this pet resort. I have taken my Haney Brae to numerous daycare‘s and I have finally found the one that treats her like family. Even when I have to leave and have Haney boarded Jen always updates me on pictures and text me and let me know that she’s doing well. Haney is excited to see Jody Jen and crystal in the mornings whenever she there. Crystal does an amazing job grooming Haney see the following photo. I have known Chrystal since 2020. She took great care of my three dogs. We moved away for almost two years and have since returned. We stayed in touch while I was out of state. As soon as I knew we were moving back I happily called her to get my dogs groomed. She is know working at Fur-Ever Friends. What an improvement over the other salon! The place is clean, the people are awesome and most importantly, my dogs are treated like family. Love Chrystal and Fur-Ever Friends.

Our dog Henry loves going here. He gets so excited every time we hit hwy. 9 because he knows where he is headed. Jodi is very nice and informative. I was nervous the first time we left him there, but now feel comfortable leaving him for a full day because I know he's in good hands.

We absolutely love Fur-ever friends! Our doodle mix goes to doggy daycare a couple times a week and gets groomed there. The staff are wonderful and take wonderful care of the dogs. Highly recommend!!!

I couldn’t recommend this place more! Not only are the prices very reasonable but the service is amazing. I hate leaving my dog but whenever I need to this is where I turn to. Fur ever friends goes the extra mile. Jody always will send me pictures, give me updates, and put me at ease while I’m away. My dog Benson always comes back happy and makes my time away so much less stressful. 10/10

The staff takes wonderful care of our dog in doggie day care , she loves going there . They also do a wonderful job grooming her . I appreciate how much they love dogs , it shows in how they care for them !

We have been going to Furever Friends since we moved to the area almost 2 years ago. We have used their grooming, daycare and boarding services for our 3 year old Golden Retriever multiple times and have always been satisfied. We believe everyone there really cares about the wellbeing of our dog Jetty. If they notice something not quite right with him, that we may have missed they tell us. We know when he leave him in their care he is not only being given the best care but he is getting the love he craves too. . And when Jetty starts getting hyped up and excited when we go over the bridge right before Furever Friends that’s all the confirmation we need that he loves it too. Highly recommend

Rocky says Merry Christmas to the crew at Fur-ever Friends…Another beautiful job. They always do fantastic with Rocky and he looks so great and smells oh so good when he leaves here. Great staff that is very friendly. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby :).
