Gemma returned to care for our dogs - this is the 3rd time she’s been here and this time she came with her own lovely dog and her family. We already knew we were leaving our house and dogs in safe hands due to previous sits, and it worked just as well with another dog and her family. The dogs were instantly at ease with everyone, including Gemma’s dog and were clearly well looked after. The house was left spotless, including stripped beds, washed sheets and even a cleaner fridge than we’d left. Gemma is not only an absolute gem of a housesitter but has also become a friend who we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to other hosts.

I knew I wanted Florence and her family to sit for us the moment we spoke! The dogs had a great time and did some long walks around Skipton and had plenty of cuddles on the sofa. We were sent photos which is always lovely to see. Liaising with Florence was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Sadly we didn’t get to meet due to timings but I trusted her enough to leave a key and instructions and we were on hand via WhatsApp. I would happily have Florence and her family sit for us again.

Courtney and Chris were fabulous with our pets, and there were a few!! 2 dogs, 3 cats and 4 ducks. They coped so well, took the dogs lovely walks and lots of cuddles, and play time. Attended to my spoilt ducks and cats!! They looked after the house, left it clean and tidy and even baked us a banana loaf for our return, how welcoming was that😇Anyone lucky enough to have these guys watch their precious pets will know they can relax and enjoy a break away. Danike and Bonny were great, very friendly, conscientious and communicative. I have bad anxiety and this was my first experience of using zeewoi, so it was a big deal to let relative strangers into my house and leave my gorgeous cat in their care! But they were reassuring from the start; and Torvi seemed relaxed when I left, and very happy and well on my return. The house was left very clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend these two lovely ladies.

This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. Mikala & Jake were great house & pet sitters for us!! Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

Really put our minds at ease that Franki was able to stay in the comfort of her own own, get lovely walks and have 24/7 company. If you know us, you’ll know we wouldn’t leave Franki with just anyone. Our dog is a hard nut to crack, he's takes a while to warm up to people usually, but with Jane it didn't take long at all. He has his quirks, but Jane worked with him, and they had the best time together, I think our dog was sad that Jane left. When we got home, he kept checking the spare room to see if she was there. 🥰It's such a relief to have someone that you can trust and you know your pet is in great hands! He also took well to Tomas, which surprised us as he normally is suspicious of men. If our dog gives the thumbs up (paws up?) then you know it's a five star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I was impressed with Jane when she came to meet my two elderly springer spaniels and a 11 month retriever / working cocker spaniel. Busy doggie home . As arranged Jane arrived to care / pet sit for them . My dogs were happy to see her and relaxed. Jane requested that their requirements food /meds/ behaviour etc be written down for reference especially as my springers are on medication. I felt relaxed and happy on leaving and received updates on how they were , also photos. Peace of mind . I returned home to three extremely happy and contented dogs . Feel really fortunate that I have found Jane and she is returning to care for Lady , Tiree and Tara next month . I definitely recommend Jane , The Sensible Sitter .
Jane has looked after our 5 dogs on 3 occasions last year and we have her booked in for a few sits this year as well. Jane has been really accommodating and will go above and beyond to help. Our two young springers were well looked after with regular pictures/updates and settled well with Jane. One of them tends to be a bit nervous with other people but clearly bonded as she was still fussing around Jane when we arrived home which really is most unusual. No hesitation in recommending her services.

It's hard to find somewhere you trust with your pets when they're rescue dogs and a bit nervous but Brumley Brae have been brilliant. They even took my diabetic dog straight to vet when he wasn't looking well and definitely saved his life. My other dog Rebel is very scared of people but is always so happy to come to stay and goes with all staff with a very happy tail and no looking back!
We have arranged for our 2 cats to be boarded here for 28 days whilst we relocate from overseas back to Scotland. The staff here have been very helpful, professional and caring throughout this difficult process. The cats are housed in large separate runs with cat flap to external areas again separate. The cattery / kennels are in extensive grounds conveniently located just outside Elgin. Opening times are restricted to ensure care for animals. Highly recommended as an excellent cat / dog boarding facility..not cheap but worth every penny for the care and peace of mind. We can readily make regular visits during operating hours.
The only kennels I’ll use! Hamish loves his visit every time. He gets so excited to go, and he’s always happy when I collect him. My mind is at ease knowing he’s being looked after - despite his occasional behaviour issues - the staff are wonderful.
Looked after our Vizsla for a week in October holidays. She is shy being a rescue dog and we lost her brother Max middle of the year so we're quite apprehensive about leaving her. Staff were very reassuring and we left her and felt at ease. Staff even kept in touch whilst we were away to give us an update. Dog was exercised regularly and given one to one interaction.
