On a scale of 1 to 5 (with 5 as best) we would rate Maria and Lu as 12 or better. They should be the poster people for all house/pet sitters. They dealt with a difficult situation when the Koi began to spawn and left the house better than they found it. They seemed to enjoy their stay and our dog loved them. They even did extra chores above and beyond such as cleaning the BBQ, changing light bulbs, and organizing the garage. Communication was excellent and they even left several home cooked meals for us so that we would not have to cook on our first day back. We invited them back for another stay in August and they accepted. We feel that we not only found great sitters, but great friends that we hope to see often in the future.

What to say about this fabulous mother-daughter duo.....? I'm pretty sure Tina Turner wrote a song about them....Simply the Best! Gail and Taylor are two awesome people who have the best energy and just love love love animals! My dogs got the royal treatment with these two ladies, so much so that Winnie is still sulking her aunties who love to spoil her are gone. :) They sent updates all the time, including pictures, which reassured me that the dogs were having fun and getting top notch care. If you ever come across these two ladies wanting to sit for you, do yourself a favor and book them! I hope they come back to sit for me again one day and I would welcome it in a heartbeat!

Jennifer was an excellent house and cat sitter during my trip. Rachel stayed at our house for 6 weeks and took fantastic care of our two somewhat-needy cats as well as our house and yard! The experience was entirely positive, and we would not hesitate for an instant to have her back for another sit!! We confirmed Rachel as a long-term sitter for our two old men (cats) after reading her profile and reviews, and then having a Zoom meeting. She has the perfect combination of good humor, “laidbackness”, and seriousness when it came to caring for the cats. She was able to laugh at their weirdness (and they ARE weird), take mishaps in stride (litter box misses, etc.), provide their daily medications on schedule, and ask appropriate questions when things seemed a little off or she identified concerns. She has a presence that put us at ease immediately upon arrival, and the cats took to her very quickly. She asked us how often we would like updates, and how would we like them delivered, and then she provided them without fail at least as often as requested. We arrived home relaxed because we never worried about how things were going at home, and were happy to arrive to two healthy, happy cats, a well-kept yard, and a spotless(!!) house. As we said before, we would be thrilled to have Rachel sit for us again any time in the future, and we’re quite sure that Petey and Bucky would be excited to have her back as well!

We are a lovely family, technologically advanced and very clean.
Tania and her daughter treated Brody and Dexter as if they were their own. We had a little confusion on when the house sit ended. Tania was loyal to her word and worked her schedule so she stay until the end of the agreement. She left my place more organized than when I left it. The dogs seemed sad the next day. I could tell they really enjoyed their time with Tania and her daughter. She’s a super sweet person and very responsible. I would definitely recommend her!

Nicki and Dexter took care of our home, out door gardens and kitty like it was their own. Our greenhouse was full of baby swiss chard and the newly planted zucchini outside all look great. Pearlene and Darrel did an amazing job with our kitties while we were away on our honeymoon. We got to meet them before the sit and they were immediately bonding with the cats, petting and playing with them. We got updates with photos and videos of cuddles and play time, and the cats really took to them. They are super kind, communicative, and clean, leaving the apartment in great shape! It was so nice not to worry about a thing while we were away. We would happily have them back in the future and highly recommend them to take care of your pets and home!

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him.
