From the very beginning what caught our attention related to Emily and Francis was their patient, kind demeanor, and proactivity. It was the main reason we wanted them to sit for us. And to our happiness, they followed through on their promises and every day we received an update (with photo) regarding how Zorro is doing. Whenever there was anything to discuss they either solved it directly or asked us for guidance, giving us a peace of mind that everything is fine. Susanne and Claus were an utter delight, we were so happy to have had them in our flat. They looked after our home, plants and pets perfectly. Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return.
