Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.
Felecia was an excellent sitter and perfect companion for Livi, our 3 yr old Aussie mix! She was always prompt with communication when needed, took great care of our pet and house and was just as clean coming home as we left it. I would not hesitate to recommend Felecia for other sits.
Martin was a very conscientious and thoughtful house sitter who took excellent care of our pets and our home. He was reliable, self-sufficient, and a very good communicator. He clearly enjoys and cares for animals, and our house was spotless when we returned. We recommend him wholeheartedly!
Bryan and Dana were the perfect sitters for Cella. We were delighted that they were able to arrive a day early so that we could enjoy dinner with them and get to know one another. We would be honored to have them sit again. On top of their great care they left us a thoughtful friendship gift. zeewoi continues to be the best site ever. Not only do we have great pet sitters for Cella, we also have the opportunity to meet great new friends. Thank you!!
I could not have asked for a better first time sitter experience! Terry & Vinnie were absolutely wonderful people. They took stellar care of my beloved pets and my home. Their communication with me was enough that I felt perfectly at ease during my time away and in turn, they were super responsive if I contacted them. My pets were relaxed and happy when I returned!
Lyndsey and Jordan were wonderful pet sitters and house guests. They kept us informed of how our pets were doing and went above and beyond to care for them. We felt entirely comfortable leaving our home and pets in their hands and arrived home to find everything tidy and the pets well cared for. We would absolutely have them sit again if the need arose.
5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade! Dean & Diana Smith
Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

Becca and her team at Furrwoods are incredible. Our dog, Bodi, is super high energy and loves to play, play, play non-stop. They always match him with other high-energy dogs and he has made some wonderful doggy-friendships over the last year and a half. He enjoys daycare so much and has been boarded there for over a week at a time and he always comes home tired, happy, and safe/healthy. Having a safe, clean, and enriching place for our dog means a ton to us. Thanks SO MUCH to Becca and staff for loving on Bodi.
Our two Boston Terriers stayed at FurrWoods for a full week and they did so well and got lots of playtime they were happy and exhausted when we got them home! The place is absolutely spotless and so clean it’s amazing! Caring professional staff as well!
We were so thankful to have found FurrWoods Kennels! We recently adopted a dog from Whatcom Humane Society. Oscar is partially blind and very reactive, as he was never socialized as a puppy. It was critical to find a kennel that was a good fit for him. We had been using another boarding facility for the past ten years and had been pretty happy with them for most of that time. Due to a detour, I happened to drive by FurrWoods and saw their sign. So, we scheduled a time to take a tour. Oscar was reactive to the owner and staff and was barking and lunging at them. They knew exactly how to greet him and put him at ease. Within minutes, he was comfortable and leaning in for ear scratches. We took Oscar out to the play yards and put him in one by himself. He immediately went to the fence and happily greeted the other pups in the adjacent yard. The play yards here are repurposed astroturf from a football field, and the surface is immaculate. The previous boarding facility has gravel yards and our previous dog would sometimes eat rocks there or be dirty from digging. There are 3 or 4 different yards so they can group dogs by size or demeanor or age to ensure everyone has a positive playtime. The kennels are also very clean! There are only 28 kennels so it is much more peaceful than at a larger facility. They provide trampoline beds and even have slow feeders if you need them, which Oscar does. They have an online reservation system which helps me keep track of my bookings. You can also sign your dog up for an activity such as individual fetch time or a walk in the woods. We have boarded Oscar at FurrWoods several times over the past few months - sometimes just overnight and for as long as two weeks. He LOVES it there!! When we arrive, he pulls me to the door and wants to go straight out to play! This speaks volumes, as Oscar normally has separation anxiety!! When I pick him up, he is clean, happy, and exhausted. Thank you thank you thank you to Rebecca and her staff for welcoming Oscar into your kennel and your hearts!!
We can’t say enough about how wonderful Furrwood is. We leave our Luc there and know that he will have a fabulous time playing with his friends and be well loved and cared for while he is there.
We scoured the entire county for the right fit for our basset hound puppy, and Furrwoods rose to the occasion. He has specific needs and Becca has accommodated every one of them without question. This is the cleanest facility that we toured. The astroturf is much better for his skin and toes (they get yeasty, but not here). When we pick him up he usually greets us then turns right around to go back in. He definitely keeps the staff on their toes and I'm very grateful for their hard work.
Such an amazing place for my dogs. Extremely clean and organized. The staff is very professional and helpful. I always feel they make my dogs needs a priority. I would highly recommend bringing your dogs here for doggy daycare or an overnight stay.
Our dog Tanto went to Furrwoods for almost two years (we have now moved out of the area) and we could not have been more comfortable and happy with the care he received! Rebecca and her staff do a great job making sure your dog is loved and having a ball. Tanto always left Furrwoods happy and exhausted from a full day of fun. Cannot recommend enough!
My dog is always so excited when we arrive at the facility and so tired when I pick him up. The staff are very personable and seem to love my dog. They usually give me a report on how he did as well. They have cameras and an indoor/outdoor play area.
I've lived in many places and have used many kennels. I've never found a boarding facility that is as great as FurrWoods! They are kind, and accommodating, and take excellent care of our dogs. I will forever use FurrWoods and recommend them to everyone.
This is the nicest kennel in the county. I truly appreciate Becca and her staff. It is so great that we can leave town knowing our dogs will be well taken care of and have fun with the other pups there.
We have used PNWK to board our German shorthaired pointers for a few years, and they are the best! The front desk staff are friendly and always have something kind and personalized to say about our dogs when we pick them up. Our dogs come home happy and exhausted, which is not an easy feat with this high energy breed. They spend their first day sleeping and recovering from their fun times at PNWK. The reason for four stars is that the booking system is a bit frustrating, as booking online is no longer possible and we are often overcharged (two dogs boarding separately instead of two dogs boarding together, which is a $10 difference per night). However, manager Stan always offers a refund or credit for the error.
Great experience here. Our reactive pup stayed for 7 nights as we did a road trip. Medication was free, no incidents with other dogs or inexperienced handlers as we’ve had at other kennels. Will definitely use again. 4 stars because I just wish there was a more active social media and I could see pictures of her.
Before I leave details as to why my review is a 2 star, I do want to point out the two ladies that we saw the most at pnw show a lot of love and affection to our little puppy. I felt comfortable knowing she would be treated with a lot of love. The reason for my two star review is for a few reasons. This was my first time ever leaving a dog of mine in a kennel system. My wife and I decided to chose pnw based off of good reviews and how good her assessment day went. We felt we would be able to be relieved leaving her here while we enjoyed our honeymoon vacation. That was unfortunately not the case, I was informed of daily posts to Facebook to see our dog, but on day 2 of our trip I had to ask where the photos were as they had not been posted. Around day 4 of our trip we had no more access as the account did not post anything for remainder of her trip. So we were left wondering if our dog was doing okay. I had to email them on the 12th asking for an update, and reminding them of her “birthday bath” as she was spending her first birthday at pnw. I never received an email back. I informed pnw that on the 12th it would be birthday and that we wanted a bath that day. She was not given a bath until the 13th, 1 hour before pickup. I believe she only got this bath because I called pnw to ask what was happening. I also requested two private walks during her stay, she did not receive these walks to my knowledge. I also requested her nails be trimmed on the 12th during her bath, she did not receive a nail trimming. Upon picking up my dog she seemed very happy and we headed home. Since she has been home her bowel movements have been awful. She has had constant diarrhea (10+ movements in one night) and now requires a vet visit. The inside of her paws are all pink and her feet indicate she may have a yeast infection. During our initial visit for her assessment day, we were denied an opportunity to view the property as it was explained a manager had to be present. So we had to book before even knowing where our dog would be staying. Overall I am unimpressed and quite honestly disappointed with my dogs stay here. I do not want to fault the two young girls who work here, but pnw lacks communication, attention to detail and more professionalism. The “meet our team” page online appears to have employees you will not meet during your visits. I will be looking else where for future boarding.
I will prefix this by saying that the front line staff here are fantastic and helpful. Now, my dog was viciously mauled in mid-April (2023). He did not instigate this and was attacked when being put out (as per staff). They were unable to get the other dog off and had to get help. When I was notified while on vacation, they were as devastated as I was. They genuinely cared and were emotionally affected. My dog was treated and taken care of by PNWK. He had upwards of (x60) stitches in several spots, and a canine-tooth was torn out. See the pictures for yourself. This was a horrible attack. My dog has been a blood donor and St John's therapy dog for years. His temperament and demeanor are indicative of these acts he does for other dogs. The issue I had was following up with the kennel management (Eddy) after this incident. This was to try and sort out some questions I thought were important. I had never had to deal with such a thing before. 1) My first item was that the offending dog and owner be held accountable and reported to animal control. If my dog had been smaller, he would have been killed. If they could not report this, then I would be willing to. 2) Can a tooth be replaced with an artificial one if needed. Are there any dentists they could recommend. The offending owner should be liable for any costs if this was an option. 3) Can the Veterinary Hospital send the documents to my dogs vet for follow-up as needed. Specifically for wound management and removal of stitches. Again, staff who I spoke with were fantastic in responding to my emails and phone calls. But there is only so much they could address. Eddy never responded to my emails to have a meaningful dialog about my concerns. My biggest one was that this dog was still allowed near others and had not been reported. After months of continuously reaching out, I gave up. PNWK could not be bothered to help me sort out some simple concerns. Eventually, I found out that replacing a tooth would not be necessary. I'll have to report this dog on my own. Finally, my vet was never contacted to be provided any charts. Needless to say, I have been forced to find an alternative kennel. I appreciate the wonderful staff at PNWK. But the follow-up, or lack thereof, did not leave me in a position to risk my dog being attacked again, and the issue be ignored. I can no longer recommend them as a kennel based on this experience. Previous review: I've been taking my dogs here for years. Exceptionally nice staff who are always friendly. Dogs are tired when we pick them up and are happily exhausted. Prices are fair and for the quality of facilities and staff, well worth it. When possible, they post adorable pictures of all the dogs staying with them. This includes my boys, which is nice to see when following up. I would recommend this kennel without question or hesitation. They have always been worth the commute.
We took our 2 dogs here for a boarding assessment. I asked for a tour of the facility and I'm glad I did. My spouse and I had the same concerns and made the mutual decision that we're not leaving our dogs here for any extended period of time. I've seen plenty of good reviews on Google, and I'm glad some people have good experiences here. But it was because of these positive reviews that I was planning on leaving my dogs here for a weekend. So, I wish to share my experience below to help others make a more informed decision, and to maybe help PNWK improve their practices as well. The social dog area was full of cells with dogs held inside, majority of which had notes on their cell's doors stating "not good with dogs". The barking was deafening, and I couldn't hear the staff speak as she stood right beside me, so it was a bit of a surprise to know this is where my dogs would be kept inside during the day, and to sleep at night. (Which the staff confirmed once we stepped outside). Red flag #1. We stepped outside, so I started to ask my questions once we could hear each other. The staff member said it was extra loud because the dogs were probably hungry and that the staff were behind schedule that morning. I checked my watch, and it was now 10am. Another concern, as my dogs eat at 8am. The intake form I filled out online asked for feeding times, so I felt that if this wasn't being followed, what else isn't. Were the dogs even taken outside yet to pee? I didn't ask, but that was red flag #2. I also asked if anyone stayed on-site at night, and the staff member confirmed no. Red flag #3 The outside facilities were quiet, but surprisingly, worse off. I guess I imagined there to be at least one open field area for dogs to socialize and play, but I didn't see that. There were a handful of runs, maybe 50 feet long and 20 feet wide. So, plenty of space for my 2 large dogs to roam around while outside. I can't speak for all of the runs, but the one we took our dogs inside had so much dog poop left on the ground, I'd consider it a biohazard. My dogs, who are usually very social and energetic, were both so hesitant the entire tour so far, and didn't want to explore the run at all after we took off their leashes. Each run had a bucket for water and a kiddie pool. Both were low on water, and the water remaining was so brown and dirty looking that even my toilet-drinking puppy didn't have a drink. Red flag #4. At this point, we still tried to give them a shot, since we had already booked the assessment. They recommended we come back after 6 hours. So we left the dogs there, and went to Costco. We were so uneasy the entire time shopping, that we just picked up the dogs on our way home. So they were there for 2.5 hours. The staff confirmed they hadn't started the assessment, but charged us for it anyway ($30 x 2 dogs).
This place is heaven sent. If you love your family member and want him/her socialized, taken care of, be in care of professionals, staff who care, who can (in my case) exhaust a 2year old Lab .. PNK is the place.. they offer early drop room and late pick up for working professionals...
You came to my rescue as I needed a place ASAP as needed to get to the hospital...So happy you were open on a Sunday!!! Thank you Pacific Northwest Kennels for taking great care of Mr.MUGGZY MAGOO (Lou) Martin for the last day and half...so grateful! He is happy puppy and tucked out from having a big place to run around & play.
We are so happy with the level of care our dogs received. They both came home clean and tired after their stay. Photos courtesy of PNWK of our two dogs.
I have been going to Pacific Northwest Kennels for more than 3 years now and have always had exemplary service. They have always treated me with respect and always go out of their way to help in any way possible. My dogs have always had problems going to other kennels; not wanting to leave me, but here, they are always excited to get inside and play!
Lovely staff and our boy came home after a 6 night stay tired and happy. He has stayed at many kennels and he came home the happiest from this one. We will be certainly be bringing him back here for future stays.
I’ve been so fortunate to find Adele’s, my pups have been going there for 6 years now and it’s been a blessing. Mostly my furballs enjoy their sleepover service, 2 nights a week as a matter of fact. Due to my shift work. Adele’s had been incredible, they care for my boys as if they were their own family. Once I forgot to take enough food for their full stay, Vincent went and purchased their exact food for them, it was incredible! I go to work knowing they are happy and well taken care of. Thank you Vincent, Brenda and the entire team!! 💕💜💕
We can't say enough good things about Adele's Doggie Daycare! They took such great care of our two pups, Tuna and Poutine, when we were unexpectedly stuck in Florida due to Hurricane Milton and couldn't make it back to BC on time. The team was so understanding and accommodating, giving us peace of mind during a stressful situation. Our dogs were well looked after, and it was clear they were in good hands. We highly recommend Adele's to anyone looking for a place that genuinely cares for your pets! Thank you so much! ❤👏🐕
Amazing and trustworthy home away from home for your fury family member. Vincent and Brenda take such good care of our rescue dog while we are away. Its such a peaceful feeling knowing she is being cared for by Adele's staff. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend for your furry four legged loved ones! We utilize the day care weekly and our sweet Maui can hardly contain her excitement at drop off!! We also just recently boarded Maui for a week and we were extremely confident that she was in the best hands. We were able to get away and did not have to worry at all. Adele’s staff are so great at keeping us updated with pictures throughout the days and they answer texts quickly. They are very well organized, both sites are clean. There is so much for the dogs to do rain or shine and Maui comes home exhausted! Adele’s and staff are so very much appreciated!
The family that owns and runs this facility are angels. The staff are friendly and helpful. My pup is not always happy to go, but we know he is well taken care of and safe. They ensure options for all dogs, whether they like to lay in the sun/shade, or on the floor/furniture. We love Vince, Brenda, and their team. So does Kingston!
Best. Daycare. Ever! I've been taking my Frenchton to Adele's for over 5 years, and even after moving farther away, still take her, because their daycare and boarding are The Best. It's run exceptionally well. It's very clean, and their great staff keep our dogs active throughout the day. We could not be happier! 🐕
Adele’s is my pup’s home away from home! She is so loved and well looked after when she is there. I love that they post photos so you can see your pup while you’re away. The facility is great, and my dog is so excited when we turn into the driveway and she knows it’s time for a staycation! I am so grateful to Adele’s for the amazing care they provide and for taking such good care of my favourite girl! I highly recommend Adele’s for daycare or boarding!
I moved to langley 2 years ago and was desperate to find a new boarding place for my senior dog Mylo. I am so thankful that i found Adeles. The entire team is so loving and caring towards all the pups .. it just puts your heart and mind at ease while you’re away knowing that your fur baby is in good , safe hands. Mylo absolutely loves Adeles because as soon as we pull in.. he jumps out of the car and runs in!! Thank you team Adeles:)
Adele's Doggie Day Care Countryside has been Mollie's home away from home for four year's Vincent - Brenda and team treat Mollie as if she is one of their own which is evident by Mollie's excitment the minute we pull onto the beautiful Countryside property It is such a blessing to know when we are away that Mollie is happy - healthy and safe at Countryside All the Facebook pictures that are posted daily are a bonus - See you soon Adele's Doggie Day Care Countryside Love Mollie 🐾❤️🐾
BEWARE. Seeing these 5 star reviews really blows my mind. This establishment takes 0 care of the dogs and simply cares about the money. They are understaffed and severely undertrained with dogs. The owners preach “positive reinforcement” by throwing things at the dogs, yelling, and using intimidation to gain control. They over crowd the building and also take on dogs 3 times the size that they advertise. They say 45lbs max but take on dogs 100lbs plus. Even knowing if they are reactive and angry dogs, they will still take them in, leaving them with 5-10lbs dogs. They may appear friendly at first, but your dog’s best interests are not the owners top priority. Beware of sending your dog here, as there is huge risk that comes with it.
I LOVE Hyline. And my Sydney (German Shepherd/Akita mix) LOVES it too. I absolutely have trust in the workers, my baby comes home happy and having played well, they have a lot of extra services available, and she gets her grooming there as well. After trying another place in town where Sydney would leave panicked and stressed out (wouldn’t eat sometimes for days after) it is a relief to know she is cared for so well at Hyline. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Hyline. Oh, and they send the best pics!!
Hyline is a great facility if you’re looking for boarding your dog while out of town. As a daily daycare it wasn’t what I thought. Dogs are in kennels for most of the day and let out for 15 min to play and do their business… for my 5 month old she deff needs more interaction with other dogs and play time. The staff was very nice and she did have fun.
Awesome service from the personnel at Hyline Hotel, they did an amazing evaluation of our beasts, put them in a play group with 5 other dogs and submitted photos. Both our dogs looked so happy to be there, our female who is more vocal talked all the way home about the fun she had. Huge difference from previous daycare, won’t mention names. Hyline Hotel is the BEST!
Hyline is definitely one of the best doggy daycare facilities I have ever taken my dog too! My dog had the best time with other daycare goers and the handlers/staff of the company. Keep up the great work! My dogs tail never stopped wagging from how much fun he had! :)
I've used Hyline Hotel for years, both for daycare and boarding. The staff are great, friendly and welcoming and really care about giving the dogs their best. One local trainer told me that Hyline is the only kennel that she would use. They are terrific.
Guys, my cat is absolutely psycho when it comes to grooming her or trimming her nails. I don’t know how they managed to turn her sassy self into a mini lion with the cutest mane and floofy tail, but they did. Have a cat or dog that needs grooming.. just take them there already. Don’t think twice.
I was very impressed with Hyline Hotel for Dogs. Our two dogs were there over thanksgiving week and we received daily updates and photos. When we picked our girls up, they were very happy to see us and napped in the car on the way home - a sign they were content with their stay and well cared for. Everyone at Hyline was super friendly and the whole check in and out process was very streamlined. Thanks again!
My 3 dogs love Hyline! Katie does a fantastic job grooming them and is so gentle with the nervous and older dogs. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and love dogs.
Friendly, kind, compassionate and thorough daycare for our Harry. The staff are always keeping a open line of communication and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. I don't ever worry about our dogs when they are at Hyline.
Our young dog was very nervous the first couple of daycare visits, but Hyline made sure to pair her with other dogs she played well with and by the time we needed to board her there, she was confident and comfortable. They kept her safe and as happy as possible being in a different environment and I would recommend them to others as well as use them again. They are responsive and organized and kept us updated.
