We felt comfortable with Leanne and Charles immediately. They are friendly and easy to talk to. They were eager to meet our furred and feathered babies and followed our instructions with no problems. Sam was excited to meet them! We received updates daily on how everyone was doing. We love their enthusiasm and attention to details when caring for our critters! When we returned, the house and barn were clean and Leanne even washed the sheets and towels and remade the bed! We hope to see them again! They made it possible to relax and enjoy our trip because we knew our furred and feathered friends were in great hands!

I wish there was an option for bonus stars when someone is absolutely exceptional. If there was, I’d give Julia all of them and the request more. She is the most friendly, thoughtful, reliable, courteous, and clean-loving sitter I’ve ever had. She took incredible care of my two wild dogs, the house, and the plants. Over the month that she stayed, made friends with my neighbors and truly joined the local community. Newly Retired Pet Lovers Looking for Cuddly Animals in Foreign Countries
We were lucky enough to be able to meet Karen and Martin as they kindly agreed to move in a day earlier to help acclimatise our dogs. It really helped put our minds at ease as it was our first experience with house sitters. We got to hear all about their travels and stories, and they shared some amazing photos from all their adventures. Both our dogs came with special needs, and they took great care of them and our home. The dogs were happy and healthy when we returned, and there were several house improvements such as cupboard doors being fixed and plants being repotted. We’d be more than happy to have them back! Sara was clear and forthcoming in her communication style. This allowed for trust to build between her and us. She tuned into and asked questions about or made comments related to details of our kitty, home and garden. This demonstrated she was taking good care of everything while we were away. I appreciate that she is a "homebody" and let us know she planned to stay home a lot; this is of course best for our kitties. They love human company. Kitties were calm and happy & house was neat as a pin when we arrived home. I highly recommend Sara.

I have no idea how I got so lucky as to have Yara and Rizan as our house/dog sitters for this past week. They are absolutely amazing in everyway. They took great care of our dogs/cat and our house was spotless when we came home. They even made dinner for my husband since his flight was arriving later in the evening. I sincerely hope that Yara and Rizan would like to come back to Puerto Rico when we travel again because they are the BEST house sitters and anyone who will have them at their home is very lucky. They are trustworthy, kind, loving towards our dogs and super clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better situation and this was our first time using this service and they both made the experience absolutely perfect!

My dogs loved Paul. He gave them meds and took pictures so we could see how our babies were doing while we were away. He watered my plants, and I have a LOT! (Mostly outside) They were healthy when I got home. He vacuumed also as the main floor can get quite hairy with 3 dogs. When we got home, he had washed a d dried the sheets and towels..I didn't have to do a thing!!!! I would recommend Paul for any sits.

She was thorough in making sure she knew exactly what each pet needed, had excellent communication, and provided me with daily updates. Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it.
