Eoghan stepped in at the very last minute to help out in a dire medical emergency and he could not have been more accommodating or considerate, which took a huge pressure off me at the time as I had to suddenly be away in London. During his stay he gave each of our animals very caring and personalised attention and adapted himself totally willingly to their needs and routines. They were all extremely relaxed and happy on my return and I feel they could not have been better looked after. The largeish house and garden were well looked after too and I did not return to any sort of irritation or stress. He would be more than welcome back, but I suspect such natural qualities of care and consideration ( perhaps even love when it came to our dog Daphne?) will be very much in demand. Alejandra came to sit for my cat Fuji while I was away at a festival. She communicated really proactively and quickly about her plans to come to London, and I really appreciated the speed at which we managed to get everything organised. I had arranged for Ale to meet my mum at my flat to hand over the keys as I'd had to leave early in the day. I was really impressed that she made contact with my mum and arranged everything without me needing to be involved. Everything went really well, Fuji was very happy, Ale left everything lovely and clean and had washed and hung out all the bed linen before I got home. I definitely recommend!

Enrique & Susana are a wonderful couple who cared for our cats and home amazingly. They had excellent communication right from the start, and accommodated us with no issues when we needed to change our leave date by a day. We got lots of photos, videos and updates which we love to have when we're away. Our cats were so comfortable with them both as they were all happy to sit and snuggle with them. We even had a photo on the last day of Bert sat in their suitcase!! 😀 Our home was also left immaculate and they even washed and changed the bedding. A truly lovely couple who we wished we had more time to chat and get to know. We would welcome them back anytime and recommend them to anyone.

Mica and Pablo are a caring, committed and dependable couple. My dog was well looked after, having plenty of walks. I was sent regular photos and videos so i was assured both the dog and house were fine. Mica and Pablo even administered medicine each day. I came back to a spotless home and a happy whippet. Isabelle and Carlos were superb dog and house sitters! I came home to a very happy, clean, organised and beautiful home! I have a lot of plants and they were also well fed! I had a wonderful summer knowing that my pups were in excellent hands. They sent wonderful videos and photos throughout their stay. They both speak fluent English and Spanish which was nice. They also really appreciated my home and animals which is always a bonus! I could not recommend a better couple to have stay in any home with 4 legged creatures. . We were absolutely happy with Elsa and so were our two cats. It made us feel good during our six week vacation to know our cats in loving hands. Elsa sent us every few days a review with fotos and videos, showing her playing with the cats. The cats were in very good shape and calm, when we returned. Elsa also took care of our numerous plants on two terrasses and watered them regularly. The apartment and plants were in very good condition when we got back. We would love to see Elsa again as a sitter and can recommend her warmly.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

In other stores they already lose patience just by taking your phone appointment, imagine. They have welcomed us with joy and have done a meticulous and patient job, despite how difficult it is to take care of our dog's hair. They have used the best products, we didn't think the collie's hair could be so soft. We will return often since washing it at home means losing everything from water and hair, and we wouldn't be able to get a professional dryer. The price is economical if you consider the quality, the time, the products. Nowadays, for the same reason, you don't even dine out. It's worth it.

I wouldn't think of bringing my dogs to a place where they are treated like this, sorry. The store opens on Saturday the 19th. Today is Friday the 18th and when passing by by chance I saw two little dogs locked completely alone inside the store. Without supervision. Alone with a bowl of water, in a small enclosure. I understand that they are the owners' dogs (both are drawn on the blind) and that they have them there for the opening tomorrow, but it seems very inhumane to me to leave the animals (whether they are yours or not) alone with the entire store closed without light and no room to move. I called them by phone and they don't answer.

Today we went with our dog Mojito, and the truth is that the experience was very pleasant. The guys who served us were very friendly and attentive at all times, as was Blue :) We loved both the shampoos that smell great and the drying area. Super practical and simple. Everything fantastic. We bathed the dog and the person in charge of the premises, Luis, helped us at all times, supervising Wednesday's well-being and so that we did not have any doubts regarding the appropriate instruments. Highly recommended, all types of shampoos even for allergy sufferers. They can also bathe them if you wish. We will repeat.
On Sunday I went with my dog and the place exceeded my expectations, the dog workers are lovely, they help you with everything and you can tell that they really like animals. Isabel is without a doubt the best petsitter in Madrid. I have two dogs and before I had another dog and I have left them all with them and everything has always been great, even when one of them was upset and had to be given a lot of medication. He updates you throughout the day and sends photos to see the furry ones and they are delighted! It is very difficult for me to leave my dogs with anyone but Isabel is absolutely trustworthy!! It's been so good knowing our dog is cared for and gets plenty of exercise exploring so many different parks and areas of Madrid. Daniela has taken care of my two cats several times in the last year and she has been amazing. Our dog was at home, or I would say better.... When we saw the videos and photos that Vanesa sent us, we doubted if she would want to come with us when she returned, hehe... They are a lovely family, they take care of the dogs as if they were theirs, they have incredible land and they put a little pool to cool off from the heat. 100% recommended, without hesitation we will return when we need them. Galileo and I love this place!!! To him because they pamper him and take care of him, and to me because they are kind, flexible, professional and affectionate with the animals. They always send me videos of my Galileo and that makes me happy and calms me down. Galileo lets me know if he likes a place or not! When we walk nearby, he runs like crazy towards the site or away from the site! And every day I take him to this daycare he runs TO her!!! So I have no doubt that he loves it and that he is happy when he is there, and that makes me happy. I recommend them 100%

I have to say that it is a phenomenal place!! My dog had a great time and I will definitely take her again!! When I have to look for places to leave her because they won't let me take her, I always try to make sure she is happy and comfortable, here they have achieved it because my dog is very good but when she is with other dogs she gets very nervous and all the girls who work there (especially Laura) have made her feel like she does when she is with her family at home. I took my dog to the test day and she was delighted. Very good experience in this animal daycare. I left my dog for a period of time and I am very grateful for the treatment they gave him. The workers are very friendly and great professionals who you can trust when leaving your animal. I will leave my dog again when I can't take care of him one day without a doubt since my dog had a great time with the other dogs.
Disastrous service. I took my dog to the one in San Sebastián de los Reyes and the haircut and bath were excellent. I tried this one and the girl who served us started saying that she didn't know how to cut it. I left and after 30 minutes they called me, they had only bathed her and cut her nails (I didn't ask her to cut them) and with a redness on her neck that she didn't have. Total €30 for nothing I ordered and on top of that a possible allergy. I do not recommend this center at all.

I don't know where to start... The place is a shame. The first time we took my dog there wasn't much of a problem. I trusted them a second time and they gave me back the bad and returning dog. Supposedly we had already taken him like this... I left him one last time thinking that it had been a coincidence and that the bad guy was really there. But this last time they returned him too thin and with excuses that he doesn't eat and that he doesn't know how to relieve himself outside. That tries to eat them and so on. That he is aggressive with other dogs. When at home he never relieves himself and outside he plays with other dogs without a problem. If the dog doesn't eat and they give me the empty feed bag, if the dog is very thin and has been fed a lot, then what happens. They don't see our hair again, I don't know what the hell they're doing, but my dog's bones are gone...
Hotel Animal AMOR PERRIJO has spacious and very clean facilities. It is a highly recommended place in Madrid where my dog Archie has a great time. Archie is always lovingly cared for by Marga and Rubén who are experts on the subject. Hotel Animal AMOR PERRIJO is the best place in Madrid to leave my dog on days when I don't work remotely and I have to go to the office. Thank you very much, Marga and Rubén!

Because you can't give half a star even though they don't even deserve the truth about the way they treat the dogs. Furthermore, they are capable of saying that it's their fault, they give the dogs away sick and THAT'S not fair, in fact it's abuse, but hey, advice, don't go!!!!!
The truth is that it seems like a good place to leave the dogs, Rubén and Marga are very dedicated to them, of course, if you have a bad dog, they will do their best to help you, but don't expect them to perform miracles...

It is the first time I have left my dachshund for so many days and I couldn't have chosen better. They are super attentive, they keep you informed every day with videos and photos, and most importantly, Taco has been super happy and enjoying himself, he didn't even want to leave. -The owner seemed a little false to me when she told me that they are the only suppliers of Barbour for dogs in Spain and much cheaper, when at El Corte Ingles the coat she showed me for my dachshund dog cost the same. -On the other hand, I don't understand if it is a place for the well-being and care of our beloved furry animals, I don't understand why they aren't more affectionate with them, the girl who was watching the dogs in the corral seemed quite dull to me. -And to finish, a site that dyes our dogs' nails? Economic interest YES, animal welfare NO. It all seemed a bit posturing to me to be honest.

This is the best Dog Kennel in Madrid! From the client service who communicated with me via WhatsApp to the lady who picked up Aujun today, they are super friendly and kind. It is the first time my dog stays in the Kennel and I was very worried how he reacts to strangers and other dogs. They are so thoughtful and sent me a video of Aujun. The best residence for dogs that I have found in Madrid, without a doubt! I have already visited several and this one takes the prize. The facilities are super spacious and well maintained. They have everything thought out in detail. You can see the care they put into things.
Do not bring your pets here, my dog was in perfect condition and came back with injuries. I gave them bags of food for my dog and they gave them back to me whole!! My dog is thinner, I get the feeling that he hasn't been fed well... terrible service. They charge a lot for daily videos and not enough to warn about the injuries the dog has, very unprofessional. I put one star because it won't let me put less.
We have been leaving our guinea pigs during the holidays at Granja la Luna for two years and it has been phenomenal. They have been very well cared for, in a very large facility where they do not lack anything. The staff has always been very friendly, specifically the girl who has taken care of them during these days.

Odin goes crazy with joy every time he sees Arantxa appear, who is in charge of transporting him to the Granja La Luna facilities, and it is no wonder, since you quickly perceive the care, affection and respect with which Arantxa treats him. to all the animals, a true professional! I have left very guinea pig for 23 nights in the month of August and everything was fine. They sent me a video and photos of my guinea pig when he was on vacation so we could see how he was doing. The farm girls are very friendly. If I have to leave my guinea pig again I would not hesitate to leave it at this farm again.
It is the second summer that we left our two sphynx kittens Bills and Khalessi here and although they have a peculiar character, and without being quite suspicious, they have been very well cared for and we have been calm during our vacation, knowing that they were left in good hands. --10 Stars FA - SUCH an experience with my dog there for 8 days! They didn't give him any food or anything. They don't tell you anything about how your dog is, what condition he is in, how he is, Nothing!!! If you call or ask, they charge for everything, videos, photos, etc... I think that even for asking if it's good, they don't charge, then they make you pay for more than 7 nights. The lousy transporter is super rude if she doesn't like her job and is always rude to not do it, it's obvious that she doesn't care for animals! I do not recommend it to ANY of my colleagues who have pets and I would NEVER repeat what a disappointment and sadness it was to have left my dog with these! TERRIBLE SERVICE

This is the second time we left Coco for a few days with the girls and this one has turned out even better than the first. I knew he was in good hands and I left him in peace. He had a great time walking, playing with other dogs and taking peaceful naps on the terrace in the sun. 100% recommended service, they offer peace of mind, they keep you informed at all times and they are very pleasant. We left our dog Turrón with Rosa this weekend, and we couldn't be happier with her😍 He is a three-month-old puppy and it was the first time we left him, but Rosa has been lovely with us, and Turrón has not I could have been more comfortable with her. He has sent us photos/videos daily and has taken care of him as if he were his own (we also left him with a bad stomach, but he has followed everything the vet told us and we have picked him up wonderfully). Molly has been with Natalia and Beatriz on several occasions and the treatment has been exceptional. They have taken care of her with more love and detail than we could imagine. Molly is an older dog who requires special care and Natalia and Beatriz have been watching over her all the time. For our girl it is a vacation taking long walks in the countryside with her friend Noa. It has been a great success to trust them and without a doubt we will continue to do so.
