It was a pleasure to meet Chris and Steve and have them house it for us, we had good communication before and during our time away, all the animals were well cared for, and our home was well respected with everything clean and tidy, it was a delight to come home and have a delicious home-cooked meal and desert waiting for us, which was very much appreciated. There was an incident where a gumtree had fallen onto the fence, Steve notified us and was happy to use our chainsaw to cut and stack it neatly then fix the fence so the animals didn’t escape, which set our minds at rest so we could continue with our holiday with confidence. We can highly recommend Chris and Steve to others and would appreciate if they were able to sit for us in the future

Annette and Les were great communicators before and during the sit. They arrived on time and enjoyed the dinner we had provided for them. They immediately bonded with our dog Toby. It was obvious that they had a genuine affection towards dogs. This was very reassuring. Both Les and Annette were very attentive as we explained how the house worked and the expectations of Toby. During the sit we had a few contacts regarding matters such as storms, finding things and the garden. Les and Annette mowed the lawn and did some weeding, much appreciated, and they both kept the house in very clean and tidy condition. Upon our return, the house was spotless, the garden all trimmed and Toby, one happy dog! Jen and I then enjoyed a meal that was prepared for us and we felt the the sit was very successful. Happy to recommend Les and Annette as a trustworthy, experienced and genuine couple who cared for Toby, and took care of our house! Thank You!

David and Sue have been great housesitters! Due to conflicting arrivals and depatures we were unable to meet David and Sue however we were always kept up to date with everything that was going on. Did find them picky on a few things such as shower wasnt clean enough, nor was oven, fridge or microwave. Possibly our fault due to being a working family with a 2 year old however everything was cleaned prior to their arrival. A light bulb blew and they replaced it without even hasseling us with the details. I do believe our dog was quiet disappointed when we came home. He was very spoilt :) Would highly recommend

Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it.
