Retired Couple/Looking to start a new chapter in our life and meeting new people
Jeff & Bev were our first house sitters, and they set the bar unbelievably high! From the start, they were extremely communicative. We were able to start building our relationship through messages and a phone call, so by the time they arrived, we were already confident that we were leaving our home/pets in exceptional hands. On arrival day, they arrived early so they could get a tour/meet the animals. They were very detail-oriented and asked great questions. They were also so enthusiastic about meeting the animals, so we felt completely comfortable leaving them in their care. Our dog unexpectedly had to start a round of antibiotics the day we left, and Jeff and Bev were so flexible with the abrupt change. While we were away, they stayed in touch with frequent updates and pictures. We were so happy to hear that the animals had warmed up very nicely. Even our shy cat came around quickly. We came home to an IMMACULATE house, happy animals, thriving plants, and thoughtful gifts including Bev's homemade jam. Overall, Jeff & Bev are wonderful, kind, and thoughtful people. They have are highest recommendation!

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list.
