Carol & Ray were amazing, they arrived a day early for the sit and stayed in a local motel so they could meet us & the kittens before we went on holiday, this was so helpful and thoughtful! Carol sent us a really nice email with an account of their time with our kittens, its clear when you meet Carol that she really loves animals, our cats were both very happy and relaxed on our return and our house was very clean and tidy. We liked Liz and Geoff very much. They are a lovely, honest, straightforward and reliable team. We had no qualms about leaving Puffin and our house in their hands. We exchanged some photos and conversations during our week away. Sadly we did not see each other on our return, but found that both the house and dog had been well cared for. We would certainly love to see them again and can highly recommend them as zeewoi.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!
