Deirdre stayed in our home for three weeks watching our cat. Deirdre is a clear communicator. We hopped on a call before confirming the sit and since that call we had confidence in her ability to watch our home for an extended period of time. During the stay we had a few unexpected house issues that needed attention. Deirdre was excellent at communicating the issue and coordinating with contractors as needed. Deirdre was also wonderful with our cat. Deirdre had questions about our cat's personality the first few days as she got to know him and I am glad she asked us. We received frequent pictures/videos and we came back to a stress free cat.

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. I called Little Characters today and the owner or whoever takes care of the phone calls was very offensive! I called looking to start dog walking services. I told him my needs and he said that what I needed could get to be pretty expensive and he was not sure if I could afford it. I told him he was very offensive and that I wouldn't be calling if I could not afford it! Afterwards, he says well if you can afford it I can do it. That's not how you conduct business! It was very rude and offensive. You cannot tell someone you don't think they can afford something.
I am so impressed by the level of caring the sitters had for my cat. They contacted me daily while I was away to give updates. They took excellent care of my cat. They made it possible for me to relax and enjoy my vacation because I knew that my cat was well cared for. I highly recommend these sitters! I'll never use anyone else!!
