Mac, Nala and I were so lucky to have Bill & Stacy come and housesit for us. I had a lovely initial video call with them, followed by them coming round for an orientation visit the day before the sit started and they then took wonderful care of Mac and Nala. I had picture, video and message updates every day and they left the place spotless. I think what I particularly loved was that they knew cats and cat behavior very well and I felt like they cared so much about Mac and Nala. This gave me great peace of mind while I was away. This is a really lovely couple and I’m very grateful to them for being here. I hope there will be another chance for them to come again before long!

Marjan and Harm were wonderful! We had easy and comfortable communication before we left and their experience was evident in their confident manner. They arrived ahead of our departure with enough time to walk around our home and understand it. While we were away, they shared updates and photos on our furry friends which reassured all of us, especially our four children. We returned to find our home spotless and well cared for. We were grateful for that after 3 weeks and grateful for the cut lawn and repairs that Harm did to some outstanding issues in our house (we did not ask). We would highly and unreservedly recommend them as sitters for your home and pets! Thank you both!!

Myse and Albie are a wonderful couple from Brazil, who will take special care of your pet and your home. I highly recommend them as zeewoi. What struck me the most about both Myse and Albie are their enthusiasm, kindness, intelligence, and reliability. They enthusiastically embraced our city, Buffalo, NY, and made the most out of their stay here -- touring area sites, checking out authentic Buffalo food, and exploring the neighborhood. It made us happy that they were really enjoying themselves. They both are excellent communicators, even though English is not their first language. They answered texts and phone calls in a timely fashion and were careful to make sure they understood all the house and kitty details. We got regular, entertaining videos filmed from our cat's perspective, which were adorable. Our elderly cat seemed very happy and relaxed in the photos and videos, and she was well-adjusted when we got back from our 4-week holiday. We felt confident and secure that our cat and home were in good hands. While living in our home for several weeks, Myse and Albie did an amazing job to staying tidy, keeping the house clean, and taking care of the small flower garden while we were gone. And they did an excellent job of following my instructions on what to do to prepare the house for our arrival back home. They went above and beyond what I asked them to do, including adding decorative touches (like a special way to fold the towels) that I will now incorporate myself. The house looked like it had been professionally cleaned. They even left a special treat for us -- a homemade Brazilian stew that we love. I highly recommend Myse and Albie as zeewoi. They are a delightful couple, who will give excellent care to your home and your pets. I hope that they will be return housesitters if our calendars match up again.

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. I highly recommend Janis and you will be fortunate to have her as your sitter.

Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

I brought my kitty, Aster, to Cara Mia because they had great reviews and prices. I am so glad that I found them! I am an overnight camp counselor, and my mom usually watches him but couldn’t for a few days. The Cara Mia staff were understanding of my situation (I ended up taking him out of boarding for a few hours one day for some kitty therapy). They expressed how good of a boy Aster was and said he would be welcomed back anytime. I am very impressed with how friendly and caring the staff are. I can tell Aster was well cared for and loved during his time away from home! If you’re nervous like I was about leaving your fur-baby in boarding, I recommend Cara Mia! Our normal boarding place had gone out of business so we had to locate another one. After some online research I found Cara Mia and it had good reviews so I booked our two cats for a 4 day stay. Their prices are very reasonable. We were greeted promptly and pleasantly and our cats were ushered into their lodging. Upon our return we found our cats happy and healthy and glad to see us. Our older cat Molly, who had a wash & brush appointment the next day due to her knots in her coat, had been cleaned and brushed to remove all of her knots. This was unexpected, but much appreciated. We have our "guys" scheduled for another visit over Thanksgiving and will not hesitate to use Cara Mia again.
We picked Cara Mia Pet Resort because it is in the same complex as our Vet. It has been an excellent choice. You can tell by talking to the staff that they truly love animals. Tina, our cat, loves the attention and the treats we leave with Cara Mia to feed her. She is a high maintenance kitty who needs attention and she gets the attention she needs while in their care.
Cara Mia is the best! My puppy gets separation anxiety pretty bad and we didn’t know what to do with her when we need to leave for an extended period of time. We decided to try out the daycare and she loved it from the first visit. They are so nice and take care of her so well. We use them for grooming as well and they do an amazing job. I couldn’t be more happy with them for both grooming and daycare. I highly recommend!
I am truly blessed to have Cara Mia. They always go above and beyond for both my dogs. I couldn’t be more happy with my bording. I almost didn’t want to leave this review because I don’t want them too busy for us!
My pets (dogs and cat) have stayed twice and each time they seemed to be happy and in good shape when I picked them up. Friendly customer service, flexible drop off and pick up hours, and availability.
Helped us on short notice while we were traveling. Our dog came back the next day, happy, tired, fed, and clean. Veterinary clinic right next door. AAAA++++

First time boarding my cat. Emailed the owner while on vacation and she gave me an update on Luke our cat and even sent me a picture..awesome. He eats too fast and gets sick, so they fed him slowly. They have extended hours and when I picked him up he got a free toy and treat. Great place highly recommended. Thank you
Cara Mia is definitely a five start pet resort. I am so grateful for the wonderful treatment they provided for my kitty. Cindy and her staff were so loving to my cat and gave her absolute incredible care. They certainly go above and beyond and made me feel so at ease in leaving her, while my family was away.
