Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Samantha and Scott are great sitters and we enjoyed hearing from them a couple of times while we were away.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. 
She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. 
Again we feel lucky to have found her, and feel she would be a great sitter for any pets!

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets!  Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks.  She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement).  You would never know this was her first TH sit.  She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!!  Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies.  She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working.  We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime.  Our whole family hopes to see her again-either for a visit and/or for a sit :)     Thank you, Thank you, Melissa!!!

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups!  Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals.

Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals!  We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!"

Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair.

Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours.   The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned!

When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years.

Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. 

Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day.  The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend!

This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow.  Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with  a rock star.

Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being.

This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral.

Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.

Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade!

Elaine was a welcomed sitter for Cyrus and Purrelli. I returned from holiday to find a very content relaxed dog and a happy fat cat. Purrelli doesn’t eat when he is stressed so seeing a little meat on him let me know he was content and happy :) My condo was left clean and in order, all communications were smooth and there was zero issues. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left,  mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning!  Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!
