In addition, they left the house in pretty much exactly the condition they received it in, so overall we are very pleased to have partnered with them. Susanne and Claus were an utter delight, we were so happy to have had them in our flat. They looked after our home, plants and pets perfectly. The cats have never had such shiny fur - clearly they received lots of brushing and cuddles! Communications with Susanne and Claus were just right, regular and reliable and clear. They were thoughtful and considerate, adjusting their arrival time to fit my schedule, and leaving a delicious home-cooked meal and a bottle of wine to welcome us home. Rikke was amazing! We posted our dates a week in advance and didn’t think we would find anyone, but it coincided with Rikke planning a weekend trip and we’re very grateful that it worked for her. She read the listing description and I right away felt comfortable about the idea of leaving our home and little Tayto with her. Cathy's pet sitting with our two dogs was excellent. From start to finish it was a 5 star experience. Cathy was interested in the dogs' routine and was also very willing to do her best to ensure the dogs were well looked after. She was very gentle and gentle with our dogs and took them on many walks. While we were away she also sent us regular photos of them and updates on their behaviour. We also had the chance to get to know her a little and had some interesting discussions. Allison and Josh were fabulous house sitters and gave such good care to our two cats. They were really friendly, organised and responsive throughout and asked all the right kind of questions when they arrived to make sure they knew what the cats needed. Most important thing for me is that we came home to two very happy and settled cats! This hasn't ever happened after a 2+ week time away before, Tig especially has always been really unsettled when we came home but she was relaxed, affectionate and happy this time - which makes me SO happy! Tash was happy and calm as well, they just seemed like we'd only stepped away for a day. Wow - I'm so grateful for this! Allison sent lots of great videos and updates while we were away so we could see they were getting along really well. The house felt great on arriving home. All in all a really positive experience and I can't recommend Allison and Josh highly enough for house and cat sitting. They really know cats and go the extra mile to make friends and put them at their ease. Thank you so much!

Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Don't hesitate to book this family of three, your house and your pets will be well-looked after!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

Had booked and prepaid two hours, unfortunately had to cancel hour number two. The lesson I had was good, (I am a coach myself) but I think that as a coach/teacher you can in principle respond to an SMS, such as: that was a shame, hope to see you/here another time etc. when the customer has paid for an hour. I knew and fully accept that the hour was lost. In any case, I lost the desire to book more hours, because the lack of customer care, which was super unfortunate.... 15.06.20 After work: Hi Anne, unfortunately I never received your SMS!!! So there must have been a technical error, but no hard feelings, we can try again this summer ;-) - as you can see, I have corrected my review.
