Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Despite his severe separation anxiety, he absolutely loved coming here and I was very pleased with the facility, price, and kindness of Gina and Rachel. Ace crossed the rainbow bridge a few years back, but I will forever be thankful for services Three Sisters provided when we called Grays Harbor County, Washington our home.

I can not begin to tell you how much we love Three Sister's Boarding ♥️. Our Crazy Chocolate Lab, Daisy loves it. We took her the first time at 11 months old. We had paid for training at a facility in Tumwater and she truly learned nothing. After going to Three Sister's she is a different behaved dog. I know they do NOT provide training, but I think she learns from the other dogs. We have been taking her since 2021 and she loves it. We ask her, " Do you want to go to the Ranch " and she perks up and is ready to go. We would never leave her in anyone's care. We highly recommend Three Sister's for you Boarding needs Debbie

We couldn’t be any happier with three sisters this is our dogs second stay . They have a large play / exercise area that is so clean and well kept. We took a 10 day trip and it was nice knowing that our dogs were being well taken care of. Our female golden seemed to not eat the first time we gave them some food additive to add to their food. The kind lady at three sisters sent my wife a video of her eating, my wife was able relax knowing she was eating. They have a great setup and are very reasonably priced. They have been welcoming, flexible and communicative with me.
3 Sisters is the very best boarding facility we've used in 50 years of dog ownership. We drive from Olympia to take our beagles there. The multiple playtimes that the dogs get daily tire them out. They are as excited to go there as they are when we arrive to take them home. We are so lucky to have them care for our beagles.

Tony is great. I had a few personal problems and he was very kind and patient. The resort feels warm and very welcoming. Perfect location in the country, away from noise and clutter.
The owner, Tony and his staff are amazing. My dogs were boarded there and one came down with sone concerning symptoms. Tony acted quickly and reached out to us while we were in Hawaii and took her to the Emergency Vet Hospital. Due to his concern and quick action our dog made it through the necessary procedure. The doctors said that Tony stayed with her till they reached us and called everyday to see how she was. We cannot express how grateful we are to Tony and his staff. My dogs also love to go out there just for daycare. They come home happy and tired.
My dog absolutely loves going to doggy daycare here. She gets so excited when I drop her off. They remember her and are always friendly. She also gets bathed here, it's very affordable and they do a really great job! So glad to have them in McCleary!

Whoa, super impressed. We need to kennel our 4mo old (dog)for one day and decided to test the waters with a half day stay. Tony was great, showed us around, they have lots of outdoor space for the pups, kennels looked clean, they also have on site groomer which is awesome. Was a muddy day, was expecting a muddy sheepdog, but they washed her down before I picked her up. Also, prices are AMAZING!! Very happy wallet.

Seems like a very comfortable spot for both humans and their companions. On a recommendation, we enjoyed a simple and very quick visit to Country Inn, having our Callie cat's claws trimmed. We're assuming (sorry, we didn't ask....) the owner took care of Callie and she was so very welcoming, gentle and thankfully super efficient with the claw thing. Cats.....she knew exactly how to handle the process, no drama and we're so very thankful for this. The staff that we did encounter were equally welcoming and helpful. By the looks of the sounds of the operation (pups waiting to be picked up and dogs barking during their grooming, etc.), we have a feeling it can be a busy place (we were invited to have Callie's claws trimmed at noon, during their lunch and the Spa "closed," to avoid dogs coming and going, easing the anxiety level in Callie. He had some dreads, and some matting on his belly, but when I picked him up, he looked great!! Most of all he looked unbelievably great, and was in a great mood!! We love bringing our boys here for their pup cuts. The pick up and drop off process is super easy, the staff is amazing, and the prices are just right! They also have boarding services and my boys can be a handful and they have no issues with them at all. Very grateful for Sylvan Pet Lodge and their team!

We took our Corgi to Sylvan for grooming and they knocked it out of the park! Absolutely amazing 👏 I was very impressed and she will be return customer! We have also taken our husky/ German shepard there as well and they do a spectacular job on her also. SO Happy with Sylvan and will continue to use them for all of our future grooming needs.

Sylvan is my go-to for boarding my pups when I have to travel. I tried several other places, but nowhere else is as reasonably priced and also great with the dogs. The indoor-outdoor kennel runs are fantastic, so the pups aren't cooped in a tiny box like at most places. Our first time there happened to be over July 4, and they put a ton of thought and care into how to best prepare for, support and comfort all their boarded dogs through what is often a stressful night.
I'm a crazy person with 6 dogs because I worked in the pet care industry for so long. Because of this, I'm super paranoid about where I take them, and I always worry about them when we have to leave them. Sylvan Pet Lodge is super down to earth, affordable, and our dogs are always super chill and clean when they come home to us! Owners and staff are so nice and accommodating. Very glad to have them in town so we can go on vacation without worrying too much about boarding our pups, and we can also afford our vacation too! Thank y'all!
We no longer need to board there but we still go for grooming. We’ve never had any issues with boarding or grooming. Our fur babies always seem happy and well taken care of and we trust them there

We met our sitters in advance. They interacted with the pets for a while before we left, so we could introduce everyone. We do have some pets with anxiety, so this was important to us. We had our first vacation with real peace of mind because of Happy at Home Pet Sitting and their outstanding services. We spent years finding the right way to be able to leave town, not worry and have our pets routines uninterrupted as much as possible. This will be our long term first choice whenever we leave for vacations, or on business. The prices are more than fair. I recently used Happy at Home Pet Sitting Service to care for my 10 year-old cat, Zoey. Zoey is not terribly used to being left alone (thanks, Covid!), so, I was somewhat apprehensive about leaving her without me for 10 days while on a trip. Maria stopped by before my trip and got to know Zoey and me, and provided assurances that my furry friend would be very well cared for. Maria explained everything about her services, provided references and brochures, and said that in my case, her company had a local sitter who would care for Zoey while I was away (the local person also stopped by before my trip to meet Zoey and me). While I was on the trip, I received a daily text update and periodic photos of Zoey. Maria had her staff follow all of my instructions and I could tell that Zoey had been well cared for while I was gone. Maria's prices are very reasonable and the fact that she has been in business for so long says a lot about the integrity of her service. She obviously takes pet sitting very seriously and provided the highest level of care for my Zoey. I could not be more satisfied. When I called my local vet to inform them that Maria and her team would be watching Zoey (in case a medical emergency), the vet said they are familiar with Maria's service and spoke highly of her. I think Maria has a lot of clients and is busy...but she made time for me and I will be using her service when I travel again in the near future. David, Ocean Shores.
Love love love! First impression...I contacted Maria and she quickly responded. This has continued throughout our relationship with her. When it comes to our furbabies, we know how important timely replies are! After that, she met us to go over our expected services and meet our sitter. After the service... We found nice notes journaling our dog's disposition and activities when the sitter visited. I 100% completely trust and recommend this company! Maria has been wonderful about following up to be sure we were happy afterward. I really can't say enough good about them. One last thing...icing on the cake...reasonably priced! Just an update... We have used Happy at Home 3 times now. Our oldest dog, Abe, used to get very stressed when we got the suitcases out. Now that he knows Happy at Home ladies will be coming by, he could care less if we leave!
I tried contacting these people multiple time, but each time it just rang and rang till I hit the answering machine. I left a voicemail and got no returning call. Basically what's the point of having a business if you can't even answer a phone.... thanks to these people I wasn't able to find a place for my dog when a emergency popped up and I had to put my dog in the pound. Please take down your website if you don't answer. Or at least put business hours down. A very poorly ran business

The business owner is wonderful with pets. If you need to travel away from your feline fur babies for a short time, you can safely leave them in their comfortable home environment and Linn will come visit and feed them so they don't have to stay in a kennel. This service is super valuable to us.
This is the best place for day care and boarding! Linn is flexible to changing schedules, and quick to respond. She monitors the group closely, and makes sure all the dogs get along. Her yard is great for the dogs to run around, and the indoor space is great to keep them dry in the winter. I really like that when our dog boards here, that he is not in a kennel, and treated like family. Couldn't ask for a better place to send our dog to!
Linn is amazing!! She was a life saver! My husband and I have to travel a lot for work, and a lot of the travel is last minute. We gave Linn a set of our house keys, and we were able to call at the last minute and ask her to cat sit for us. When I travelled, I never worried about my little cats, I knew they were in good hands. I like Linn because she is a professional, she is licensed, and knows pet CPR! My cats are very shy, and don't always like strangers, but they loved Linn! I really felt that Linn genuinely cared for my cats. It was also nice to get pictures of my cats while I was on the road. I only wish that we still lived in Tacoma! **UPDATED: My husband and I had to travel for 3 weeks in a row. We didn't know what we should do with our cats. We don't live in Tacoma any more, and we didn't want to try a new cat sitter for that long. So Linn offered to board our cats! I can enjoy my vacation knowing that my cats are being looked after and cared for at Linn's place!
Linn is amazing with our dogs and has been extremely welcoming every time. She's also very accommodating with our needs. We moved further away but will continue to use her.
We take our two germans shepherds to Personal Pet Concierge and have loved them. We love that we get several updates from Linn several times while we are away, and we know that our dogs are being cared for throughout the day, not just left alone in a crate. We have taken our Mini Aussie Roo to stay with Pet Concierge a couple of times and she LOVES it. Lynn takes great care of her for a reasonable price as well. I appreciate that she sends updates with pictures of how Roo was doing while we were out of town which helped us relax knowing she was in great care. Roo always has a comfortable stay with dog beds, room to run and enjoys playing with the other animals that are staying with Lynn. Lynn even went the extra mile and bought us another bag of dog food when we ran out on the last day. Saved us a trip to the store on the way home when we picked up Roo. Highly recommend them for pet sitting.

I love Personal and Pet Concierge. Linn and her team make traveling for work easy and stress free. I never worry about my cat anymore because I know he's in really good hands. While their services are 100% great, I want to highlight a couple areas in which I think P&PC excel. The first is communication. This is an important area for me (I'm a writing teacher) and I find that many petsitting agencies and individuals struggle to maintain adequate communication before an after my travels. P&PC have been wonderful communicators. They reply quickly to my efforts to schedule care for my pet. They send me updates (including images) while I'm away. And they are always clear about billing, visit schedules, etc. I couldn't ask for more. The second area is care. In the past, when I would return from a long trip my cat would be all out of sorts from a lack of TLC. Since I've been working with P&PC, he seems to barely notice that I've been away. This is because they visit him often and they treat him like he matters (like he's their own pet). It's not just about keeping food in his bowl. In sum, I can't recommend these folks any higher. I don't think you'll find better pet care in the area.
AMAZING! Our rescue Border Collie, Quinn, had always been a little apprehensive around other dogs, especially males. He spent a week with Linn & Mark and their bevy of guests. Quinn had the time of his life! He was exhausted and content when he got home. It has now been several months since his stay, and we continue to see the positive after-effects of his visit. He remains confident and more social. As a matter of fact, we had a true test shopping at the hardware store yesterday. Quinn was relaxed and social with a male dog, even sharing a treat! Our boy Rico attended Brittney’s pack for a while. He loved it, he’d come home tired and happy. We always felt like he was well taken care of. He is a puppy and Brittney definitely tried her best to accommodate to his puppy needs. He even injured his tail because he was too happy, got “happy tail” one day. He is a little menace and tried to jump over the fence a couple times which caused him to injure his leg but Brittney was always very transparent and informed my husband and I. If your dog isn’t a little menace like ours you should totally go with Brittney’s outstanding business, the puppies have plenty of room to play and they will be loved and cared for. We will miss Brittney’s dog house very much.
If anyone out there is looking for a place that will love your four-legged fur baby like it was their own. Brittany‘s dog house is the place to go not only do they do doggy daycare. They have boarding and they do grooming. I have done all three and you will be incredibly happy with either service you choose to use
Brittney is spectacular! I brought my puppy to her daycare over a year ago and just recently used her for boarding with my 2 dogs who are 1 and 3. My younger girl was a rescue from Mexico and she is very cautious around everyone but she loves dogs, I told Brittney my fears as we would be over 5 hours away with no cell service and she took excellent care of my babies. She helped me out when I didn't bring enough food and she kept me updated with pictures as a bonus! Great prices and always a great experience. so grateful to have a place i trust my dogs to go.
Brittney is amazing! She’s been watching our 3 dogs for 3 years now. We have her drop in on our pups on days my husband and I both work, we also have her help out when we go on vacation. Brittney is literally the sweetest person! I searched high and low for a place to let my baby boy Boston have someplace to hang out at during the day while his Dad & I have to work. He is a 7 month old rottweiler that isnt neutered, so not a single place would even bother to acknowledge him or agree to meet him because he didnt meet their "requirements." Well Brittney didnt even hesitate to invite him over for a meet and greet with her pack of pups to see if Boston would fit in with her crew. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and how much she cares for her pack. My boy has been going to her place for daycare for about 2 weeks now and I cannot be happier about how excited he gets as soon as we turn into her lane. He sees her and he goes nuts, that's how I know she is amazing. Because dogs know when they are loved and cared for, and will show it ❤ She sends me updates (because I'm one of those hover moms that worries about everything) and even sent me pic updates to put my mind at ease. if you are looking for a place to bring your pup to burn off some energy, look no further. We knew Kate was the one we wanted to watch our kitties the minute we met her. She was knowledgeable about cats and proved that when she got creative in ways to get our kitties to eat. (cat owners know how finicky they can be especially when their world is interrupted) My kitties are typically very shy but they seemed to take to her quite well. Kate texted us daily updates to let us know how they were doing. That alone made our vacation so much more relaxing because I didn't stress about them being alone. I especially appreciated that she asked us to text her and let her know that we had made it home so she knew my kitties were taken care of. Goodness knows when traveling anything can happen and she had our back. Kate is awesome!

Great boarding facilities, grooming, and day care. I recently started bringing my 3 dogs here. The staff has all been fantastic to interact with. My dogs have all been well received and are well cared for.
My dog absolutely loves going here. They have a great facility and atmosphere for both daycare and boarding. The staff is very professional, nice, and communicate well between each other. My dog is always treated well and I can tell they truly care about the dogs. Highly recommended!
Wasn't the place for me, although I know people who speak highly of it. My old boarding place ran the dogs with daycare dogs, so they got lots of exercise, plus the last walk for boarded dogs was at 9 pm, not 6 pm like this place. Their cheaper pens are likely too small for my 2 dogs, so I'd have to upgrade to the premium pen. Then, there's a charge to have them with the daycare group. That is just too expensive for me, and they touted their clean-up process, but there was poop in 2 empty lots. My recommendation is to tour the joint yourself and see what your opinion is.
We are obsessed with Dogwoods. We used to live in Olympia and would bring Rocket to their daycare all the time. Every time he came home exhausted and happy. We have moved to Seattle and haven’t found anywhere that we love as much as Dogwoods. When we work in Olympia we always make sure to bring Rocket so he can see his old friends at Dogwoods. Even when weeks or months go by since Rocket has been there, they always remember him and he’s always thrilled to be dropped off. We even make the trip down from Seattle for boarding at Dogwoods when we travel because it’s so nice to leave him with trusted people he loves- even worth the 3-4 hour round trip to drop him off. We are so thankful for the folks at Dogwoods for loving Rocket as much as we do! ❤️
Dogs seem to be happy. The areas look big and my dogs return tired. Prices are good, especially with the packages. Staff is nice. The only thing I will say is I hope they come out with an app so you can see dogs through the cameras like Camp Bow Wow has. That would be amazing! Overall, really great but the cameras would put it over the top and we would come more often.

My pup loves coming here for daycare--she greets all the staff happily every morning and is always in a great mood coming home. Staff clearly love the dogs and treat them well--they even recently let me know they noticed something so I could get it checked out with my vet. Prices are good and the indoor and outdoor dog areas are great, but it's the dog-loving staff that really make this place.
I went to pick up my dog and was able to see them grab him from the kennel via the surveillance cam in the lobby. When they opened his door, he jumped up and down and snuggled and was so excited to see the staff member. He was clearly treated well and happy while we were away. Everyone I've interacted with has been so kind and friendly and seems to go the extra mile to make every single dog feel safe, secure and loved. They're also VERY reasonably priced for everything that you get. They're the only facility where I'll board my dog. Can't recommend their services enough.

They take care of Koa like he is their own. He's been boarded here twice and have never been disappointed. Whenever we are on vacation and ask how he is doing we get an immediate response with pictures and video clips of him. He loves it here... He is always so calm when we pick him up.
Desiree at Shaggy Shack took great care of our Labradoodle when he went in for grooming, and he came back looking great. This is definitely where we're taking him.

My husband and I dropped off our dog for 4 nights. She was well taken care of and we got a full report from the staff on her stay when we picked her up. She's so tired from all the playing, she had a blast! She's usually a timid dog but at the Shaggy Shack she felt right at home! Thank you guys for taking such great care of her! The Shaggy Shack Pet Resort and the staff are amazing and provided such a great experience for my dog, Eliza. This was a new experience for Eliza and she gets nervous, however, Eliza stayed there multiple days and was so well taken care!! The staff obviously not only love dogs but are amazing at interacting with the dogs and making sure my slightly anxious dog was grouped with calmer dogs her size. I was so pleased she was able to enjoy some socialization without feeling overwhelmed. I think she had fun with the other dogs and the great staff! Charles was fabulous at keeping me apprised of her experience and I feel completely comfortable with leaving Eliza in such great hands. The staff and owner care about these dogs as individuals with their unique needs and seem to have an instinct with helping each animal to ensure they have the best experience possible. I highly recommend this well run and caring environment for anyone's pets

Shaggy Shack has been great for our puppy since day 1. He's an ACD and has a ton of energy. We use Shaggy for daycare to help him get the exercise he needs during the work week. They love him like their own and he comes home exhausted. The staff is great and friendly and we've had great boarding experiences there as well when we've needed. It's like a second home for our pups!

The BEST boarding and spa in the area. Our Poppy can be a bit sensitive and have GI issues with boarding, but we finally got into here and she had no problems. On top of that she seems so happy and we love how the groomers made her look cuter than usual. The employees were so nice and attentive, even as I observed with other dogs, they truly love pets. The daily reports and pictures were so important when it came to my own nerves. I can't imagine a better place to board or groom our precious Poppy.

Friendly Grove did a great job taking care of our cat for a few days before he traveled abroad to meet up with us in Europe. They work closely with Across the Pond pet shipping so they know all the procedures and paperwork required. Friendly Grove has a wonderfully tranquil facility and I'm sure they will care for your pet just as well as they did ours.
I have been coming here for years and I love the customer service and fun monthly theme parties. This includes a variety of theme birthday/moving away parties! In addition to enriched daycare, Friendly Grove offers boarding and grooming. Below is a picture of my dogs in their theme birthday party and their favorite staff Madison.
They are really an awesome facility. The staff is awesome and does excellent grooming on my dogs. The facility is huge and has the ability to groom and board and the grounds are huge and beautiful! Highly recommend them.
Our canine friend enjoys his time at Friendly Grove. We sure do enjoy the beautiful environment he gets to participate in all day. Over the past year, they've really taken care to ease this puppy into the lifetime of grooming needs he'll face as a Groodle. Lots of breaks, playtime, going potty, and staying hydrated. They've trained him for their own practices and procedures. They will give him the food I provide for his lunch. They take the time to go over the cut before hand, at the drop off. They are very busy, very well scheduled, and managed quite well. Their price is a fair trade for services rendered under the conditions he enjoys. They commit the time to our hairy friend, and he's always happy to see them. That speaks volumes to his excellent treatment while attending day spa therapy. ;)

We have used Friendly Grove for our dog for the past four years. They have done an exceptional job taking care of Bo. They take great care of her. They contacted us once to let us know she had some stomach issues (most likely something she ate prior to dropping her off) discussed care options and provided treatment. Then they followed up to let us know she was fine so we wouldn't worry during our vacation. Bo enjoys going there and playing with her friends. We are able to enjoy our trips knowing she is being taken good care of.

Charlotte’s was extremely accommodating for my last minute trip for a family emergency. I was able to book a condo for my cat Raven with one day’s notice with a quick phone call and no issue. Drop off and pickup were easy. They were happily able to accommodate Raven’s eating schedule and provided her a cave bed “cat potato” because she was very nervous when she arrived in her new environment. I would feel comfortable leaving my kitty with Charlotte and her husband again.
When we leave Frankie with Charlotte, we know that he will be well taken care of. Her cat room is very clean and smells fresh. It's obvious that Frankie has had plenty of loving attention by how relaxed and happy he is when we pick him up at the end of our trips. Charlotte is the best!

I’m so glad I went with Charlotte for my cat boarding needs over a two week Christmas holiday. My cats are so finicky and anxious with new places but they adjusted comfortably in their cat condo. We have boarded our cats at Charlotte’s 6-7 times since 2021. It is so nice to know they’re in a place that loves cats. Charlotte is a great communicator and is flexible when travel plans go sideways. The set-aside cat area in Charlotte’s home is cozy and secure. We appreciate having someone we trust to take care of our kitties! Charlotte is our go to!

I don't understand the positive reviews this place received. I should have relied on my own judgment rather than just Google reviews. The conditions were poor: the cubby my pets stayed in smelled like something died in it. The place was cluttered, and not clean. I had to repeatedly ask for updates while I was away. My cats appeared unhappy and were confined to the cubby the entire time (5 days!) without any playtime. The play area was not safe or enclosed, and the overall environment was unsanitary. When I picked up my cats, they were brought out to me without allowing me inside. The odor of cat urine and litter was so strong that I will need to thoroughly clean both my cats and their belongings. The space is unsanitary and not suitable for pet boarding.
