Providing Pet Sitting in the Mays Chapel, Maryland
Quiet, reliable and responsible cat (and small dog) lady
This was our first time using a Trusted Sitter, and I'm so grateful Elena chose to stay with our precious pup. He's a senior dog that requires a little extra attention, and Elena was so kind and caring with him. From our very first zoom call to get to know one another, I knew Elena would be a great fit. She was very organized, told us what she needed to know, and was very flexible when our dates changed a bit. Elena sent several pictures of Beamer every day. My kids eagerly awaited to see what their brother was up to while we were away. He looked so happy in all of his pictures. She took him for walks and gave him plenty of cuddle time. Elena also took such great care of our home. We arrived back to a spotless house! Our experience with Elena was more than I could have hoped for using Trusted Sitter. It was like having an old friend stay over. I highly recommend Elena, and hope she will be available to stay the next time we go on vacation!

Hi! I am Olivia, and my partner's name is Belrie. We look forward to meeting you
I am so fortunate because I had to cancel this sit at the last moment and Olivia and Belrie were extremely understanding. All our communications leading up to the sit were phenomenal, and I can't wait to have them stay with Pearl soon.

I've lost track of the number of times Jasmine has house sit for us. As always she is reliable and responsive. I know my house and pets are in good hands with her. She is a great communicator. We came home to a clean house and happy kitties. I highly recommend her!

Monica was an outstanding house sitter. She communicated well, took very good car of our cat, and was very gracious after a falling tree limb took out the internet. We would definitely invite her to sit again.

Sharon was just a wonderful sitter. She has an engaging, positive personality and is full of energy. We were happy with the updates and photos of 2 content Goldens, whether on a trail or chilling by her feet. It is so wonderful to go away knowing your fur babies are loved and cared for in their own home. Will need to come up with a trip so we can invite this special lady back.

This was the 2nd time Brandi housesat for us. She did an amazing job again and when I got home, I couldn't even tell that she has even stayed in our guest room because she is so neat! She kept me posted about all of our pets and sent photos. I would definitely trust Brandi to take care of our pets and home again!

Olive can be a bit shy with some new people but April quickly won her love. Can’t thank April enough for her care of Olive and our home. Great communication, left our place clean and tidy with a very happy pup. Would love to have her again anytime. Thank you, April!

Nicole was amazing! This was the second time she sat for Leo and she was great again. She expertly navigated Leo dealing with digestive issues, was communicative, and took great care of Leo and my home. After her first time sitting, I reached out immediately to see if she was free for this sit.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!
Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)
BriAnna was our first pet sitter and we loved her :). She made every step very simple for us, communication was great, Pastis and Anubis seemed to be very happy with her, and the house was very clean when we came back. We highly recommend BriAnna to take care of your pets and we would love to have her back!
Angelica was a wonderful pet sitter for our dog Rosie! She was easy to communicate with before and during the sit (very responsive), and made time to do a walk through of our house/intro to Rosie prior to the sit. She was extremely reliable throughout the process, and left our house really neat. Rosie was happy when we got home! We'd be happy to have Angelica sit for us again and would recommend her to anyone!
Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. Our whole family hopes to see her again-either for a visit and/or for a sit :) Thank you, Thank you, Melissa!!!
Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. We really loved that, knowing that Kona was being so well taken care of. As my husband said, "OMG, she is the Dog Sitter Champion of the world!!!" She is definitely at the top of our list for future dog sitting. If we could give her 10 stars, we would! Thank you so very much, Rebecca! You were amazing! The best ever!!!
I have had 4 pet sitters this year so far. And Liz was the best! She was wonderful with cats. She has an easy going manner and is very comfortable to be around. Very smart and she is a great communicator. She followed all directions and left the house spotless. I highly, highly, highly recommend her! I would have her again anytime!
5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade! Dean & Diana Smith
Leo and Susi were wonderful pet sitters for our two cats. They were responsive, communicative, and gracious guests, and the I swear the house was cleaner when we got home than we left it. The cats were very contented. Any time we leave we will be checking in with them first. Such a pleasure to work with.
Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.

I love this doggy day spa. They are very welcoming and they ensure that the dogs are compatible with each other. They pay attention to the dogs and get to know their personality. So much they noticed my puppy wasn't feeling well after lunch, they notified me immediately. I highly recommend them for your lovely dog.
My dog enjoys his time there. I’m glad he spends a majority of it out of a kennel and running around. He doesn’t seem stressed. Just spends his time trying to herd all the other dogs. They have fun activities for them while they’re there. He comes home tired! They sent me this picture on his first day of boarding.
The staff are incredible. Victoria has been so wonderful for our rescue pittie, Sadie. When she first started going, Sadie would sometimes play too hard, and Victoria gave her breaks so she wouldn’t get over tired (like a toddler) and forget her manners. She has kept us updated to her progress over the last several months, and Sadie has shown great strides. Sadie has whole body wiggling tail wags when she goes to camp, it is easy to see that she loves going.
Camp is a wonderful experience for my small Jack Russel Terrier 1 year old kid. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The pups spend most of their time in the exercise areas and not in cages. Very clean facility. Highly recommend!
Took my pup for the first time a few days ago. The whole staff was so friendly they explained the whole process and what to expect out of the day for my dog. I love the services that they have available for my dog, including the grooming and the individual enrichment. You can tell that the staff actually love what they do and it was a completely different experience from the first time I took my dog to a different daycare. On top of being so friendly, they were also very patient not only with easing my insecurities about doggy day care, but also easing my dog into the new environment. I just felt like my dog wasn't in such a shock this time around and I think it had to do with the process at Camp Bow Wow.
Wow! Last week I was searching for doggy daycares and boarding facilities and came across Camp Bow Wow’s amazing reviews and I now see why! We went in for a tour last week and everyone was so friendly and the facility was very well kept! Today was our doggy interview and our little guy passed! I loved the process from beginning to end. Everything was so seemless from the app to dropoff and pickup. We cannot wait to go back. Raven barely wanted to leave. Thanks to the team at Towson!
Friendly & transparent. You can watch your dog hanging out in the play yard (indoors, or outside on artificial turf) on live cam, if you like. Sure enough, you'll see staff people in with the dogs from time to time, and they (the dogs!) are always supervised through windows. Everybody there clearly loves dogs, and the setup is professional and convenient.
My dog "Trouble" loves it here. As his human, it is convenient and easy to drop him off. They take great care of him and have a menu of extra services. Trouble loves to show off to his humans when he comes back nice and fluffy after his bath and nail trim.
My dog is always excited to play as soon as we walk through the door. The staff is professional and friendly, and the place is spacious and clean. Very happy I found this place!
We love Camp Bow Wow! I was extremely nervous about dropping my anxious dog off for the first time but they welcomed him in and he came right out of his shell. He always has so much fun, he’s so tired out afterwards, and his tail is always wagging when I look at the cameras. I couldn’t imagine anything better for him for a day trip. He gets so excited when I pull into the parking lot and I have no worries while he’s there!
I really love this place!! Although I drove by it for many years because my pup had already had a doggie day care since birth🐶...I decided to stop by one day to see what they had to offer and the people were so friendly, very helpful and very informative. I quickly found out that this was the norm for them. ☺️ - They are also a one stop shop. (Daycare, Boarding, Bathing, Training and the list goes on. If you are looking for a place to take your pup, look no further. I truly belive both my pup and I have Best Friends Fur Ever!! God Bless! 🙏❤️🥹💯
Olivia is a wonderful trainer. She really took the time to listen to our needs first our puppy and everyone is so impressed with how she is doing! She communicates well and it was so fun to get video updates. All the handlers at BFFE make us feel special welcome every day.
My dog had such a great time at doggy daycare! My dog is a total social butterfly and hates being left home alone. Playing with other dogs is his absolute favorite thing. Knowing that he was getting to play with other dogs and getting pets from humans instead of home alone crying and howling makes me feel a lot better about leaving him there and getting things accomplished for the day. I love that I can watch him on the cameras and get a report card with pictures of him having a great day! I also love that there are options for early drop off and late pick up. I’ll be using them again for doggy daycare and potentially boarding. Definitely well worth it!
We were in puppy training with our 4 mot month old puppy. She is an amazing animal behavioralist and could answer a lot of questions. We learned so much from her. We would love if Olivia offered another class or have a dog park for small dogs to interact. Thank you very much!
Love everything about this place! We have a Cavapoo who has a bit of anxiety and we hardly ever board him. He’s been there multiple times now, a couple with extended stays and EVERY SINGLE staff member we’ve met has been exceptionally caring. Thank you so much!! Plus the webcams are just icing on the cake when we just want to make sure he’s doing ok.
I can't say enough how much my pups enjoy coming here. I even get to check on them through a camera whether I am traveling or just need a nice Daycare day for them while I am work. My pups are truly happy and that is all that matters.
Best Friends Furever is simply the best. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The trainers do a great job. Our dogs have been going there for daycare twice a week for years. We also have boarded our dogs there when we go out of town. If you can think of a service for dogs they almost certainly provided that service and do a wonderful job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a place for your dogs to socialize with other dogs, get groom, get trained, just need a day to yourself or need to board your dogs this is the place for your dog!
My dog needs the special assistance program that they offer, which means the dogs hang in the office area adjacent to the lobby. I found it chaotic and noisy which isn’t especially good for old dogs, etc. Staff was nice but during my tour a few days before, I wasn’t told that I would be charged for a special collar ($12) for Ruth to wear when she is there.
It was so much fun to receive photos and reports on Louie while we were away! We enjoyed watching him at play on the webcams! The staff is awesome!! He will definitely return for more good times :)
My puppy loves BFFE Cockeysville location. As a new Dog Mom I find comfort in being able to check on my puppy through the client portal live video. I even received a video report card on his first day at doggie day care!! He played in the water and went swimming!!
I use BeMore Pet Care any time I need to board my dog while I travel and I can’t recommend them enough. My dog is not a “people person” and can be fearful of strangers, so finding a trustworthy boarder to care for him was a real challenge until I was recommended to BeMore Pet Care by another dog trainer. I have total confidence that my dog is very well cared for when I leave him with Morgan, and he’s always happy and healthy after his time with her. They’ve always been able to accommodate my boarding requests even with relatively short notice, and the process is very simple and stress free. We are very lucky to have this knowledgeable, trustworthy small company in Baltimore for our pet care needs!
We recently used BeMore Pet care for boarding our two dogs while we were out of the country for 10 days and I’m so glad we did! I was nervous having them stay at someone’s home especially because one of our dogs has separation anxiety and some behavioral issues. We also have an older Pittie mix with health issues, but Sarah, our pet sitter, took excellent care of them. She provided daily updates and the dogs were happy and healthy when we picked them up. She gave them all of their medications and followed our instructions. She also took the time to give them plenty of snuggle time. I would definitely recommend using BeMore Pet Care for pet sitting!
We are very pleased to have found BeMore pet care. It’s hard to find reliable pet sitters. They have accommodated our schedules many times, and even gone out of their way and made the extra effort. These are experience pet sitters who were able to medicate some of our older cats.
Morgan and Sarah are always very welcoming, accommodating, and professional. The constant updates and pictures provided aids in keeping my mind at ease knowing my dog is in good hands when I'm away. Zeke is always excited when he is dropped off to either location. Keep up the great work!
Morgan and the BeMore crew are absolutely fantastic, we couldn't recommend them more!! We've had plenty of dog walkers over the years, but Morgan & her team always goes above & beyond. We had 2 very high maintenance pups (1 little deaf & skittish Cavalier, and a 15-year old rock star Lab) when we first moved to the neighborhood a few years ago. Morgan and her team were so patient & attentive w/ them from the start. They loved her and the rest of the team, and were so excited every time they came to get them for walks. Getting photos sent for every walk was such a treat in our work day! Now we have 2 young, feisty guys (Black Lab & Papillion), and they love Morgan & team just as much. Great peace of mind when overnights are needed to know that they are in such good hands. Not just for walks & overnights, but also for other expertise & services like training, health recommendations, etc. Very responsive, reliable, and professional! Love BeMore Pet Care!!!
I entrusted Morgan and her team with my high energy, yet lovable, pitbull mix for about a week. I was nervous, as this was the first time she slept away from home. Morgan provided daily updates, plenty of play time and snuggles with her at night. I felt at ease knowing she was properly cared for. Highly recommend Bemore Pet Care!
We hired BeMore Pet Care to watch our pets, and they did such an amazing job. We have a senior bunny rabbit who has some specific care considerations, and a cat who’s had issues with separation anxiety in the past. From the first email, Morgan was responsive and helpful when sharing available services and pricing, and I felt like she genuinely considered our needs when finding us the right sitter. Our sitter Jill was phenomenal. She sent prompt, clear updates each visit, outlining which tasks had been completed to care for each pet. She sent so many photos, and made sure both pets’ living environments were clean and comfortable the whole time we were gone. I really did feel that she took the same kind of care that we would have if we’d been home. I would 100% hire this team again. They were fantastic.
I met Morgan at a training center and was thrilled to hear when she went out on her own to start BeMore Pet Care. I have always been nervous about leaving my girl with anyone, as she is special needs (deaf) and also quite large/strong. It is hard for me to find people to care for my most prized possession... and I would leave her in Morgan's care in a heartbeat. Morgan is wonderful with dogs, attentive, a great communicator, and also a great business owner. She keeps me updated with a picture for each walk or overnight boarding. My dog always comes home exhausted so I know she is getting adequate attention, walks, and stimulation when Morgan cares for her overnight. Can't recommend BeMore enough for the other over-protective dog Moms out there!
I cannot recommend this company enough! They are reliable, reasonable and personable!! We have had Morgan and josh as our walkers and both are incredible. Each visit they send me picture updates and let me know how my puppy did. I am so thankful we found this company. You will not be disappointed!
We used BeMore Pet Care (Grant) for overnight care for our dog and 2 cats (one has medical needs). Could not have been more happy with the updates, communication, and care our animals received while we were gone.
I cannot say enough good things about the team at Baltimore Dog! Tara had been nothing short of amazing with caring for my dog. She is truly the kindest and most trustworthy person I’ve met and my dog has the best time with her! Tara is also super flexible and accommodating to schedules. I receive so many pictures and videos of my dog while she’s out on adventures with her and it makes my day! Thank you Tara and the team at Baltimore Dog. Vera and I appreciate you guys!
I have used Baltimore Dog for a number of years now. I had a senior dog that needed some special attention since she was old and big. Sam and Annie were absolutely amazing with her. I also have a cat that didn’t need anything from them, but always got love and attention from them. They are so kind, caring and compassionate. There are very few people I trust with my animals, and I would absolutely recommend Baltimore Dog to anyone.
Best experience! My labs, Lilly and Stella, have the best time with Tara and Annie. The girls treat the dogs as if they’re their own!
Baltimore Dog has truely been a LIFESAVER for me and my two dachshunds. When I decided to get my first puppy, Moxie, Sam was able to meet my schedule needs, and walk moxie several times a week. Sometimes he had to visit twice a day, and clean up a stinky mess, if you know what I mean. Yikes! I immediatly wanted another doxie pup, but knew I had to restrain myself. I knew there would be a future time to get Moxie a sibling, and finally, one day I recieved a message from my Aunt. When I opened it, I saw a gorgeous dapple with one blue eye, and he needed a home!!! Moxie and I drove to pick up Blue(berry), and he has been bringing people joy ever since. I honestly dont know how I would have managed with out all the help from Sam and Amanda. Thank you for loving my babies and y'all ROCK!!!
Sam, Annie, and the Baltimore Dog crew are just amazing. They have been walking our dog for years now and also overnight pet sitting. They are super trust worthy and reliable and our dog is obsessed with them haha. Would definitely recommend them!
BALTIMORE DOG WALKS ARE THE BEST PART OF OUR DOG’S DAY! Annie, Sam, and their team treat our german shepherd as a part of their family - and she essentially is, going out on 3-4 hr walks with them for the past 3.5 years. They are an integral part of our routine and such a wonderful group to have in our lives. We appreciate them so much and couldn’t recommend their care highly enough!!
Huck is the small white dog in the middle. He was lucky enough to work almost exclusively with Tara and Annie, I must say he loves them probably more than me. He was loved and cared for. He came home from his hikes with the pack happy and exhausted. I feel fortunate that Baltimore Dog was recommended to me by his trainer. I highly recommend Baltimore Dog to anyone needing their services.
Baltimore Dog is the only service we use for our corgi, Kevin. Time and time again, they never disappoint. They accommodated to our country living by driving out far to hang with Kevin, too. Walks, pets, and (an appropriate amount of) treats were abundant. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for someone who will treat your dog like their own. They're incredible!
Our three dogs are members of our family, in a true sense of the word. We interviewed many potential dog walkers and sitters and picked Baltimore Dog. They are true professionals and our dogs love them! Each walk, the dogs are excited when the walker arrives and are tired upon their return. The kisses back and forth show the love and respect they have for one another.
Overall we have been pleased when we utilized Baltimore Dog! Sam, the owner, even came with little notice when I went into hospital early to delivery my child. He made sure our girls were let out multiple times even though he couldn’t stay the night. We were SO appreciative of him helping us out when our girls were trapped at home unexpectedly. The other sitters were also nice, attentive, and trustworthy. Will use repeatedly when we need.
We have been going to Dogtopia since the beginning of this year. Communication with the staff is awesome. Staff is awesome. Our girl loves it. She is excited and ready to go. Boarding has been a plus.
The staff is friendly and really care about the dogs as if they were their own. I love the events they have for the dogs at the center and the camera access owner's are granted upon signing up. I love this place and my dog does too.
We LOVE Dogtopia of Towson! They are always excited to greet our Shibas. The center is clean, they remember even the slightest of requests. Their webcams are clear so you can see the coaches professionally interact with your dogs, but most importantly, my dogs are so much happier in every aspect of their life. They get along with one another better once home, and they actually sleep through the night now! What a Godsend! My dogs slept in today for the first time ever! Sadly I let them sleep in instead of going to daycare, and now it is early afternoon and they are giving me the side eye because they aren't at Dogtopia. LOL. I won't be making that mistake again. Come check them out. You won't be sorry!! It's a great place!
My Macee Pooh is such a sweet girl who is very timid with Men. Every person I met at the Towson location was so pleasant and professional and gentle with our MaceePooh!!! She come homes tired every time, even if she's just in the "Gym" getting her steps in with the pac. The staff here were great with keeping me calm about leaving our baby for the day.
Fantastic. I was nervous about taking my dog for day care. He is BIG ENERGY, and a fairly large dog. But this team are pros. He had a great day, and they do a great job. I’m a big fan.
The staff is the absolute best. They are so welcoming and kind and really love the pups that come. The facilities are always so clean as well. My dog Ruby loves coming to see her friends. She goes once a week for play and I have boarded her as well. I fully trust them with my pup and highly recommend!
They are prompt and professional. Marely has been attending doggy daycare for three days now and they are awesome with him. I would highly recommend. The meet and greet was nerve wracking for me, but the staff were knowledgable, kind, and compassionate. They ensured me that Marely would be in good hands and I felt validated by them with the care I was able to see during the meet and greet. It’s so calming to know my fur baby boy is in good care when I can’t be with him. He will also be boarding with them while I’m away on vacation.
My puppy Roscoe loves Dogtopia! He has grown so much since he started attending 1-2 days a week. He was extremely anxious when he started attending and the staff showed so much patience and care with him. Now he runs straight to the door and happily trots to the playroom with the Canine Coaches. The staff has been friendly and communicative since day one- special shout out to Hailey for always calming my pet parent anxiety! Our recent boarding experience was especially great. My husband and I were very anxious to leave our pup for a week and board him for the first time. Everyone was kind and understanding and listened to our litany of instructions. During our trip we recieved email updates and phone calls. He had trouble eating one day, and I recieved a call asking to add broth to his food. His final day, he was bit by another dog. When Hailey called it was clear this was not a normal occurrence and she was anxious herself, but showed professionalism and compassion. He was taken directly to the ER and I recieved a detailed care plan from both Dogtopia and the vet. (The other dog was dismissed from care.) He was fine and when I went to pick up his boarding items, he ran straight to the front door and greeted all the canine coaches with kisses and playfulness while we waited for his items. Because of how well this situation was handled, I still 100% trust the staff at Dogtopia and will return when his injury has healed. The love for the dogs in their care is apparent.
Love Dogtopia! Staff is friendly and they take good care of my pup. Mazie seems very happy there.
Milo have an amazing time at his meet and greet. He is high energy and was exhausted after his first day at Dogtopia. He made lots of friends and can’t wait to return. The staff was warm and welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Our dog came back from his 2 night stay and seemed very stressed. It took him a few weeks to return to his normal self and to gain his bark back. We never heard anything from them of any issues with him possibly having a hard time. We would’ve come home and picked him up if we knew. When we dropped him off and picked him up the place seemed pretty unprofessionally run. A disoriented person came out for drop off, then a 30 something y/o man that we had never met, who was rude gave us our dog back. It’s obviously a family/loosely run dog kennel. Now a month later we got a rambling call from a woman at Caves valley pet lodge asking for money, they said we didn’t pay for something we 100% paid for + a nice tip and got a receipt. Avoid this place at all cost
We love Caves Valley Pet Lodge. Janice was great with my dogs. She made them feel welcomed as if they were at home. The groomer is also amazing. She took her time to ensure the grooming was done right! The dogs were cleaned very well, and smelled fresh 😊 …
Nothing but good things to say about Caves Valley Pet Lodge and their proprietor Janice. It's a family business, they limit the number of dogs they take, and they don't charge you fees to get your pet out of solitary confinement like big box kennels. I also appreciated them because they worked with when I needed to pick up my dog unexpectedly (Christmas Day, no less), because they provided nutrition advice to help my dog put on weight, that they board their own dogs with their clients, and that they have acres for the dogs to play in. My dog Sam loved it and we'll be back next time we're in Baltimore.
Thank you for watching my special boy! He is an older dog at 13 and I had some concerns, but Janice and everyone there made him feel so comfortable and loved! Do not hesitate to bring your special guy or gal. They will be treated to a wonderful stay!
I have had great experiences taking our 9 year old golden doodle to Janice and Tyler at Long Last Kennel in Owings Mills. I like that Janice is able to take reservations by text and keeps things simple. Sunny always seems to be happy when she goes in and is always healthy and happy when she leaves. I like that Janice is a working owner and that she personally takes care of much of the operation. The pricing is also on the lower side of what kennels in the area are charging. I highly recommend Long Last Kennel. Good service and good value.
Caves Valley is a great Kennel. My 4 year Cocker named Cal loves going there to see his friends. The staff is very nice and considerate. Making a reservation is relative easy by e-mail. They now have a groomer who comes there who had made Cal look very handsome.
I am so glad we found Long Last Kennels! We have been very cautious about boarding our sweet girl because Saluki’s have very unique temperaments and needs. When I saw that there were multiple Salukis I was shocked! Finally she has friends she can run and play with that can keep up with her (mostly - ha!) Janice (the NEW owner) is awesome and it truly feels like we’ve found a second home for our girl. Our pup loves dropping by for daycare and we never have to worry when we have to travel without her. It brings us tremendous peace of mind knowing they take care of our girl as if she were their own. When we pick her up, she is excited and exhausted! She is well cared for while she’s there and it shows. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for boarding or daycare or both, like us!
Let me start by saying the owner Chris genuinely cares for and loves dogs. She got teary eyed telling me about her multiple hip surgeries which prevent her from being active with her dogs. Chris is an expert on dogs and I don't take that away from her. Her front customer entrance is cute by the way. But with that being said, there are a few things you should know: If you are not familiar with the Owings Mills area, Chris's facility is in the rural part of Owings Mills. Be prepared for a drive. Chris's personality can take some getting used to. At times she can come off as a bit authoritative and her tone can be a bit snappy. I don't think she means any harm, but that's the way she talks and runs her business. Chris has regular clientele she has been doing business with for years. If you are a newcomer do not expect newcomer treatment. If you would like to make a reservation for your dogs for lets say Christmas, have a Plan B. Chris's long time clients have seniority. In other words, you will be put on a "waiting list" because they receive preferential treatment for the holidays. Understand you are on Chris's schedule and not the other way around. Chris recommends a temperament visit. I scheduled a free trial date with Chris, arrangements were made contingent on weather, and then I was told after reaching out again the day prior it was a no go because she was busy. I reached out again and was told to bring them another date which was not convenient for me. Chris is VERY concerned about how your pet will acclimate to her kennel. I believe you, the owner are also being "OBSERVED" as well. Once my small pets were brought in for a trial, I was told one of the pets would be an issue because she was shy and nervous. I get that Chris doesn't do leashes and was concerned that the pet may run off in the yard if left in her care, but considering it was within the first 25 minutes, MAYBE it was a bit overwhelming for the dog? Chris was informed on her extensive intake form this one pet needed reassurance when experiencing new places, but is comfortable once she warms up PRIOR to the visit. Chris had me step inside to allow the dogs to roam in my absence. An owner arrived to pick up his giant dog, the size of a linebacker, and apparently, one of my dogs saw it and ran and hid under something and would not come out. So, this was the catalyst for her telling me I should return another day and hinted that perhaps this would not be a good fit for her. Interestingly, she's telling me about the same owner's big dog that upon first visit refused to enter her facility. They had to take the dog in another route. I wonder if all this rhetoric about uneasiness applied to this dog? What I was not impressed with was one of the small dog yards directly outside of the client entrance. It was dirty which was the first turn off and I saw some dried up dog poop near one of the raggedy gates, a dead long warm on another side of the area, and a lot of moss development in the area. The dog "runs" did not appear to be dirty, but my first impression of the back yard was not good. When I asked if I could tour the facility she acted like it was a problem. "It's very messy right now...I guess...if you want to..." was the response I received. Not "Sure, we would love you to see where your dogs will be quartered!" When I told Chris I did not want the dogs to have treats during their stay you would have thought I said to euthanize them. Chris had a problem with that. Never mind that one of the dogs is on a diet or has a sensitive gut. Then, she suggested they go in separate runs because she was concerned that one dog would eat the other dog's food, despite the fact I never had an issue with this previously. In all my years of pet boarding with different places, I have never been so annoyed or bothered by the management/owner. Everything happens for a reason because I found another boarding place that suited my needs and gave zero problems.
My little guy has a tumor on his leg and we wanted a small business to get him groomed. When I called I could tell the owner was thoughtful in her concern for my dogs wellbeing. His grooming was quick about an hour and he looked very cute! Will use their services again.
Janice and her team have been providing wonderful care for our Scottie and Sealyham terriers many times over the past two years. They are always very excited to go to Caves Valley Pet Lodge. It is truly like going to doggie camp for them! They are always in great condition and spirits when we pick them up. It is very comforting to know they have a safe caring place to stay when we have to go out of town for an extended time.
We've used Patrick for at least 10 years. He's been so reliable and with him looking after our animals, I know I don't need to worry. I'd recommend him any and every day.
Patrick is wonderful. He has taken excellent care of our dogs and home over the years. We highly recommend him.
Amazing service, good people , all around star citizen
I loved her dogs and wish I was chosen to sit them.
Amanda at Mohr Paws to Please Pet Care is part of our family. My dog Moose absolutely loves her and everyone on her team. I trust Amanda and her team explicitly and know that when my husband and I are out of town or away from home, that my fur baby is well taken care of. Amanda is flexible, caring, trustworthy, and responds to you in a timely manner. It is easy to book her services and her prices are fair. There have been many times where I have added or removed services last-minute and Amanda always does her best to accommodate when our plans sometimes change. Mohr Paws sends routine updates, pictures, and any concerns while watching your pet which helps put my mind at ease when I am away for long periods. I truly don’t know what we would do without Amanda and her team! I highly recommend Mohr Paws to Please Pet Care for all of your pet needs!
Mohr Paws to Please Pet Care is our #1 and only pet care service that we use and recommend. Our cat's diet and medical treatment can be very complicated because she has diabetes and has chronic respiratory issues. We need someone who is on the ball to ensure she has everything she needs and to monitor for any behavioral or health changes while we're away. Amanda is absolutely wonderful and so thorough. She's not only caring for your pets, but watches out for your home as well by bringing in packages, taking out kitty litter trash, cleaning dishes (yup!), etc. I never expected someone to go above and beyond like this. Dare I say it, she's even better than if family members were to do it for you! lol. Thank you so much Amanda! We're excited for you to see Stella again and to meet the newest addition to our family on our next trip!
My pups have been cared for by this small business for years! From quick pop ins, hour long stays and overnights, this business has you covered. With their multiple certification I have always trusted them with feedings and giving meds. The best is the multiple pictures you receive through the visits. 10 for 10
I recently started using Mohr Paws to Please for my Bella! I work long days and love that I can worry free about Bella getting enough exercise/stimulation/love while I'm working. Nicole, her dog walker/new bff, will send me pictures of my sweet girl on their walk and of her sweet face and will also give me a "report card" of their walk! Bella has dog aggression/reactivity and will sometimes pull on the leash, but Nicole has been great at working with her along with me. Nicole has been able to help me out in a pinch on a day I had to work long and couldn't be back for her until 12 hours, so I'm super grateful for her. I also love that my Bella loves her!
Mohr Paws to Please is the absolute best pet care and we are so happy to have them for so many years. Emma is so amazing with our pups and they absolutely adore her. Amanda is an excellent business owner and is always responsive and quick to meet any need. We love MPTP and can’t imagine using anyone else for our babies!
Highly recommend! I have been using Amanda for a few years now, she takes my Pittie Kali out during the day or evening for potty breaks, she is awesome! I love that I get updates and pictures with each visit . It always looks like Kali is having an awesome time . It’s so important to feel like your pet is left in safe hands when your not around and with Amanda she’s done such a great job at putting my mind at ease with that . 5 stars for sure !
Very pleased with their services! Amanda took such great care of our cat and was easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!
We've used their services twice now for our two cats during week long vacations. They are thorough and take great care of our pets. I highly recommend.
Ashley and her team have gone above and beyond to help me with Cole, my service dog, while I'm bedridden at the hospital. He gets his routine walkies and does his business, so he can do his job when he returns.
See Spot Walk is wonderful! They took my pup for midday walks every weekday during my intern year and the peace of mind was priceless. They’re affordable, reliable, friendly, and so kind. Excellent communication and even better pictures! I can’t say enough great things about them, we will be sad to leave them when we move!
Ashley and her team are the best! I've used See Spot Walk for walks for my dog for the past two years and have been extremely happy with the service. They're professional, flexible, and kind, and it's very easy to schedule appointments and view walker notes. Check them out!
I have been using See Spot Walk for several months now and I have nothing but positive experiences to share. Ashley came and met my pups ahead of time and made sure I understood how the whole process works. There are two main walkers who come to my home, then maybe another 4 or so that have come by at one time or another. Each seems to genuinely enjoy my pups. I have two dogs with very different needs – a 13yr old golden with some mobility problems, and a 6yr old golden who should really be in agility or something. The walkers manage both dogs needs without complaint. They have so far been able to accommodate all my time needs, including a few last minute requests. They use the Time to Pet app which is fantastic and give great detailed reports. I always like to wait awhile before making a review to make sure I truly am happy with things and I can honestly say YES, I am entirely satisfied with this company, I really cannot come up with anything negative to say!
I have used their service pretty heavily the past year with Mac, Michael, Megan and Tobey being the main walkers. All are great and my dog loved them all. Their flexibility with multiple walkers provided those in the pinch walks needed when work went too long.
Ashley and her team are amazing. They take good care of my dog while I am away all day at work. He is still a puppy and can be a handful, but they make sure all his needs are met. Alexandra is the best and goes the extra mile to make sure Coffee is taken care of before she leaves. Thanks for all your help.
See Spot Walk is the best service a pet owner could hope for. The team is interactive, does an awesome job of letting you know how your pet fared during their visit, and the software for the app even has the ability to allow you to trace your pet's paw prints and see where he/she walked. Great experience with this business, big thumbs up!
Used them for years and couldn’t be happier. Reasonably priced, extremely reliable, and easy to schedule/cancel through their app. They take incredible care of our sweet girl. Would never use anyone else!
We needed a dog walker when I went out of town a few weeks ago. Service is extremely professional. Ashley and her team are above and beyond what we expected. The price is reasonable and customer service is outstanding.
Amazing service! I may be a little bias because I've know the owner for over 7 years. However, I just now decided to use her business for my pets and I'm really proud of her and See Spot Walk!
