Andrew and Sylvia were wonderful. From the first moment we met them, we knew our little family were in good hands. Raven, a tough judge at times, took them very quickly. They were so kind and accomodating with our schedule. They took the dogs on daily adventures, and shared pictures and updates a couple times a day. When we came home the place was cleaner then when we left. They even left us a beautiful photograph. We would gladly welcome them back anytime.

Pepper is what we were hoping zeewoi would be all about! From the moment she walked in the door our menagerie accepted and all but welcomed her; she has that kind of energy. She asked all the right questions and listened closely, quickly grasping all our critters' little quirks. Communication before and during the sit was excellent. Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)
