We were fortunate enough to be able to schedule Josh for a second time to house sit and take care of our pet. As before, Josh was super attentive and responsive. He coordinated with us regularly, and sent pictures of Gilbert nearly daily. When we returned, the house was clean, all the sheets and towels had been taken care of, and Gilbert was healthy and happy. We can't recommend Josh highly enough - if you need a house sitter you should pick Josh if you can. You'll be able to travel with peace of mind, knowing that your home and your pets are in super-capable hands.

Sam and Rachel were wonderful. They communicated well, were warm and helpful, and loved our cat and dog. They provided updates on the animals, the mail, and any odd things that happened (dehumidifier not working, our car getting a ticket) and helped us work through the issues from a distance. They took care of one episode where our dog had diarrhea, which needed clean up and a trip to the vet. They kept the house clean. They were able to adapt when I needed to come home a day later due to a death in the family. I would trust them completely. I should also mention that this is the first time we have had a house sitter with their own dog. It turned out to work out very well, as Plankton became good friends with both our cat and dog. I super highly recommend Sam and Rachel.

I can’t say enough about Anita. I’ll start with the important adjectives first; in order of importance, of course. She’s warm, friendly, genuine, kind, sweet, responsive, responsible, punctual, and very neat. Anita went above and beyond, coming to town early to meet me in person and to let my dog meet her with me there. When I got waylaid at the airport for five hours, she postponed her departure to make sure Charlie (said dog) got fed. That’s Anita in a nutshell. Plus, she sent me pics and updates on the regular. Sydney was the perfect pet sitter. She loved on the dogs everyday while she worked from home. She promptly got a flight to arrive at our desired day/time and communicated with us regularly about her coming and going. She did a great job walking the dogs, giving them medicine, feeding them according to direction, letting them sleep with her and keeping the house clean. We would love to have her come again.

Actually Janice sat for us and I have only positive things to say. This was a rather long sit for her and a bit of a distance from her home but she took it all in stride - even the terrible weather during her sit. My beloved dog was clearly well cared for and mail, plants and house were all in perfect order upon our return. Janice communicated with us enough that we were confident all was well. The one or two questions that came up were easy to resolve from a distance and as I recall things I probably should have mentioned before leaving. We would welcome her back any time.

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! I enjoyed meeting Samara. Sosha arrived after I left so we only communicated in writing. Samara is a sweet, considerate pet sitter. She brought her cat, who posed no difficulties to my pets. Samara was in good communication with me during her stay. She used my car without incident. My home was left much cleaner than upon her arrival. Samara proved to be an honest and responsible pet sitter and I would open my home to her at any time in the future.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat. He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care.
