We have 2 small dogs and have been getting them familiarized with ana and her home with day visits over the past 6 months in preparation for our October cruise it goes without saying, that she was phenomenal with her care for our kids and during our entire vacation, not once was i concerned about their care, safety, comfort or happiness. She sent pictures and videos regularly throughout their entire stay. Ana is very knowledgeable and has had on hand experience working with dogs in a veterinarian office and a boarding facility and is currently studying in the field for her degree. I give her a shining 5 star recommendation. I will not leave my kids anywhere else in the future.

Ana took care of my Roni for 2 weeks and i couldnt be any happier. She is the best pet sitter i have encountered here in the orlando area. It is lovely to see how caring she is with all the dogs and her communication is excellent.

We have a seventeen-year-old poodle mix. She is both deaf and blind, and we do not like to leave her in the kennel. Luckily we found a VRBO in Kissimmee that allowed dogs. Next, we needed someone to take her out when we were in the parks. Cozy Paws came to our rescue. Anna came twice a day to take her out and feed her. She sent pictures and was very dependable. You can depend on Anna.

Ana was amazing with my baby Ayla, she took great care of her and sent updates. She was so helpful and responded right away when we found ourselves in a bind having to leave her for a few days.

Barking club is great place to board your dog! I left with peace in mind that my dog was in good hands with Vivian! We boarded our dog here for 6 days during the holiday. Our dog does not like strangers but she warmed up to Viviana fairly quickly. She did amazing with our dog. She was always updating us with texts, pictures and videos. They even had Santa come visit the dogs and gave our dog a Christmas toy to take home. I mean wow! That’s going beyond. We’re so happy we found the Barking Club. We will definitely be returning customers. 5 stars!!!

My husband and I left our beagle puppy with Viviana for a week while we were out for the holidays. We were able to enjoy our time with family because we knew that our baby was taken care of. Vivian had great communication with us while we were gone, everyday we received pictures and updates of our pet. We will continue to bring our dog to Barking Club Daycare because we know that it’s a safe and fun place for our dog.

Prior to boarding I was given details regarding the process, as well as the daily routine, and felt at ease. I had peace of mind knowing I was leaving my pup in good hands. I am so thankful that I found Whiskers and paws this summer! Betty and her husband are wonderful and immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my dogs. This is some thing I really struggle with because I worry that no one will care for them as much as I will, but my girls were so comfortable with Betty I was able to relax without any worries. Now I’m thinking about all of the trips. I’ll be able to take having a wonderful reliable place where my extra needy dogs can be happy without me.

Betty and her husband did such an awesome job taking care of my mom’s dog Clifford. They kept us updated with pictures and videos during our stay in Orlando. One of the best experience we’ve ever had. Betty and her husband are 100% trustworthy and caring. We left our 9 month old toy poodle with them and they cared about him so much! They made sure he was comfortable, made sure he ate, asked me for permission before giving him anything. I left him for 3 days and I did not have to worry about anything. I knew he was in good hands and she constantly sent me pictures and videos. I will only be using Whiskers and Paws Petsitting when visiting Orlando. Such great people and a great atmosphere for the dogs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend, don’t look anywhere else, just book your stay you will not regret it. The amount of love given to our puppy was amazing!

If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to board your dog, look no further. Betty and Rick are absolutely incredible. Our dog is very old and is starting to have some medical issues. Leaving her to go to a wedding was a bit scary. The very moment I met this lovely couple and saw their beautiful home, I knew Bella was in the best possible care. And I honestly felt like I never left her!! They provided constant updates and photos. They gave her so much love, comfort, and care. It really made a stressful situation extremely easy. I think our dog enjoyed her vacation more than being at our house!!! If they took people, I’d check in tomorrow🙂 I will forever recommend them. Thank you, Betty and Rick. Bella has been with me through everything (15 years) and leaving her is never easy. You guys were phenomenal and I know we’ll be able to go on trips more now that she has a second home🩷

Betty and Rick were wonderful with our sweet 10 month old Shih-Tzu, Teddy. We were a bit nervous leaving him for the first time, but they took those nerves away instantly. He stayed with them three different days while we were in town visiting the amusement parks. He had so much fun playing with the other dogs and going on walks. We loved receiving videos and pictures throughout the day. This reassured us that he was being well cared for and having fun too. They are great people who truly have a love of animals. We plan to bring him again when we are back in the area.

I can’t say enough about this team!! After one visit, we’ll never board anywhere else again. From the initial introduction call and meet and greet to the entire experience while we were away, it was absolutely incredible! They answered every question I had, did everything possible to ease our minds and ensure our pup was comfortable, and sent numerous photos and videos. It was by far the best experience we could have asked for and are so blessed to have found them! Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough about Betty and her husband. They are wonderful people that took amazing care of our puppies. We are very over protective of them and were very hesitant to leave them at a kennel on our family vacation. Because we were coming from out of state it made it that much harder to find a place that we felt comfortable with. When I came across Whiskers and Paws and saw that she looks after the dogs in her home and treats them like family I just loved that idea. Betty was quick to return my calls and texts and happy to answer all my questions. She provided pictures and videos of other animals she was looking after and without question calmed my nerves. My dogs had a great time and that enabled my family and I to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our puppies all day. When visiting again I will absolutely be giving Betty a call.

Betty went above and beyond to care for our very old sweet boy Scruffy! He ended up having some different health issues pop up while we were out of town and he was under Betty’s care, and it was so helpful how communicative and proactive she was in getting him to his vet and taking care of him. They even took turns staying up watching over him at night. Truly above and beyond and takes care of your pet like they are their own. Appreciate you all very much!

5 stars aren’t enough for how amazing these people are!! We dropped off our 8 month old Yorkie for the afternoon, and she was so loved and cared for the entire time. Not only were we given frequent updates, but Betty did a complimentary photo shoot for Christmas. I have never felt so reassured and comfortable leaving our puppy with anyone. My shih-tzu Sachi stayed at Whiskers and Paws and it was wonderful. Betty sent me pictures and videos while I was on my trip. She was very attentive, caring and gave me updates on how she did everyday. Sachi really felt like she was at home. It really looked like Sachi was living her best doggy life while in her care. Overall great service and would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a petsitter for small dogs. FIVE STARS!

Our goldendoodle, a sweet but clingy companion, struggles with severe separation anxiety, and being only three, had never been boarded before - the thought of leaving him behind was very hard for me. My fur baby Leah Pearl did an eight day stay at the BEST of the BEST, Universal Dog Care Orlando this Thanksgiving. She was well taken care of and had a ball meeting new friends🐶. We discovered Universal Dog care Orlando online by the awesome google reviews they had and right away knew they were going to be great at taking care of our Nico while we were out on our cruise trip. Grammy and grandpa are the best at taking care of fur babies! Nico recently got diagnosed with reverse sneezing so he now has to take pills in the morning and at night to help with his allergies and they did not have an issue with that and gave his medication on time. Pictures were provided several times a day and Nico looked so happy and like he was having a great time! also quick response to our text messages. Thank you so much Grammy and grandpa for taking awesome care of Nico !!!

We will always take our fur baby to Universal Dog Care Orlando, anytime we are in the area. They are wonderful people and communicate everything very well, start to finish. We had peace of mind all day long in theme parks, enjoying a visit from my son and his girlfriend, and receiving pictures of our fur baby all day long. So glad I went with Universal Dog Care Orlando. They provided top notch service. My pet wasn’t just boarded in a kennel, he was cared for in an environment that he was able to be comfortable and play with other dogs. I loved getting update photos all day long making me feel at ease while my family enjoyed time at the amusement parks.

My husband and I were visiting Orlando for a few days for a conference and needed to board our pups for a few days. We stumbled upon Universal Dog care after doing some searching and were blown away at their reviews. Let me tell you… the reviews are legit!! The level of care, love and attention they showed to our dogs was unmatched by any other service, and we’ve been to some great places. They sent pictures throughout the day, but the best part of that was how incredibly happy our dogs looked at all times. Always playing, always smiling and tails wagging. It’s always a little scary going to a new place but they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful!!

I had a last minute trip to Orlando and had to bring my puppy with. I was so hesitant in leaving him just anywhere. I read all the 5 star reviews Universal Dog Care has and decided to try them. I messaged them and got a prompt response. Since day one that I left my little champ there I received messages and pictures to let me know my pup was just fine! I left him 3 days over night and I can’t thank them enough and to top it off their prices are so affordable. Again thank you so much for all you do!

Our pup just got back from this location after a week long stay with day care play time. First off - we just came back from a quick weekend stay where she was boarded at Bark Nona and kept in a box the entire time and didn’t eat her food (and trust me, our dog EATS). So, I was hesitant trying a new place, but we used to take her to the Airport location and the workers there loved her. Walking in, it was clean, plenty of space for the dogs to play, and there was a large staff. Every day, she was outside playing with other pups and you could tell she was genuinely happy on the cameras. Also, the staff for her section was always attentive and was petting/carrying at least one dog at all times. There were plenty of water bowls and several tents for shade. The ONLY problem was that I noticed when we got her home, her paw pads were all swollen and bloody/covered in sores. I don’t think this is from her pawing at her cage or the floor, since it’s on her back pads, too. I do think it’s some sort of bacterial infection from her running around in the turf all day over other dogs’ waste. I think this is a great place for doggy daycare and boarding, but please disinfect paws when they get home each day and I hope this location hoses down/deep cleans the play area a bit more frequently. I feel like water and dawn dish detergent should do the trick? We’re taking her to the vet tomorrow :(

I had my 7 month old golden retriever with her for 21 days, and I was thoroughly impressed with the progress he made under her guidance. What stood out the most was McKenzie’s commitment to communication. She provided daily updates on my dog's progress, which kept me informed and reassured throughout the training process. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and is dedicated to their success. If you're looking for a skilled trainer who will treat your dog with love and respect, McKenzie is the one to choose. Thank you, McKenzie, for transforming my pup into a well-behaved companion!

First time in pet paradise and we absolutely love it!!! Our mini schnauzer Bruno got a haircut with Ginny and she did a beautiful haircut. I’m already booked for another play day camp! We are so excited we found this place.

I can tell that my puppy was treated with love and taken care of. Every time I called the staff with a concern they made me feel at ease. The furever connected daily report was something I looked forward to every day of my trip. It’s worth it if you’re a nervous dog mom!

I love this place...both dogs are so excited to get there and go play with their dog friends! Our Cocker is a ball of anxiety and needs medication multiple times a day. The entire staff seems to know and they are all so great with her. So happy we found Pet Paradise in Lake Nona. Oh, and it is SUPER convenient to the airport.

Lake Nona, FL. It was $40/day for our kitty to be boarded there, and we did this mainly because the person who visits our house for our cat was unavailable. They have cameras to see your kitty and they send you photos at least once if it’s your first time boarding with them. If you enroll with their app I think they do more. After trying this location out I think I’d use them again. I liked that she had 24-7 company from staff or other cats.

I've been a regular at this location for a while, but my last visit left me quite disappointed, and sadly, I don't think I’ll be coming back. I was really upset to see my dog had marks on her face that made it look like she might have been in a scuffle or possibly muzzled. It's hard to believe that could happen, especially since she's not neutered and I pay an extra fee for “One on One” care. I shared my concerns with the on-site manager, who evaluated my dog at my car. She mentioned that the supervisor wasn’t available but promised to reach out to me. It’s been weeks, and I’m still waiting for that call. This lack of follow-up really shows their concern—or maybe the lack of it—regarding the situation. Unfortunately, I've decided I can't trust leaving my dog here again, so we’ll be taking our business somewhere else. I just wanted to share my experience to raise awareness and hopefully prevent something like this from happening to another pup.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! We took our dog to Pet Paradise Lake Nona and deeply regret it. He came back extremely sick, dehydrated, with diarrhea, and even had wounds. We paid extra for 1:1 playtime, but we never saw him on the cameras or outside. At pickup, they rushed us out, making it hard to notice anything immediately. When we got home, we saw how terrible his condition was—it’s clear this place and its employees are completely careless. Their cookie-cutter responses to bad reviews are another huge red flag. Don’t make the same mistake we did—your pet deserves better care!

Highly recommend! We take our fur-babies to get groomed with Mindy and we LOVE her! She’s super accommodating, very professional and you can tell she really loves what she does. We’ve never had a groomer like her and really appreciate everything she does for our babies. Love Pumpkin & Cinnamon

I will not take my pet here ever again. I understand that this business has policy and procedures, but I was making one simple recommendation with my dog to not trim her ears all the way. The colleague that was starting the process to groom my dog just kept on saying that she can’t promise anything. I don’t know about you but if I’m working and if my customer came in with an issue or request I would start implementing solutions to a problem instead of just telling me your policy 3 times in a row. I even mentioned that my pet ears has been cut prior from a groomer and that she suffered from a health issue, instead of acknowledging my issue instead she got the manager to just tell me to take my dog to get groomed from my vet. I truly don’t understand that? All I asked was just to not shave the ears all the way. That’s it, Instead of proving a point figure out a solution. You guys know how to groom dogs not me if I did I would open up my own pet grooming business. Unprofessional and lack of customer service. Do better

Todd is amazing! My Bootsie came from a puppy mill and is afraid of everyone. It’s amazing that she loves Todd and let him pet her at the meet n greet. I knew right then that we found a great company to walk our dogs while we are at the parks. They are super responsive and easy to work with. They have an online portal where you receive photos and an update about your visit. I was able to pay via the online portal using my cell phone with was super easy. Paw Academy Per Care is fantastic and I will use them for future visits while at Fort Wilderness. And their rates are very reasonable!

If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ I would! We used Paw Academy Pet Care on our most recent visit to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground. I had searched to find a way to help make sure our pups were taken care of while we were at the parks and I came across several recommendations for Paw Academy, I sent them a message prior to my trip and they were so quick to respond. We set up a meet and greet for when we arrived at the campground with owner Scott. I instantly felt like my pups were in good hands after speaking to Scott. We booked them for 4 days of our park visits, our pet walker was Todd and let me tell you about Todd! He is an incredible human! He treated my dogs like they were his own, he took them on long walks, gave them all the puppy cuddles, treats and sent me pictures and updates about them while he was there. From the first day of Todd coming over to our camper, I felt such peace knowing I was able to continue my park day and my pups were well taken care of. We came back to the camper for feedings but they would have done that as well! I will continue to use this company each time we visit the fort. Thank you Paw Academy Pet Care! We for forever thankful for you and your team!

Cannot say enough good things about Paw Academy Pet Care and specifically Todd. Just back from our 3rd trip to Disney staying at Fort Wilderness and using them for our pups. They are so kind, patient, understanding and communicative. One of our pups has never met a stranger so she's never a worry. Her brother, however, is a very anxious, needy grump with multiple health issues. Todd's level of care and attention to detail gives us such peace of mind so that we can enjoy our days out and about.

We spent a week at Disneys Fort Wilderness resort in our camper with our 2 dogs. We needed pet care for the days that we were going to spend in the parks. Paw Academy was highly recommended by other people who have stayed at Disney. Todd was very prompt in answering our inquiry about pet care and then he met us right on time at our site in the campground to meet our dogs and to talk about the care they would need. His first meet and greet was fantastic as he spent time getting to know our dogs and listening to the details that we gave him regarding walks and feeding them dinner. We set up three different days for Todd to come to take care of our dogs twice a day. He was fantastic!! Every time he went over to take care of the dogs, he sent pictures and a great write up about the time that he spent with them.. We were very confident that our dogs were very well taken care of. Next time we visit Disney, we will definitely call Paw Academy again!

I'm so happy I found Paw Academy! It was our first time leaving our Lola girl for extended hours, and we were all very nervous. Scott made sure to come out and meet her before we left for our Disney day. My kids and I were feeling very anxious at first, but then we received her first set of pictures for her first visit, and we felt so relieved! Very detailed update and 8 cute pictures of our girl. We will definitely be using their services again on our next visit!

Paw Academy Pet Care took such wonderful care of our little Freddy while we were at Disney. It was great for him to be in the comfort of the hotel and have someone come to walk him, feed him and give him lots of cuddles. We loved that they help him feel comfortable during some of the t-storms as he gets anxious. Our little rescue was very happy and enjoyed the human company. We loved seeing all of his pictures in the portal and the communication was great. We liked that they met him before the service and took note of all of his needs. We will definitely be using them again.

Recommended to us from friends and neighbors we trust. And what a great recommendation. Our poor kitty had surgery issues, so this was particularly important that we had the right pet care professionals while we were away. Wow! So attentive, so caring and definitely animals lovers. We used Paw Pet Academy this week while staying at Disney’s Fort Wilderness to come in during the day with our two small dogs. I have never used a pet sitter as I am very particular and don’t usually leave my boys for long. Since we were going to the parks it was our best bet. Todd came and met my boys before our first visit and listened to all my concerns. He put me at ease and came in and took them for a walk, played and gave our boys treats. After each visit he provided pictures and an update. I would recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

We love love love Paw Academy Pet Care during our stay at Disney’s Fort Wilderness! They not only treat our Golden like their own, but they spoil her with fun walks to all the best places at the Fort! We love they share photos after each walk and offer clear and timely communication about our pup. We have used them for three years now, and each time they have had the absolute BEST service! My dog Opal really loves the staff. We're having the services at least for the past 6 months and everyday my dog gets excited around the time that it's her walk. I appreciate the care provided by the company, the guys are really pet-lovers.

We've been bringing our reactive pup to Bass Pet Resort twice a week for socialization, for almost a year now. Her interaction at Bass Pet Resort with both dogs and humans there has really helped her! She LOVES everyone at Bass, looks forward to her twice weekly play days, gets grooming done, and is boarded when we travel. We are grateful that she is treated so well!

My dogs Quincy and Coco love staying at Bass Pet Resort! They do daycare and boarding there. They always come home happy! Staff treats pets in their care as family and that makes me feel good when I have to travel that they are well loved!

While I have not left a pet here, I can tell you that the staff here were lovely in my experience with them. The facilities are really nice, the staff interacted with the animals we saw in a really positive, caring way, and the dogs we saw all looked very healthy and well taken care of. We had a crazy experience getting lost on Shingle Creek and having to bushwhack to get back to civilization, and we followed the sound of dogs barking to their back fence. They went above and beyond to help us get to safety and to their parking lot before we could go on our way. An unusual experience but this place deserves any good press we can give it after our experience. Thanks for being kind human beings and caring for an adventurous young couple that got way in over their heads!

We’ve been bringing our dog Jolly here for almost 3 years now for boarding and every time he has a blast and the staff is amazing with him and making him feel comfortable since he gets a little anxious sometimes! Been bringing my dogs here, for many years and I wouldn't trust them with ANYONE, except Bass Pet resort at the Kissimmee location! When my dog is super excited, when she gets there, you know, she loves it there! It's pretty obvious they love her too!

It was my first time leaving my pup at a pet care, and I was greatly impressed! They sent me daily report cards letting me know how my pup was doing, along with pictures. They also did a great job with grooming! I had lots of peace of mind while away, knowing he was in good hands and having fun. Will definitely be going back.

Loved them! The handlers were super caring for our anxious furbaby Juno and even gave a report card for her first day. Once she got the jist of the place, she opened up and played with the other dogs. We’re so happy she had a great time there. Would come back again whenever we’re in the area! Thank you!

Bass Pet Resort & Spa was the greatest place to leave my pet. I purchased the suite for my one year old english bulldog. She absolutely loved her five days there. I absolutely loved the report cards I got everyday to let me know how my pup was doing. The cutest photos were taken of her too. She took the greatest naps on the beds they provided. I already booked her next stay as well! :)

This was an absolutely heartbreaking and disgusting experience! I’m am absolutely appalled at the service we received. Our dog boarded here for 2 days. When he came home he was utterly soaking wet from urine. The stench was overpowering. He was wet from his chin to his bum. The dry areas including his ears and head wreaked of urine. He was immediately put the bath and the water was yellow. It’s clear he spent the entire time marinating in his own urine. I’m completely disgusted knowing that this is the way he’s was treated. I will not bring any of my pets here and I will be sure to share my experience with others. This is far beyond unacceptable treatment of an animal.

Ben and Reta are Amazing!!! Was looking for a last minute boarding place for my Dog Cody and I’m so glad I found these two!! They made sure my little Cody was well taken care of and the love they have for animals is beyond words! My boyfriend and I were staying in Orlando for a few days to go to universal and we loved that throughout each day they would send us cute updates of our Cody and what he was up to. When we first arrived at Ben and Reta’s, they sat on the floor so that Cody felt comfortable and took their time getting to know him. They don’t require that you crate your animals which I loved, because I wanted my Cody to feel at home. Their daily rate was more than reasonable and they don’t try to charge you all these extra fees like a lot of other Pet resort places do. If you’re looking for a dog boarding place that will go above and beyond to take tremendous care of your pet/pets look no further. I don’t think I could bear to take my Cody anywhere else when I visit Orlando. Thank you guys again so much!!!

Ben and Reta are exactly who should be watching your fur babies. They love animals and are very thoughtful to our expectations of a caregiver. They listed to and honored our parameters. Since everyone has different framework for their pets, we really appreciate this. We got tons of pics and videos of our active puppies. They treated them so well we were worried they wouldn’t want to leave. We can’t say enough about these sitters that feel like fam. ❤️

Ben and Rita are amazing! We were lucky to find them a few years ago when we were going out of town for a few days and never had left our pups home. We have 4 dogs, all different personalities. Ben made our vacation by showing our pups love and taking great care of them. He sent us a ton of pictures and videos of our pups during our vacation. Our pups love Ben and Rita! We have used their service many times and will continue to do so! I highly recommend them!

Benjamin and Reta are exceptionally well with my two dogs. Being a first time dog owner I was always afraid to put the trust in others to take care of my dogs but the moment I found Ben and Reta , made all fear go away. I’ve been using them since my boy Ace was a puppy and now he’s 1 almost 2 in June. Ben always provided me with knowledge about dogs being that I was a first time owner. In the beginning I only had Ace and even transitioning to having Tyson, the experience remained the same. Ben and Reta definitely love our dogs like they’re their dogs. It’s a true paradise experience for Ace and Tyson. They are very hands on and always make my boys feel loved and happy. I have used them for house drop in visits and boarding. They play outside and take them on walks. They always make sure my dogs have fresh water, food and clean bowls. Photos and videos are always provided from the time they enter the home until the time they leave and I appreciate them for making sure my home is secured before leaving. During boarding, unlike most people. I was able to visit their home and actually see where my dogs would be spending time. They have a beautiful home very safe and secure. Same as drop in visits , photos and videos are sent throughout their stay. Majority of the day and definitely throughout their entire stay we are updated with photos. They make sure they have all dog information before boarding. From the doctor they attend, shot records , food they eat, and they make sure they ask for anything we may not want them to have or do. Which is important! I truly have nothing to worry about when it comes to my dogs. Thank you guys so much. We deeply appreciate it!

My husband and I are SKEPTICAL about boarding places because of past experiences. We went on a hunt for a new boarder due to ours having an emergency. We bumped into Doggy Doodle Stuff Pet Care Services and it was the BEST experience we had. Ben and Reta welcomed us into their home for a meet and greet. In the past meet and greets have been at the front door or none at all. We were invited to sit down and offered water. They both sat on the floor to meet my baby Novah at her level which for me meant A LOT. Ben and Reta both sat there for about 30 minutes to get to know us. They also had every room in their home opened so Novah can scope the place and feel it out. This isn’t common! They then walked us to their backyard to show us and played catch with Novah for about 15 minutes. Ben and Reta gave us hugs and let us know we were more than welcomed to have Novah there if needed. So guess what? We booked them. When we dropped Novah off we left crying because we have separation issues with her lol. When I say that I did NOT have to worry about Novah I mean it. We received pictures and videos the entire time. They even allowed Novah on their bed to watch TV with them. Who does that? Ben and Reta!!!! When we picked Novah up she was excited to see us but she didn’t drag us to the car like she has in a few other places. She was ok with going back in while Reta handed us her belongings. She even went back to Reta and sat by her legs. Novah came home pooped from the vacation she had with her Uncle Ben and Aunt Reta. If you LOVE your doggie like me and have anxiety leaving them places, I can guarantee that Ben and Reta is the way! They actually LOVE the dogs and take care of them like their own. They do not just dog sit them. Thank you so very much guys we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.

I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! my pup LOVES it here and always comes home happy-as-can-be! (and tired after a fun day, lol!) i feel confident that my baby is safe during her day at daycare, as it is free play. the staff is very transparent about how they run their daycare program, so i don’t have a doubt that she’ll have a fun, safe day, every day! every staff member i speak with is super friendly and shows immense care for each and every dog that comes in. i recommend Miss Emily’s to all my friends and family! My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!

I just picked up my baby Kylo from a 6 night stay and I definitely recommend this place. It's his second time staying and I always feel comfortable leaving him in their care. They always post pictures daily of your baby in their private facebook page for pet parents that have their pets staying at the resort only. Everyone there is so nice and you feel very welcomed.

My 2 senior dogs stayed here for a week and a half while I handled some things after hurricane Ian. I was already going through alot from Ian, but Woof and Whiskers put me at ease while my babies were away. I was a Vet Tech for 8 years, until recently. Because of my experience, I am definitely a "helicopter Mom". This facility is very diligent on their vaccine protocol, does slow introductions with new pets, posts several photos everyday, and when I called to check on my boys they gladly let me know how they were doing. I highly recommend Woof and Whiskers!! If I ever need boarding or daycare for my fur babies again, I will be bringing them back!

Our recent visit to Woof and Whiskers Pet Resort was my sweet Amelia's first time being boarded. The staff gave us a very thorough tour before we checked in, which did a lot to help allay my fears about leaving her. They posted pictures every day during play time and I couldn't wait to check in to see how she was doing. I was very pleased with the way the facility is organized. They were always very communicative when I had questions about booking or about her stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants assurance that their fur baby will be appropriately cared for and loved on while they are away.

Our Frenchie Swayze stayed at Woof & Whiskers Resort for 8 nights while we were at Disney. The whole staff was so professional and sweet. We immediately felt at ease knowing that he’s very well taken care off and will get lots of love and attention. We loved the daily pictures we got to see off him. Needless to say we highly recommend Woof & Whiskers Resort and our Swayze will definitely be back!

Place is infested with roaches and owners do not know ANYTHING about dogs . Karine the female owner screams at dogs all day for barking and mixes foods up regularly. Discriminative against colored people , and lie to pets owners regularly about what goes on behind closed doors there ! DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS , they keep trying to report my reviews !

A friend recommended this place for me after she boarded her dog. I went to a few places before making sure this was the best choice for my fur baby. This place truly cares about our pets and understands they are also family members. Many pet boarding places specially those that also board cats don’t give enough attention and enrichment. Woof and whiskers does care and they provide daily pictures of your pet. The staff is always prompt to respond and super kind. Highly recommended to all pet owners who want a piece of mind when away from their fur babies but specifically for those who have cats.

I can't believe I haven't posted a review yet - W&W is such a great service! We take several trips throughout the year, and our dog Elijah is a wild boy who gets severe separation anxiety. New people and new dog friends bigger than him stress him out, but at W&W he always seems to come out of his shell and start to have fun. The staff is super friendly and they take the time to get to know each dog, and its super easy and convenient to check up on your dog via Facebook. I tend to feel bad when I have to leave my pup behind, but I always feel better knowing he's at W&W.

Absolutely the best place we have left our dogs. We left them here while we went to Disney for the weekend and Stella and Milo loved it. They treated them like their own pets and even did something to celebrate Stella’s birthday. We always get so nervous leaving our dogs places but this place felt like i left my dogs in the care of some great friends! They also take pictures daily of the dogs which we loved. I cannot say enough great things. Thanks Woof and Whiskers staff, we will be back!

W&W came through in the clutch during my family's visit. They provided safe, sanitary, and reliable accommodations for our pet, Romeo. The next time we need pet lodging and services while in the Orlando area, Woof and Whiskers will be our go-to.

The quality of Woof and Whiskers has really gone down. After boarding my dog here for a week and picking him up he didn’t look too happy and was looking to leave quickly. He was smelling like urine as well even though we had him groomed 3 days prior boarding. They informed us that he was eating but by checking what we provided nothing anything was given to him aside from kibble which I’m sure that he wasn’t eating, and we came back quickly to question why nothing was giving. The manager was quick on giving an answer and being defensive about it as well by saying they did everything correctly and that we were somehow wrong. Last time we are bringing our dog here and for everyone else to look for a different place to board their dogs.
