The best! Terre and James were fantastic, lovely people. Great communication and well cared for, maybe even a little bit spoilt, pups. My dogs loved them and I really appreciated everything they did, including a few odd jobs around the house that was a lovely surprise to come home to. Alma is a kind, young woman. However, we will not have her return to sit. The three areas of concern: We agreed that she could plan to arrive a day after the sit began, due to her flight reservations. Her stated plan was that her dad, who lives locally, would check on the dogs the first day of the sit, arriving around 3:30 the day of our departure. As of 9pm, our Ring Camera, located on front porch, indicated that no one had arrived. I reached out about my concern. Her reply: "Hi! My dad was having a hard time finding your home. He's on his way!" From there, she sent her dad to the home, after 9pm, and he stayed approximately 7 minutes. I feel confident that no one would have checked on the dogs had I not texted Alma that night. This was upsetting. She also stated that she would have her dad walk the dogs. My Welcome Guide, that was sent to her, states in several places, NOT to walk the dogs, please. This indicated to me that she had not reviewed the Welcome Guide. Lastly, the night we arrived home from our flight, both our screen door and front door were left unlocked.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! Sharon was a fantastic sitter for our week away! She left the house as tidy and clean as we left it, including changing the sheets for our arrival. I truly cannot even tell she was here and that made coming home after a long travel day so much easier. She was communicative every step of the way and provided daily updates on our cat with photos. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!
