They arrived before I had to leave so that I could do a proper handover with them and introduce them to my dog. They took wonderful care of my flat as well, leaving it sparkling clean. This was our first time using Trusted House/Pet Sitters and having Dee and Dave look after our 12yo Kelpie, Lexi was such a great experience!! From our initial phone call and messages before the sit, we straight away sensed Dee and Dave’s warm and caring personalities. We felt so much at ease leaving Lexi with them for the weekend. Lexi settled so quickly! and we know she was very spoilt with cuddles, lots of ball play (her fave) and company as they included her in their days. Dee shared some cute photos of Lexi over the weekend and kept us updated with her activities. We came home to a very content (and a little tired from all the spoils) pup 🐶🤗and a lovely clean home with linen done which wasn’t expected but such a nice surprise, thank you! The special gift we found on our return just melted our hearts ❤️ Thank you so much Dee and Dave. It was lovely to meet you and we and Lexi would really love you to visit us again when you can XOXO

Susie and Gary are a great sitting team! We left them to care for our home and pets for 6 weeks while we went to South America. It was the longest sit we had ever had so we were happy that we felt so comfortable leaving our pets with them. They arrived the day before our departure so that we could acquaint them with our pets, home and property. Our pets include a very senior dog so it was important for us to know that she would be in really good hands. We couldn't have asked for any better care for her and for all of them. Susie and Gary were very much in tune with our old girl and kept us in the loop as to how she was doing. I really have to stress that we were nervous to be leaving her for so long at her advanced age but once we met Susie and Gary, we felt completely comfortable that all would be well and it was! On our return, they met us at the airport with our car and we had a quick lunch and update as they were flying home later that same day. We arrived home and were met by happy and healthy pets and an immaculate house. I know they had to be up very early in the morning to accomplish this due to the time of our flight arrival so we truly appreciated this. We would recommend Susie and Gary in a heartbeat. As happy as our pets were to see us return, I think they are also missing them. They were their people for 6 weeks! These two are real pros at sitting and provide top notch care giving you a worry free vacation. Thank you Susie and Gary!

I wish I could give them a 10 star review. From the minute they walked in the door the dogs fell in love with them. They were so lovely. Unfortunately while i was gone there was a medical emergency with the dogs (no fault of Triv or Charel). They were amazing with the dogs. They went to the Vet with my sister in law, asked all the right questions of the vet, managed all the pill and kept me updated on their recovery. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. HIGHLY recommend them.

This is the second time we’ve had Dereta and Hugh as housesitters. They are a delightful, caring couple and they are very professional and conscientious. Again they did a wonderful job housesitting for us and taking beautiful care of our two elderly dogs . Our very needy poodle cross even bonded particularly well with Dereta. Communication was great with photos of them having a wonderful time. It was very reassuring knowing our dogs and home were in such good care while we were away. Rhia is also very adaptable and relaxed - we had a big delivery arrive at the house while we were away and Rhia took care of it with grace and good humour. Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.
