Once again, we came home to very happy and chilled dogs, a lovely tidy house and a delicious home made curry from Colin. We love having them as feel totally relaxed being away, knowing Peanut and Merlin are having their own lovely holiday with days out, lots of cuddles and play time with Bella. Look forward to having them visit again soon.

Phillipa and David were wonderful, loving and caring with our 6 fur babies. They all looked happy and healthy on our return. Communication was brilliant, we felt we could message any time for an update and we were kept well informed. When we got home Phillipa had a delicious vegan stew ready for us, which we were very grateful for 🙏 Our home was kept clean and tidy and David even did some gardening, keeping our garden looking beautiful. Thank you both so much, hopefully you will be seeing you again next time.

Bridget (Bee) sat for us for three weeks this summer. This was the second time she had looked after Maggie and our house, and we have asked her back again this Christmas, which I think says it all! Bee is warm, friendly, kind and considerate. Her first priority is always to make Maggie happy and feel loved, and we have come home to a very content dog, who I think is missing Bee a lot! Bee sent us photos or videos on a daily basis while we were away, telling us what she'd been up to with Maggie. She looked after our garden beautifully - we came back to a perfect lawn and a well-watered, happy garden. It was wonderful to know that she was enjoying the house and garden while we were away, and she left everything spotless. We couldn't recommend Bee enough and fingers crossed she can sit for us again! x

Martin arrived the previous night due to a long drive to ours which was agreed on both parts. This allowed us to start our holiday a day earlier. Martin kept in touch everyday. Videos pictures and updates on their walks; forever grateful for these. Frank has become a fussy eater recently. Martin changed his daily allowance to twice a day which Frank has enjoyed; will continue to do so hopefully. House was immaculate on return. Bedding washed and hung on the line. Puppies walked prior to his departure. A true gent. Thank you for looking after our siblings with such care, passion and devotion. Safe journey ahead to you. It was a pleasure meeting you.

It was a pleasure to have James and Helene stay in our home with Jupiter and Everest. James arrived on time for our departure and was a lovely man to meet. Very kind and friendly which put us instantly at ease. They left the house very clean and tidy which was hugely appreciated. The dogs were both well cared for and we had some pup updates whilst we were away. We would gladly have them stay again.

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

Claire’s has been a great help. I recently moved to the area and needed a dog walker fairly quickly. She takes my dog out three times a week, he loves her and can’t wait to go out with her. She is reliable and clearly loves animals. She is very willing to go out in all weathers even though my dog hates rain and just wants to get home. Absolutely recommend fir tree pets hotel, it was our first time leaving our Frenchie when we went away for 2 weeks. They made us feel so welcomed and made us feel at ease knowing he was going to be well looked after. They kept us up to date with how he was getting on and sent lots of photos. Very happy and highly recommend would definitely use them again.
Just picked up our dog after our holiday, it's was Lunas third stay at Fir Tree Pets Hotel and she is always happy to stay and I'm confident by the way she is when we collect her she has been well looked after and enjoyed her stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a boarding kennel for their pet.
My two dogs stayed here last week whilst I was on holiday and they were looked after brilliantly. I was kept updated with how they were and they were truly spoilt there to ensure they were happy. Definitely recommend and will be leaving them there again without a doubt.

This was the first time I used fir tree but it definitely won’t be the last. My 9 year old jack Russel seemed very comfortable and very well looked after. The staff are lovely and put my mind at rest from the moment I met them. Thoroughly recommend
Not very good, I won't be using again, my dog absolutely stunk of old urine and his bed had to be thrown away when I picked him up, I have used other kennels before and never had this! My first time using this one and never again! Also my dog was very stressed when I picked up! Never using kennels again, he will be coming on holiday with us in the future. I just had a email saying this is fake! I can assure you that it not! We had our dog stay in September
Our beautiful girl stayed for a few nights and had such a fantastic time. She was so relaxed under the experience of the lovely staff. They were very helpful in guiding us on preparation to the stay and kept in touch with updates. We were thrilled with the conditions and the love they showed our girl. We booked our 8 year old rescue in for his first ever stay in kennels for a 2 week stay( holiday booked way before we adopted him) with the previous owners, so I was very surprised when I took our boy for his holiday to find Lauren ,Charlie and Kirsty to welcome us. We'll...what a lovely welcome, Lauren,Charley and Kirtsy seemed pleased to meet and welcome him into their care. While he was staying with them we had regular updates and photos too to help put our minds at rest, which we were very grateful for. Communication was excellent and on our return they were very accommodating due to our flight was being a little delayed, we couldn't collect when we had first agreed. Lauren was so helpful and seemed to take a real shine to our lovely lad. We are very thankful, we will return and we highly recommend. Thank you Fir Trees Pet Hotel. put a neurotic new mum(me) at ease.
Our two dogs stayed for two weeks , they both seemed very well when we picked them up , but they both smelt of stale urine , and so did their beds . We had to buy new beds for them , as the smell did not wash out of the beds , even at 60 degrees !!! Overall a very expensive experience . We won’t be using this kennel again .
