Gwyn did go missing to our old house whilst we were away, but she had done this on lead up to Bob's stay, hence us getting someone to sit just for few days (usually she'd be fine without sitter) but Bob helped go look for her. Favourite thing about Bob is he's an eco friendly traveller, so we're all supportive of that!

Ghislain and Clementine gave us an incredible, worry-free 5 week vacation. From the moment we met them, we knew our dog Roka was in great hands. Throughout our trip, they sent us photos of Roka enjoying their company on long walks and relaxing with them during rainy days. Ghislain and Clementine are extremely kind to animals, personable, thoughtful, self-sufficient, and reliable. We truly felt like we struck gold having them watch Roka. We can tell Roka already misses them. It’s not every day you find such loving care, especially with the added charm of French! Don’t hesitate to have this wonderful couple look after your pets and home. They are amazing!

From our initial zoom call I realised that I had hit the jackpot with Olaug. She had applied to my post because of her love of labradors and dogs in general. Olaug and I had a great WhatsApp conversation going for a couple of months in the run up to the sit. She asked all the right questions which filled me with confidence. Olaug was so easy to deal with and booked her flights to fit in with our travel plans. When she arrived at the house she came prepared with dog treats so for Diesel it was love at first sight. It was immediately apparent that she had a lot of experience with dogs and Diesel adored her. He has been missing her since she left! Throughout the sit Olaug sent lovely messages, photos and videos with updates about what they had been up to. Unfortunately the weather was dreadful during the sit, but she still took Diesel on long walks every day. When we returned the house was immaculate. She had really looked after Diesel and my house. I really hope that Olaug wants to visit London again as both Diesel and I would love for her to come and sit again - we both wish she lived closer.

Marie came to look after Bruno and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from her. She was very communicative, kind and trustworthy and I could tell that Bruno was very happy, loved and calm with her. Although I really missed Bruno I could rest assured knowing her was being well looked after. Marie left the apartment clean and fresh and I hope she felt at home here. Photography and long walks - with a pup
Melanie took care of Lilli and Lulu, for a bit more than two weeks. While it was clear that Lilli and Lulu liked her and vice-versa, there were a few areas where our expectations weren’t fully met. She managed the dogs with more flexibility than I had anticipated, which resulted in them sometimes spending longer periods alone at home than I was comfortable with. Although our communication during this time wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, I appreciate her effort adjusting the path after feedbacks. I believe this experience was a good lesson learned in following guidelines, securing communication and ensuring the dogs receive the attention they are used

I knew immediately during our introduction call that Ashley and Monica would be the best sitters for my home and cat for my 1 month travel. They indeed proved to be - sweet and kind, self sufficient and proactive, thoughtful and precise. I was in full trust and peace for the duration of my holidays, received some sweet portraits and updates of my kitty, and returned home to a clean house and a happy and active cat who had lost 300g as I had hoped for (I briefed Ashley and Monica for his vet proposed diet needs). We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. I had the pleasure of having Tracey and her two children as house sitters, and I can't praise them enough for the incredible job they did. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
