She asked great questions during our initial visit, which showed her thoughtfulness and professionalism. Erum sent lots of photos, and gave me updates throughout the weekend. It was clear Griz was very comfortable during the stay! She also took care to leave the house clean, even washing the bedding. The perfect combination - Pets and Travel
We are new to trusted sitters and boy did we get lucky to find Kim and Laine! They spoiled our cats so much! Even bought them a toy and send pics and updates regularly which was so sweet. I could tell they actually cared about our fur babies and with how on top of everything they were - and had such amazing communication - I never had a single concern. Then we got home and WOW! They cleaned the house top to bottom! We had cleaners come before we left for them of course - and Kim and Laine did a better job then my cleaners do! Lol Literally took care of every detail, the most amazing house sitters ever. And the most loving and attentive pet sitters as well. We could not be happier. Thank you Kim and Laine! We hope you can sit for us again in the future.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.
