Mel, Rolf and their son Samuel looked after our 2 dogs, 2 cats and small flock of chickens for 10 days this July. As you'll see they have many great reveiws on TH and we can only join in by saying that they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They're a very organised family, who clearly have a lot of experience of house and animal-sitting. The handover was quick and easy - much faster than is usually the case, as Mel immediately understood what was needed and didn't have to ask twice. They are great communicators and we were sent picture updates of the family out on walks with the dogs and cats. They managed Bonny, our new goofy rescue Golden Retriever, who can be a bit of a handful, without complaint. We even came home to a loaf of delicious, freshly baked bread. What more can you ask! :) Thanks Mel, Rolf and Samuel, we'd happily host you again!

Cat loving couple looking for new cat friends around the world
This is the second time we invited Anna to visit our cats and home. We were very happy after the first time and luckily she was able to come back. Anna took great care of the cats and house again. She adores cats, is curious to really get to know them, pays close attention and showers them with love. We got a lot of updates with cute photos and videos, so we had a 100% trust on our holiday that the cats were having a good time. She is easy to communicate with, very organized, took good care of the plants and left the place super clean. I will definitely recommend Anna and Philipp as your housesitters. After 2 times here I can very surely say, it will not disappoint!

It is great to have Nicole as a regular sitter. As always it is easy to communicate with her and she provides excellent care of both the dogs and the cat, the house, the garden and the plants. Rebekka was an absolute 5 star pet sitter! Her frequent updates, attention to detail with Atari, and cleanliness all went above and beyond our expectations. She took Atari on fun adventures throughout the days and kept him very happy. She was very attentive to his medication needs, and his specific food that he’s recently started. We were blown away by how clean the apartment was on our return - We would love to have her back to watch Atari again. Highly recommend!

Two Sitters in search of happiness, satisfaction, peace and the urge to explore.
This was the second time Oliver and Isobell have sat for our three dogs. They stayed in our home two years ago and did such an amazing job we had them come back knowing we could trust them to do another brilliant job of looking after our precious girls despite a few changes with their feeding and care. This they willingly did. Our oldest is now 13 and needed a bit more time and patience as she had daily physio exercises for her hips, plus shorter walks etc. that they happily followed. The girls loved them so much. They sat for ages looking down our lane, waiting for them to return after they said goodbye. We would have Oliver and Isabell back in a heartbeat. This is probably the hardest review I will ever write. My beloved kitty Boulis passed away on the last day of Edyta's sit. This was a very traumatic experience both for her and me and I truly struggled to leave this review :-( However, I need to do justice to her and the care she took of my babies. Edyta has been very organized and regularly updated me with messages and pictures throughout the sit and I knew that everything was fine. Until the last day of course, when Boulis started to feel unwell and it all evolved rapidly. I was thankfully able to be back home early and rush him to a clinic, but they couldn't do much and my wonderful kitty was forever gone before I realized. Edyta remained beside me the whole time and she was a great support for me in this devastating time. I know she was taking good care of Boulis & Angie, we also had one videocall while I was away, apart for the updates she provided. On the last day of her sit, she cancelled a boat trip just to stay beside Boulis until I was there. Edyta is a lovely person and for sure did everything in her power to give my babies what they needed & I am thankful for that. Boulis is missed everyday and will always be loved deeply 💜

This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
