Sandra was very experienced and took good care of our dog Stella. Unfortunately, we found that our communication styles did not really mesh. Weeks before the sit, if we did not reply to Sandra instantly she got rather frantic and seemed overly anxious about the details of the sit. We always want our house sitters to feel comfortable and know what they are walking into, but it was a bit difficult to manage the level of communication Sandra required in advance of her stay. During the stay, our emergency contact was also contacted for a simple question about a light switch, just hours after we had texted Sandra to check in and ask if she had any questions. Besides this, we are grateful for her help and our dog seemed to enjoy her time with Sandra.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again.
