Jess and Zena did a great job watching our kitties! We have 7 inside cats and one feral cat outside who needed feeding so it is a big job to pet sit for us but they did great. We would definitely be happy to have them housesit again for us in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend! Our kitties are used to us being home most of the time since we work at home, and it was nice they had that companionship (and oversight lol) with Jess here too. Jess was very communicative and kept us in the loop on how everything was going and was also able to handle everything on her own which gave us peace of mind. Communication beforehand and during her sit was easy. She thoughtfully replaced a couple of food staples they used while here, which she didn’t need to do. The house looked great when we came home, everything tidy and clean.

Jessica and Jeremy stayed at our house for 3 months while we were abroad. They treated their stay with true professionalism, asking great questions upfront, communicating clearly throughout the stay, and caring greatly for our pets and home. We felt totally at ease our whole trip. As it happens, both our house and our pets had a few issues— our clothes dryer bit the dust, and one of our cats started having regular hairballs— and Jessica and Jeremy were quick to communicate and work as a team with us to find solutions. When we returned home, everything was spotless and we were welcomed by freshly baked cookies and a lovely card. We could not have chosen better sitters, and they’ll be the first people we contact next time we travel!

Nicole and her daughter were a delight! Nicole sent updates throughout our vacation with pictures of our babies. When we got home the house was cleaner then what we left it. Laundry done, clean sheets on the bed. Oh and they left the dogs a cute dog toy and a wonderful note. We will definitely try to use her again

Stacey was so wonderful and accommodating over and over again. First of all, she quickly and enthusiastically responded when I invited her to sit. Next, we ended up having to leave sooner than expected, due to a family emergency, and she just rolled with receiving the handoff from someone else. She worked with us coordinating her departure with our return home to ensure adequate coverage, and she even mentioned possibly coming to sit for us when we do get to go on the vacation we had originally planned. She helped us to not worry about what was going on at home while we were away, which was much needed.

Pepper is what we were hoping zeewoi would be all about! From the moment she walked in the door our menagerie accepted and all but welcomed her; she has that kind of energy. She asked all the right questions and listened closely, quickly grasping all our critters' little quirks. Communication before and during the sit was excellent. She left the house immaculate and the garden nicely watered, even stripping her bed and laundering the sheets. Our pets seemed happy and healthy on our return. Great job, Pepper! honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Bard and Kim are amazing house sitters and pet care givers. I would recommend them over and over. I wish I could add numbers to the scale. They would get a 10+. Bard and Kim were super easy to work with, efficient, self-sufficient, and considerate. They took immaculate care of my home; it was definitely cleaner after they left! Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. Kelly took excellent care of my cats, Bertie and Jewel. She reported that nervous and shy Jewel even licked her hand! She sent occasional photos and updates about the cats, which I really appreciated, and she emailed/texted me when there were questions. At the end of her stay, Kelly and I had a conversation that was helpful to me, as this was my first zeewoi experience, and I'm still learning how to best welcome sitters to my cats and house. She gave me some excellent ideas about how to streamline the "welcome guide" I leave for folks. I really appreciate her insight as an experienced pet- and house-sitter. It's reassuring to know that she places a priority on pet health and happiness!

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Mikala & Jake were great house & pet sitters for us!! Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. It eased our minds to know our animals and house were in such great care while we were away and would have them sit for us anytime!

Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.
