Pepper needed medication which he did and did what no other sitter has ever done…he brushed his teeth daily , that’s dedication! We were in Scotland and had cummication every day. Thank you John. Crystal and Chad looked after our 2 dogs and cat while we were overseas for nearly three weeks. They had come from the US to housesit in NZ and were super thorough in making sure they had all the information they needed... Actually they are way more experienced in housitting than we are! Communication while we away was excellent and from the updates we got it seemed the pets had a better holiday than we did! Best of all was coming back from close to 24hrs of travelling and the house was super tidy. Would recommend them as guests for sure!

I would have Jessica back to look after my dog anytime! My dog was so calm and relaxed when I got home and had clearly had a lovely time. She can be quite reactive with other dogs but Jessica dealt with this easily. My flat was beautifully clean and tidy when I returned. Adrienne is such a warm, fun, outgoing lady. She took wonderful care of Harley & Rusty, walking them at least twice a day. She definitely bonded with them. She sent pictures & kept us updated while we were gone. Adrienne seemed to enjoy her time here (taking lots of pictures). She met many of our neighbors & their dogs. It was nice she came a full day ahead of time so that we could show her around The Villages, especially getting around in our golf cart to restaurants, grocery stores, an entertainment area & swimming pool. After driving Adrienne around in the golf cart the day she arrived, my husband had her drive the golf cart the next morning before we left so she could get familiar with driving it. She did struggle with finding her way around in the golf cart after we left, even though we left maps of The Villages & told her about The Villages app with GPS. Because she was uncomfortable getting around in the golf cart, she asked a neighbor to help her & he took her to get groceries. We feel bad that she wasn't able to find her way around while she was here. We've labelled the light/fan switches in the house. Some of the switches (indicated with a red dot) control lights that are on a timers and we informed Adrienne about the meaning of the red dot. She must have accidentally manually turned off the living room light that was on a timer and didn't realize it, so it was dark in the living room. We typically leave out extra light bulbs in case one goes out. Well, we forgot this time to leave them out & of course, a bulb in the guest bedroom went out while we were gone. But Adrienne was self sufficient & used the lantern I left. Upon our return, she indicated she didn't contact us to find out where extra bulbs were because the lantern worked fine; so glad she found a solution! The only downside of this sit was the cleanliness of our home upon our return. Our dogs primarily stay in the enclosed lanai & they go outside through the lanai door. When they come in from outside, dried grass comes in on their paws (especially when it's damp outside) so we're totally understanding about grass in the lanai. However, there was a lot of dried grass in the house, especially the kitchen. When I mentioned it to Adrienne, she said it must have come in on her shoes because the dogs had not been in the house. Also, something had run over in the microwave & hadn't been cleaned up so I had to clean the microwave before I could use it the night of our return. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. Adrienne did wash the guest bedroom sheets before we came home, but she stayed the night of our return & slept in the bed again (she said she only sleeps on the very edge of the bed so the other side was clean for the next people using the guest bedroom). We really liked Adrienne & she was excellent with our dogs, which is the most important thing! We would ask her to sit for us again with our expectations of home cleanliness.

It was clear from the first moment I met Grace off the train that she was going to be a great housesitter. She and the dogs just loved each other and she gave them wonderful long and stimulating walks plus lots of attention and cuddles when back at home relaxing. Her approach is very professional as pet/housesitting is what she does. I especially liked the way she double checked important things to know (that she had already read in the Welcome Guide) just to be certain that she would get it right. As I do with all my sitters, we spent some time together before and after the sit and that was lovely..she is a woman who is thoughtful, very genuine and full of integrity as well as being great fun to be with. She is a person who truly cares about animals, humans and the world. I recommend her most highly and hope we may meet again

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters

We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!
