Cathy and Scott were fabulous sitters! They definitely rate far more than a 5. From the very first picture of my pups to the last I could see how caring and loving they were with my dogs. When my husband and I arrived home the house was spotless, all linens and towels washed, bed made and the best part was happy dogs! We even had dinner waiting for us in the fridge and muffins on the counter. I could not ask for better dog and house sitters than Cathy and Scott. Count yourself lucky if you can have them sit for your pets. I hope in the future that I can entice them to come back. Thanks for everything!!

Chris is the best!! Chris took amazing care of my two cats. My elderly, very shy kitty loves him. My playful, 7-year old one got individualized play -- Chris even brought some toys! Both were happy and relaxed when I returned home after a week away. Chris delighted me with videos of the cats. In addition to being wonderful with the pets, Chris is an incredibly respectful house guest. I found the place as it was, probably even cleaner! He even did the sheets which I had mentioned I'd launder when I get home. Chris is easy to communicate with, friendly, and just all around awesome.

Beirne is a very clearly a dog person. My pups took to her in less than a minute of meeting. It was clear that Beirne has been enjoying her travels with the added bonus of being able to sit for other people’s pets. We spent a day together to show the ropes, walks and local amenities before we left. We had daily pupdates with photos and videos. Our pups looked loved and safe in their own home. Graham and I were very happy to welcome Megan back to take care of our two cats when we went away for 5 weeks. Lizzie and Nigel love her. She keeps them active and playful, and generally takes excellent care of them. We appreciated the updates and photos we received while away. Megan graciously handled visitors, expected and unexpected, who stopped by to raid the veggie garden or just stopped by to say hello or perform a service. Our plants were watered, and the flower gardens still looked good after all that time. I tell house sitters that our priority is to take good care of our cats, in which Megan excels. Everyone has their own standard of cleaning; I leave it up to the sitter as to how much or little to do. For example, it's perfectly fine to leave towels and sheets for me to wash, but we returned to find everything washed. Despite facing a 10 hour drive home, Megan waited until I texted that our plane had landed to take off, after just one more treat session with Nigel and Lizzie. We appreciated the homemade cookies she left to greet us, and other treats left in the freezer. Megan is a responsible, intelligent young woman. We are lucky that she has a job that can be done remotely and is willing to drive long distances to cat sit.

We were fortunate enough to meet with Monica before we left for our vacation. We showed here around and introduced her to our cats. She bonded so well will all of them! She even had little Sassy on her shoulders which Sassy had never done with either me or my husband! She cared for our 3 cats and watered the plants. She sent updates and photos of the cats. It snowed about 7 inches or so and she shovel the entire driveway! Would I ask her to sit again? YES!

Not only did our pets enjoy meeting Kelly and Christopher, my husband and I enjoyed meeting them as well! They are personable and kind, organized and communicative, and most of all excellent pet sitters. Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. They sent pics of how our fur babies were doing and truly seemed to enjoy their time with them. Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.

Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us.
