She was great with Oliver, easily managed his meal routines, and made sure to shower him with lots of love and snuggles while we were away. He has continued to look for her after she left — not something that happens often with him! Laura left our home even cleaner than when she arrived, and did an amazing job going above and beyond in keeping our home in great shape. She even went out and bought toys for both our dogs before leaving! I would happily have Laura watch Oliver and our home again because I know they will be both in excellent hands.

From the moment we picked Alecia up at the airport we knew things were going to go well. She was very friendly and happy to share stories of her travels with us. The orientation at the house went well and our cats immediately took to her. During our trip, Alecia frequently sent texts, pics, and videos to reassure us that everyone was doing well. Pepper needed medication which he did and did what no other sitter has ever done…he brushed his teeth daily , that’s dedication! We were in Scotland and had cummication every day. Thank you John. Adrienne is such a warm, fun, outgoing lady. She took wonderful care of Harley & Rusty, walking them at least twice a day. She definitely bonded with them. She sent pictures & kept us updated while we were gone. Adrienne seemed to enjoy her time here (taking lots of pictures). She met many of our neighbors & their dogs. It was nice she came a full day ahead of time so that we could show her around The Villages, especially getting around in our golf cart to restaurants, grocery stores, an entertainment area & swimming pool. After driving Adrienne around in the golf cart the day she arrived, my husband had her drive the golf cart the next morning before we left so she could get familiar with driving it. She did struggle with finding her way around in the golf cart after we left, even though we left maps of The Villages & told her about The Villages app with GPS. Because she was uncomfortable getting around in the golf cart, she asked a neighbor to help her & he took her to get groceries. We feel bad that she wasn't able to find her way around while she was here. We've labelled the light/fan switches in the house. Some of the switches (indicated with a red dot) control lights that are on a timers and we informed Adrienne about the meaning of the red dot. She must have accidentally manually turned off the living room light that was on a timer and didn't realize it, so it was dark in the living room. We typically leave out extra light bulbs in case one goes out. Well, we forgot this time to leave them out & of course, a bulb in the guest bedroom went out while we were gone. But Adrienne was self sufficient & used the lantern I left. Upon our return, she indicated she didn't contact us to find out where extra bulbs were because the lantern worked fine; so glad she found a solution! The only downside of this sit was the cleanliness of our home upon our return. Our dogs primarily stay in the enclosed lanai & they go outside through the lanai door. When they come in from outside, dried grass comes in on their paws (especially when it's damp outside) so we're totally understanding about grass in the lanai. However, there was a lot of dried grass in the house, especially the kitchen. When I mentioned it to Adrienne, she said it must have come in on her shoes because the dogs had not been in the house. Also, something had run over in the microwave & hadn't been cleaned up so I had to clean the microwave before I could use it the night of our return. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. Adrienne did wash the guest bedroom sheets before we came home, but she stayed the night of our return & slept in the bed again (she said she only sleeps on the very edge of the bed so the other side was clean for the next people using the guest bedroom). We really liked Adrienne & she was excellent with our dogs, which is the most important thing! We would ask her to sit for us again with our expectations of home cleanliness.

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge.
