This made him a lot more special needs than we had anticipated and I know he was a bit more trouble than was expected. They reassured us and kept us informed the entire time. We certainly did not plan on it being this type of stay for them but they adapted quite well and kept us informed. Yammy was a wonderful sitter, and we were lucky to have her here. She and our cat Puccini clicked right away, and based on her frequent updates with photos to us I think Puccini sat on or near her every minute she was here😄! She was here for five+ weeks, and anything that came up needing attention she took it in stride and and kept us informed so we never had to worry about a thing. And when we returned the house was immaculate — if it hadn’t been for the pictures she sent we would hardly know she’d lived in the house for five weeks! We’d love to host her again, any time, and if she applies to sit for you you should absolutely grab her before someone else does.

Lauren is an incredible sitter. Her communication and organisation was excellent and she made us feel extremely relaxed the minute she arrived to care for Lilah. Lilah loved her time with Lauren and was a very happy and content soul on our return. Lauren kept us updated on a daily basis with lovely photos and information of what they had done on a walk - utterly charming and such a strong example of how evidently loved and well cared for that Lilah was. Lauren looked after the flat perfectly, leaving washed sheets and a super tidy space on our return. As if that is not enough, Lauren is a brilliant person who is super bright with a kind and considerate way about her. We cannot recommend her more highly!

This was our first time using zeewoi, and Gaby made us feel reassured about leaving our 2 dogs behind to travel. She spent most of her time with them and sent pictures every day. It is clear Gaby loves animals deeply, so we were very happy to know our dogs were not just being looked after, but loved on in our absence. She took the time to get to know their individual personalities and quirks and give the specific type of care and attention needed for each pup. One of our dogs can be shy and insecure and very attached to me, but Gaby earned her trust in a matter of hours. Gaby allowed us to travel without worrying about our dogs, and we would have her sit for us again in the future!

I had a last minute trip come up, and was relieved Valerie was able to take care of my kitties in a pinch. I liked her immediately upon meeting her, and felt her great energy would be a perfect match for my shy kitties. As far as I could tell, Valerie took good care of the kitties while I was away. The communication was just okay. She eventually replied to my messages about this and that, but didn't really initiate or share little updates or photos of the kitties and how it was going unless I reached out first. When I came home, I discovered that an item of mine was missing and asked her if she had seen it anywhere, thinking I must have misplaced it before I left. She acknowledged she had taken it, but didn't actually apologize, incredibly, and then it was a real struggle to try to get it back or at least have her send a replacement. After much persistence and pursuit on my part and quite the runaround on her part, she eventually replaced it, but I was a bit taken aback by her blasé attitude about taking it in the first place and then casual avoidance to resolving the situation. All very surprising, and an unfortunate disheartening footnote to the petsit. All that being said, she left my house very clean and tidy, and the kitties seemed very calm and content when I returned.

Natasha is an excellent dog sitter. We met her before going on our trip, and she took note of everything! She was super independent while staying at our house and sent us lots of daily pictures of our dog. It was clear they got along very well, and she was very dedicated to his walks and care. I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!

Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. Great pet sitter! Kim was very kind, knowledgeable and she got back to me quickly after contacting me to care for my neurotic little cat a while back. She was very accommodating and friendly and handled my scared little kitty very well from the start. She took her time to get to know my kitty and has cared for her many times. I love the fact that she’s a vet tech and has experience. Kim is UNREAL. I unfortunately had to be away from my cat for a month while I was moving and Kim went above and beyond for me. My cat Romeo was so happy there and she ensured the other pets in her care all got along splendidly. She sent me photo updates, constant communication, and I was able to visit my little guy as well. I was referred to walk in the park nearly a year ago. Have been super happy. We use them when we are out of town for a few days - our typical stay with them is 3 days, longest 10 days. Here is why I give 5 stars: My dog loves to see them and they are caring, clearly loves animals. The fact that she is a vet tech gives me comfort. Pricing is very fair. As one reviewer mentioned, if pet is going for a few days, I am flexible on return time, as is Walk In the Park Pet Care with me - sometimes I am running late and they are happy to accommodate, the reverse is true too. Most important is my dog absolutely loves them and is well cared for when staying over nights.

I can’t tell you how much we love Sari! She is so sweet and loving to our girls (two dogs and a cat) and we feel very safe leaving them in her care. She even brings them toys whenever we go on a trip. Our pets are so much happier being able to stay at home when we travel instead of being boarded. Every time we travel, we always make sure Sari is available before we book flights; there’s no one I trust more with our pets’ safety and well being.
We have seen Sari the Owner of MVPSS many times over the last few years walking other local residents Dogs in the neighborhood and was laways very impressed with her thorough and very detailed and careful approach to handling her clients dogs. We finally found an opportunity to hire her for 3 days to take care of our 10 year old Sheltie Max. We had never been seperated from him for almost 3 1/2 years so we were fairly hesistant to say the least is trusting anyone to care for him. Sari came over a few days before we left and spent a considerable amount of time taking very detailed notes on Max's behavioral traits and personality. She emailed us every day after every visit with him to let us know how he was doing, so we would not worry about him and when we returned she had left very detailed notes about all of her visits as well. We have no reservations at all in saying she runs the most professional Pet Sitting Service and deserves all the awards & recognition her business has received. She is a total professional and absolutely loves and has a passion for the animals she is entrusted to care for....Resonable Rates with a 5 Star Experience!!!
Mission Valley Pet Sitting is EXCELLENT. I learned this when they were booked and I had to find a different service. They go out of their way to earn your trust where others expect it’s easy for you to turn over your keys to a stranger. They took the time to verify all of their credentials and insurance beforehand. Sari and her staff are clearly animal lovers. My kitty is very skittish and they also made sure to find out exactly what works with her. Katherine seems to be able to pull her out of her shell where with other sitters she just hid the whole time. Katherine and Sari give detailed reports of each visit and send lots of pictures, all of which make me feel super comfortable with the care my kitty is getting while I’m gone (not to mention having strangers in my home!). I highly recommend their caring, conscientious services to anyone, especially if you’re skeptical about hiring pet sitters.
The owner, Sari, is absolutely wonderful and I wish she had been the one to be our designated dog walker. Jenna was assigned to our dog and we never had reason to believe that she wasn't doing a wonderful job until I saw her interact with our dog via a doggy camera. We've had the camera for over 2 months and never used it to check in on Jenna because we trusted her. Recently though, I was on break at work and wanted to check in on our dog since he was on a new medication and I wanted to see how he was doing. Jenna happened to walk through the doors a few minutes in and I was heartbroken to see what unfolded. Jenna entered the house and walked right past our dog. Never petting him once. She was there for a 30 minute visit to walk and feed our dog. She was outside with him for only 5 minutes and as soon as they got back inside, she walked right past our dog again to plop herself down on our couch where she stayed for the next 15+ minutes, glued to her phone and making herself way too comfortable. Not once looking over to our dog or to pet him or play with him. A few minutes before the 30 minutes were up, she put down his food, wrote her update, and left (again without petting our dog). Her note stated that our dog didn't eat while she was there and that "he did great!" Well it'd be pretty hard for any pet to eat their dinner while you're there if you don't give it to them until right before you leave! And was he so great because he just laid there and didn't demand attention? Allowing you to just lay there, doing whatever you want? I was so shocked to see this interaction. Jenna has been our dog walker for well over a year and I hope that this isn't how the majority of the visits went. Her completely ignoring our dog. Not ONCE did I see her pet him during the entire 30 minutes. I'd like to believe that this was a one time occurrence, but based on her body language and demeanor, this appeared to be her routine when coming to our house. I only gave the 3 stars because of Sari, the owner of the company. If Jenna is assigned to your pet, beware. Your pet might not receive the care they deserve! Jenna was always very flexible with scheduling which was a plus, but now I can't help but wonder if she was so lax because she took advantage of the time with our dog and viewed him as an "easy" visit. She certainly didn't put any energy into the visit I witnessed.
My aunt broke her hip and we live 125 miles from her so we hiredMVPS to provide daily care while my aunt recoperated in the hospital. I have been so impressed with how caring they are..always looking for solutions to make things better for the cat..I highly recommend their services

He always looks forward to seeing his furry friends and getting the chance to socialize with both his four-legged and two-legged buddies. The staff is outstanding—they truly take great care of the little guy, making sure he’s happy and well looked after. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and attention they provide.
My dog Bruce just loves this place and the pups thar come!! People are amazing and sweet. He's a year old, so he definitely has lots of energy. This helps him burn it! I love bringing him here. #doggiedaycare

Absolutely the BEST doggy daycare/boarding ever! Most recently, I moved, and my 2 doggies had to spend 20 days here. I don't think they wanted to come home! They were in good hands and received so much love! The daily photos are awesome! I think leaving my beagle here has also helped with his anxiety. He has calmed down so much because of the daily stimulation from socializing with all of the other dogs. Love love LOVE Pet Service Solutions Upland.

Best boarding place ever especially if you have a bully breed
My dogs are always happy in the pictures that they send. they must use some special instagram filter I am not aware of. my rescue dog has PTSD and this is his happy place. affordable daily rates and the staff are really friendly. my diva dog loves this place too! so happy they have 2 locations now!
