Brandon and Anne were fantastic watching our crew! When they arrived our dog immediately felt comfortable around them. Brandon and Anne came prepared already having read our welcome guide and asked all the right questions. Upon our arrival back home the house was clean and tidy and the pets happy. Highly recommend Brandon and Anne - we would happily invite them back!

Thomas was an amazing sitter. He left my place better than it was and made sure my pup had the best time of any sitter I’ve ever used. Would absolutely recommend him again.

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.
Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Don't hesitate to book this family of three, your house and your pets will be well-looked after!
This was my first time using house sitters and Shanen and Ryan were wonderful. She sent me pictures of Calla and game me updates on Calla’s activities. She would be welcome to pet sit for me anytime!
Duncan was an excellent pet sitter and looked after our old girl Cookie really well.
Exceptional Pet Sitters - Highly Recommend Diedre and Keith! I am thrilled to leave a glowing review for our trusted house and pet sitters, Diedre and Keith. They took exceptional care of our long-haired cat, Molly, and our home during our absence. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and their communication was top-notch. Dierdre and Keith provided regular updates, including delightful pictures of Molly, which put our minds at ease while we were away. Upon our return, it was evident that Molly had been well cared for and was content. The genuine love and understanding Diedre and Keith have for both dogs and cats was apparent in their interactions with Molly, and it was clear that they had made her feel comfortable and secure in their care. Their friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience truly enjoyable. In addition to taking great care of our beloved pet, Diedre and Keith ensured that our home was in excellent condition upon our return. They even went the extra mile by informing us about the leftovers they left in the fridge, which was a thoughtful gesture. I wholeheartedly recommend Diedre and Keith as exceptional pet and house sitters. Their attentive and caring approach, coupled with their expertise, make them a perfect choice for anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy sitters. Don't hesitate to entrust your home and pets to this fantastic duo!
Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Our home was immaculate when we arrived home and the dogs and cat were super happy !! I would recommend Debra as a wonderful, responsible and reliable pet and house sitter !
Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. I would recommend her to anyone! :) and hope we can have her house sit again for us.
Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!
Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat. He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care. Heath is friendly and reliable and left my home neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend him as a house/pet sitter for future assignments!

I boarded my dog there over Christmas and received a call Christmas morning - not a problem. Andrea informed me my dog had "a small scratch" on her leg, and she didn't know where it came from. I asked if it was serious or if I needed to pick her up and find a vet, as I was only a few hours away - she said it wasn't necessary and it would be fine. They walked the play yard and also moved her to a different kennel - all good things. However, when I went to pick her up a few days later, another woman asked me if I knew about my dog's injury, and I said yes and it wasn't a big deal as it was "just a small scratch". This was when I was informed that it was in fact not a "small scratch" but a 2" laceration on my dog's leg - you could see it had cut through muscle and was showing tendons. The woman who informed me of this was also extremely rude as if it was my fault it had happened, and because it had been so many days with an open wound, my dog ended up with a massive infection. The vet also had to remove dead skin in order to stitch it closed. I was also later informed that my dog had been in the play yard with other dogs, which I had specifically told them I preferred her to be alone as she can be reactive/dominant to other dogs at times. Not impressed and will not be going back again. I was debating for many many months on whether or not I should leave this review, but I feel other pet owners should know.
I have known Jen and her love for animals for a very long time. I know she takes well care of all the animals at her establishment. It's nice to know that I have somewhere safe to keep my Fur baby when needed. Cannot wait to use her business again! You're the BEST Jen!
Friendly staff that are always great with our dogs. Online booking and reasonable rates. Always our first choice for boarding!
Our dog absolutely loves it here, and he comes home so tired from all the fun he’s had playing with his fur pals.
I think that maybe my dogs like going here more than home...
Super nice people.
These people are the best.
To all who are looking for safe, state-of-the-art, clean, and caring Kennels for their furry loved ones, I am impressed with how they will take the time to feed your dog exactly what it needs as well as offer the exercise they need so as not to be confined all day. They care about socializing pets with well-matched playmates. They run a tight and above-board kennel that is well-maintained. Rest assured your pet will be taken care of until you arrive to pick them up!
Country Kennels is exactly the kind of place that Moses Lake needed! This is the first time that I am happy to drop my dog Turk off because I know how much he loves it. The open space keeps him occupied all day and the indoor/outdoor kennel area is just like the access he has at home. Tarah is extremely responsive and communicates via phone, text, email—whatever you prefer. She even asks if there’s anything you would like her to work on with your dog and keeps you posted on his stay. Doggy daycare is included with overnight stays which I love because all of her furry customers get the same amount of playtime and attention. The facility is immaculate, clean, modern, and dare I say it even smells great inside! I can’t forget to mention that Tarah even has a cat room which is basically a cat’s dream! Country Kennels is the best doggy daycare and boarding facility that I have seen in this town and I am so excited to have this option!
Country Kennels is a wonderful boarding facility! I love the grassy areas the dogs get to play in during the day. I also appreciate that my puppy was placed with similar dogs. Suzy seemed to enjoy her stay, and it is a blessing to not have to worry about your dog while you are away! Highly recommended.
We are so glad to have found Country Kennels. We have utilized them for both boarding and doggie daycare. Our dogs love going. They get lots of playtime which is SO important for our one year old pups. I also love that they can stay together in the same kennel at night time. Both our boys love the pool time. I was nervous the first time we dropped them off but Tarah is so great about checking in when I text and giving us updates and even sending photos. Seeing their smiles is proof enough of the care they receive. Plus they’re exhausted when they get home at night. Bonus!!
This is the 2nd time for 1 of our dogs and the 1st for the other. These guys are amazing. They are on top of everything. They are very passionate and attentive to each dogs needs. They send updates and pictures too( which is great for me because I'm a worry wort). We will definitely continue to use. Thank you Country Kennels for another great visit!!
On occasion I find it necessary to board my dog. Fortunate to find, Country Kennels in Moses Lake. Top notch kennels with numerous secure runs so your dog can spend lots of time outdoors. I would highly recommend Country Kennels if you need to board your dog.
The approach into the facility is a little sketchy, but once at the actual facility I was very impressed. The office had incredible "natural" treats Soni can see myself stopping by just to pick up goodies for my pup. I didn't tour the facility as everything was behind a door, but I also wasn't leaving my dog there (was with a friend) I am impressed enough to go back and get the full experience.
Dog care in Eastern Washington Country Kennels provides the best pet experience that is offered in Moses Lake Washington both for dogs and cats. Overnight dog boarding or dog daycare. Cat overnight care or cat daycare. Climate controlled environments for pets. Secure on site staff. Women owned , small business . Country Kennels is clean , secure and pet friendly offering exercise runs for pets . My dog was stress free and well exercised and given one on one attention. The owner truly loves pets and is knowledgeable on each breeds nature. This kennel is our Sixth bearing experience and Country Kennels far exceeded our expectations for our dogs stay vacation. The kennel is conveniently located just off I-90 and a quick access on a drive to airports. We left our dog to play in a safe clean secure kennel instead of a hot baseball field. We will be repeat customers. Country Kennels Is located in Moses Lake Washington . 1098 Road L.4 SE. Country Kennels has a web site and is on Instagram.
Worry-free Dog Boarding Facility! Our dog was with CK for 38 days, the care was very personalized, even Ms. Tarah had staffs helping her with the dog’s routine she is very hands on with our dog’s need. She communicated to us directly and promptly on health issues. Don’t think twice of the price if you are looking for a safe & secure accommodation for your fur babies. We enjoyed our vacation and at the same time our baby was also satisfied during her stay in CK. Our dog tells us the difference. How? Dog speaks to those who listen… Thank you Ms. Tarah & staffs of Country Kennels Moses Lake.
My dog just loves Country Kennels! She gets super excited when we pull up to the gate. She has a complicated medicine schedule due to seizures but Country Kennels stays on top of it and I never have to worry about her. The only downside is my dog never wants to leave! This is the best facility in Moses Lake.
First time going today and they did a really great job with my boy Rocky and the groomers we’re really nice there to I recommend Animal Crackers Grooming and Boarding for your dog’s grooming and reasonable prices
At First with my Standard Poodle Eric, Who is New to Grooming…..I was DELIGHTED….So I brought my Little Old Pom in for her Last Haircut….They CHARGED me $45 to Re Shampoo her with No Haircut!!! So….just to swipe Bucks off this OLD LADY, NOW They Lost a Life Long Customer, Eric 🐩
They take great care of my animals, they really go out of their way to accommodate as well! Wonderful group of folx that work here!
My golden retriever stayed for the week and had a bath before coming home. The staff were considerate with questions and overall took great care of our dog. I certainly recommend this kennel to my friends and will continue using them in the future. Thanks ✌️
They did an awesome job on my little girl vivi . They are very nice people there .
I had issues with another groomer in town, called up animal crackers and they were able to fit me in 2 days later. They did a great job on my lab, and their workers are super nice!
Our new puppy was calm and happy! When we picked him up! I was shocked at how calm, clean and quiet it was, even with several large dogs being groomed. We were pleasantly surprised. The groomers genuinely love dogs and were so sweet with our puppy. I would recommend Animal Crackers to anyone.
They can get my 2 little furbabies in relatively quick and do a great job with their "puppy" cuts.
I feel good about taking my little Cleo to Animal Crackers for her spa day. She always comes home happy & refreshed.
The best groomers in our area. They listen to your request and carry them out. They are gentle and kind to your pet. My dog is always clean, nearly groomed and not upset when I pick him up. Sharon and her crew care about you pet and about your satisfaction.
We love Bon Voyage! They have been so good with our two fur babies and treat them like their own. One of our dogs was an elderly dog who was blind. They loved on them both, but especially our"old man". I've always felt like they were in great hands with Bon Voyage. We recently lost our old man, and they have been so kind and compassionate. I definitely recommend them.
I boarded my dogs overnight for the first time. The owner was nice when I checked in but the rest of the staff was rude especially the older lady who checked me out. I asked how my dogs did while there and she looked at me like I was crazy. She said “I don’t know” with a snotty, annoyed attitude. The website is also very deceiving regarding the pricing. The listed “overnight boarding” price is actually the price per calendar day so the “overnight” price is automatically double what’s listed. It’s a cinder block building with kennels smaller than even the humane society. The loud echoing barking hall is not peaceful or comfortable for any of the pups. I certainly won’t be going back.
Pricing is straight forward, transparent and fair. They provide multiple dog discounts. Knowledgeable and caring staff. Very consciences about feeding routine, etc. I have one senior (16 yrs) and I trust he is watched and kept safe while there. Dogs come home healthy, happy, clean and show no signs of stress. Definitely my "go to" boarding facility. I really like the convenience of their website. Notifications sent about reservations, when vaccinations are due to expire, viewing invoices and I can keep my records and vaccinations up to date via the website. Very efficient.
Our HIGH MAINTENANCE dogs have never been so happy. They don't let us say goodbye at drop off and they drag us into the facility. HAPPY DOGS, HAPPY OWNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My Elsa seemed to be well taken care of while at the Bon Voyage Pet Resort. She was a rescue, adopted twice and brought back twice, so I worried about leaving her at a kennel. She did ok, though I think she thought she was being adopted again until she smelled my hand and realized it was me. They took good care of her for me and I will use them again if the need arises. Staff very friendly and competent.
We had our pets boarded there after a fire. The staff was very caring and devoted to our animals. We appreciate everything they did and continue to do for our family.
My dogs seem excited when they arrive here and come home happy and healthy. Pricing is very reasonable for two dogs staying together and online booking is convenient. I love that they have several outdoor areas and get to go outside often. My energetic Brittanys definitely need that! I will continue to trust that Bon Voyage will take good care of my dogs when I cannot take them with me on my travels.
Our three dogs loved it at Bon Voyage! They clearly had very good care as they came home happy and tired. The resort takes great pride in detailed instructions and were available to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be having our dogs board there again.
This was an amazing place to board my girl, Bonnie, when we weren't able to take her on vacation. The staff was all very nice and accommodating and Bonnie looked great after her stay. I really love that they have a clean facility where the dogs are able to stay privately and not have the stress of having too many other dogs around them.
We were building a new house and had delays so we had to board our cat for about 8 weeks. The staff at Bon Voyage cared for our kitty and loved on him. They kept me up to date on his stay and I visited him several times. Later. I had to leave my dogs for a few days and they did great as well. I was confident that everyone was loved and well taken care of.
I had planned a road trip from CA to Washington and Loving Paws was the nearest boarding so decided to check it out. I submitted all the paperwork a month ahead and confirmed all details with them ahead of time. We had to issues dropped her off or picking her up. I was nervous because my Snow (maltipoo) is very timid with new people and is defensive around other big dogs. When we dropped her off, they came out to greet Snow and spent a few minutes with us before taking her in. Snow happily walked away leaving us feeling very comfortable. We did a receive a few text updates letting us know how she was doing which was a nice check in and photo. When we picked up Snow at the end of her stay, she was so happy to see us. They told us she made friends with an older cat and an adult Great Dane! We were very happy with Snow’s stay at Loving Paw. If we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely be bringing her back!
I’m from out of town and had the best experience boarding my dog here. Monica and team were kind, open and responded promptly to the millions of questions I presented. My dog is 85lbs, golden retriever mix. He had a previous negative experience and we hadn’t taken him anywhere since. All of this information was shared and we communicated well about the care he’d have. I trusted Monica due to her knowledge and empathy. Rambo stayed for a couple of hours one day, and the next he boarded 12 hours (overnight stay). It was a daunting choice but a family wedding required a lot of my time. I received texts with pictures and updates. Their messages were so specific and captured his personality, it was comforting. It allowed for me to be present in events knowing that he was safe and in really good hands. I’m truly grateful. And I do hope anyone else considering gives this place a shot. They were great.
This was our first time leaving our puppy with someone and we were very nervous about boarding him overnight. Monica was reassuring and set our minds at ease. She seemed comfortable and confident in her ability to care for our rescue dog. She sent us photos and updates and we were delighted to hear that our dog was doing well. We love that he got to play with Monica's puppy and tire himself out. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Loving Paws to anyone needing a safe and comfortable place for their pet.
Absolutely the best boarding/daycare I’ve ever used. My dog has some excitability issues and your normal, standard dog day care would probably not take him. The team are super patient with him and have worked so hard with me to manage his issue. He loves it at LP and it’s clear to me why- this place truly cares about the dogs and it shows.
We absolutely love this place and the amazing women who run it! Our dog is a handful in more ways than one, and we appreciate their willingness to love on her more than we can express. It’s a huge relief to know she’s not only safe, but in an environment that is similar to home. We live out of town but will continue to bring her here even if we aren’t staying in the area, because of how happy she is while there. She has really benefitted from being able to socialize and play with other dogs of different sizes, breeds and personalities as well. We are so grateful to receive text message updates and pictures on how she is doing while there, and they are always kind and lovely to talk to, even when she is not staying with them. Thank you Loving Paws for taking on the challenge that is our Roxy, and for helping her grow and become a more confident, happy dog.
We are picky about boarding places as we want our dogs to have the best experience they can when we are away and Loving Paws did not disappoint! We LOVED getting daily pictures of our dogs during their stay and that made us feel so at ease to see them enjoying their time there. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better! We will definitely use their service in the future!
I've tried out a few different puppy sitters and I now will turn to Loving Paws EVERY time. They are quick to respond, kind to people and pups, but also flexible and feels like a friend/neighbor dog sitting. They have a big open area for my Sheepadoodle to run and run and run but also have comfy places to curl up when it's nap time. I've gotten good quality pictures and updates each day he's there that will sooth every the more nervous doggy mommy. Don't hesitate to book with these folks. :)
I would recommend loving paws over traditional crate pet boarding. My cats were able to have their own room instead of being stuffed in a cage. We were dealing with a lot of car issues that severely affected our pickup and drop off time and they were very understanding & accommodating about the whole situation and we’re very easy to contact. They even sent us pictures of our cats with some kittens (with our permission for them to meet). Very thankful for the friendly animal loving women at loving paws! Especially the employee we were dealing with.
I just boarded my husky/shepherd cross with them over the weekend. They took him in as one of the pack, and he had lots of friends to keep him busy all weekend. They sent me an update with some pictures to let me know he was OK, pick up and drop off took less than five minutes each time, they were pleasant and answered every question. They would like to have him back, and if I’m ever in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my buddy there. Thanks so much!
We love these gals. They were able to watch our dog despite short notice. The website to provide the information for the dog was very thorough so drop off was very quick and efficient. Pictures were sent frequently and our dog looked like she had a great time. They are a loving bunch and we would definitely use them again when in the area.
We boarded our dog for the first time with Road B Kennels for the day this past Saturday. They were fantastic! The area was super clean and tidy, dogs had plenty of outdoor space, the owners really seem to care about the wellbeing of the animals. They also have a friendly golden on site that loved to play with our golden. We are super happy to have found Road B Kennels and will be back soon!
Nala loves going to Road B Kennels! As her owner it makes my ❤️ happy knowing she is well-taken care of and is so excited to stay! What I love most is Teya and Ryan treat Nala as if she is their own! I love and appreciate the daily updates and pictures I get too!
Chunk enjoyed his time getting groomed at Road B Kennels! Staff was professional and great to work with. It was comforting to know Chunk was in good caring hands. He will be back! Thank you!
Very clean and comfy, large fenced area for dogs to play and stretch and they love animals Wouldn’t leave my pets any other place.
Nicest family I've met so far. They loved my dog and he loved them too
Great place to board your pet!
Sue is hands down the best groomer in Moses lake. She’s amazing with animals and you can tell she truly loves what she does.
Sue is an absolute gem. She's fast, has great prices, is a great communicator, and does a wonderful job. I have the prettiest pitties now. I can't recommend Animal House enough.
I just started taking my dachshund and my Shepard to Sue to get their nails done she is always happy to fit me right in when I get there. I took my pomeranian to her for almost 10 years and she was absolutely wonderful with him he loved going there to be groomed and did a lot of talking to her. I would recommend Sue to any pet owner for grooming, she's a very compassionate person. She is also very affordable thank you Sue
I’ve been taken both of my miniature jacks to Animal Crackers for 15 yrs will miss Karen but also happy for new owner, both her an staff are great. I trust them with my fur babies. Excellent grooming!
We were here from out of town with our 14 year old Maltese. I am so happy with the love and care they gave my little dog. Even with a knee brace and on crutches she took fabulous care of our Sadie and took time to talk to me and ask what kind of hair cut I wanted for my dog as well as if there were any issues I was concerned about. Best groomer I have taken our little dog to in a long time. Very Happy!!!
We have been taking in our dog Fluffy to Sue for a few years now. He always looks amazing afterwards. We just got a goldendoodle and can't wait to take him to Sue to get him all up pamperd out. 💖
Tho owner is Awesome!! She provides walk in service for dog nail cuts, in three years she has never turned us away for her service!! And, my big four legged kid really. likes her!!!
I have been going here for quite a few years. Sue does an excellent job grooming our dogs and is so caring and personable. I highly recommend Sue.
We had our Siamese nails clipped yesterday, She refuses to let us do it. She did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Thank you!
I absolutely love the job you guys did on my dog! He looks so cute! Thank you so much! I will definitely be bringing him back!
Andrea, I also had an eerie experience like this. We had been taking our dogs to TLC for years. However, on one occasion after picking our male chihuahua up, he was showing behavioral, cognitive, and physical changes. He appeared sad, confused, and almost disoriented. This was a stark contrast to his usually happy energetic demeanor. We didn’t know what else to think and never had issues there before, but something felt off. We started thinking maybe he was showing signs of dementia and chalked it up to him getting older (10 years old). He was reluctant to put too much weight on his back left leg and after taking him to the vet, learned he was suffering from a slipped disc, which he never had before. Our dog is quite a live wire and energetic, so I thought maybe he strained his back jumping on the gate at the kennel. Despite any hard evidence, our family had a suspicion that something happened to him while he was at the kennel. We took him one more time after a family emergency and similarly, he acted strange for about 2 weeks after. We have not returned since. I read your review to my family and they felt that it all sounded eerily familiar. I hope not, but seems too similar to be a coincidence. Please consider these reviews when choosing a place to care for your fur babies.Like you I have not posted because there wasn’t any solid evidence, but appreciate you posting your review. It definitely validating our concerns.
I want to preface this review by stating that I have been reluctant to post, but the more time I have had to think on it - the worse I felt. We trusted Tina with our fur babies and now our trust is broken. I do not think we will trust anyone with our dogs ever again. We have been boarding our dogs here for a few years now for one weekend in the fall and have never had any complaints before. The facility is clean, our dogs always whole - if not a little home sick by the time we pick them up. Tina has always seemed a little off, but I chalked it up to social anxiety. As someone who I thought works with animals all day, she probably prefers their company over people. I wouldn’t blame her for it. This year we had a spring event that we needed to board the dogs for and because of the time of year, my lab has been shedding - as labs do. I asked Tina to groom him and bathe both dogs. In my eyes, they were having a little doggy spa weekend. Come time to pick up my boys, Tina informs me that there was an “incident” with my lab where she had “yelled” at the dog in the next kennel over and this caused my lab to become fearful of her. Because of this she stated that he was “nipping at the brush” and was not able to finish grooming him. I found this peculiar but not outright alarming - as my lab has never been groomed before and perhaps he just did not care for it. My lab was very sleepy on the car ride home, and when we got home he was acting very strange - really cagey and anxious. His whole body was tense and his legs were just shaking uncontrollably. At first I thought he was just overstimulated from the other dogs at the kennel and just needed to readjust to being home. Since he was still massively shedding, I went to brush him and he immediately shied away from me and tried biting the brush out of my hand. He has never done this before. He is extremely laid back. My toddler and twins are constantly hanging all over him and he just sits there and soaks it all in. He is a stereotypical omega black lab! After examining him closer my husband found that his entire back from neck to tail was cut open and bleeding with large clumps of dried blood and hair. When you touched him in these areas he would yelp and cry like someone had kicked him. The vet was already closed by this time so I called the next day to get him in as soon as I could for an evaluation. The vet confirmed that he was badly torn up, and showed me the worst spots where he was still actively bleeding. He prescribed antibiotics as well as an anti inflammatory for his discomfort. To me, his injuries seem consistent with overly aggressive grooming. It would also explain why he would bite at a brush when he has never done so before. I debated talking this over with Tina before I posted the review but decided not to. She had the opportunity to tell me the truth of the matter but chose to lie to my face about it - after years of being customers of hers. I even tipped her on top of it, so for her to not reject it and take it anyway just tells me that this person does not care about your animals. I feel sick to my stomach that someone hurt my dog this way and that he’ll never be the same for it. She advertises dog grooming but doesn’t know how to brush a dog without turning them into mince meat? Save yourself the grief. Do not take your pets here.
I needed to leave my 13 to lab for 5 days while away. Was concerned he would be comfortable during high heat summertime so really appreciated the indoor /outdoor arrangement with misters. Tina listened to my concerns about his 2 health issues and made me feel comfortable leaving him for the long weekend. She was great!
I would never take my dogs to this place now that Tina has taken over ownership. The original owner put a lot of $$ into this place to design and build "Apartments" for dog boarding and an area for grooming. The place looks great, however when the lease came up for renewal Tina went behind the owner's back and offered the landlord more $$. The landlord went to the original owner and gave her the new rate and she couldn't afford it, so she lost it to Tina. That shows Tina's character and morals. This shows how her "Loving Care" works: I was told that she was in the middle of grooming a dog and had the noose(?) around the dogs head to keep him still while working on his face. The phone rang so she left the dog unattended and he jumped off the table and hung himself. Her phone call must have lasted quite awhile as there was no saving the dog once she came back and found him. So, while the place looks fabulous for boarding, Tina can take no credit for that. I would never take my dog there - EVER. If I could give her a zero or worse I absolutely would.
Will be the last time l go. Tina's a very poor operator. Set an appointment up 6 weeks back for both dog when entering wheres the shot records oh l forgot ld wished you'd had call, not my job. Then told me to return at noon l got there at 12:10pm let me set in the parking lot for 40 minutes with the sun at high noon 96 degrees with another dog in the car. Then my dr. Called to tell me know l had a blood clot in my leg and report to the emergency room asap. 40 minutes waiting to get my dog. I called her 3 time pleading to give me dog finish or not l had made my mind up that l'd never go back when l left after dropping Buddy off in the morning she rude and very bossy. To tacky for me. Everyone is screwing her you know. Additude.
Tina is wonderful. She always does a great job on my big male cat.i would not take him anywhere else. I have been using her for about 4 years now
They take wonderful care of our pet family members. The trust we have for Tina goes a long way. We board our babies and go have fun. Thanks Tina.
Very clean, excellent facility, and professional, skilled, pleasant staff. Have been taking our pets to Tina's for many years. We're very satisfied!
Just picked up my dogs and they were super happy, clean and obviously well loved during their stay. Great boarding, highly recommended!!
Great staff and care, my dogs love the play time. My dogs beat me through the door when we go there.
Lori Winston is an excellent dog behaviorist. She is very knowledgeable and good with people and dogs. if you take your "problem dog" to her you will not be disappointed.
My Corgi, Nori started with Fetch Please Dog Training when she was just over a year old. We did one year of training and Lori was INCREDIBLE! Anyone who knows anything about Corgi’s know they have a strong personality and are very busy. Lori helped me to train her to where she doesn’t pull when we go on walks, she knows her basic commands, she doesn’t tear my house apart. Nori listens to me and dare I say we have a great relationship now that I feel like I know how to get through to her. I can’t thank Fetch Please Dog Training enough for their incredible services! Highly recommend!
Lori is so great. Our dog Milo loves her!! While he is doing so much better to the point we no longer need to see a trainer consistently , it is nice to know she is there if / when we need her. We still use many of her techniques at home and it has been wonderful to see so many ‘pawsitive’ changes in our dog.
So, I have only just started here, but compared to other dog training I’ve been too, I can honestly say hands down Amazing!! Lori is far by the best and I love her training methods. The classes are small and more one on one. Definitely more bang for your buck. I like how if you pay for 8 classes, you get 8 classes! I mean life happens and sometimes you can’t always be there. So, if you miss one. Just go the next week! Definitely worth the value and quality of training. Don’t hesitate if your on the fence. I have 3 pups and highly recommend Fetch Please dog training!!🐶❤️
Lori worked a true miracle with one of my dogs who was in danger of behavior related euthanasia. Far and away the very best dog behavior person I know. She was spot on with the WHY, and it illuminated the tunnel for his success. Grateful.
Lori is absolutely wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I'd recommend her services to anyone who needs a dog trainer.

Great instructor. Thank you for helping Henry be a good dog and helping us communicate clearly to our dog.
She is helping our son train his service dog and doing it with kindness and professionalism. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
RJ is amazing. Fixed my dog after another trainer messed her up. I highly recommend him to train your dog. Thank you so much RJ. Absolutely the best.
Quicksilver kennels is the best trainer in the state! Helps you every step of the way and rj is a very honest and nice person.
Owners are good people, very knowledgeable about dogs. The training is the best. They are working hard to make the facility better. Because the owners live on site the hours for PU and Leaving your animal is very flexible. A bit out of the way but what I mentioned above makes up for it.
RJ is auper personable puts a ton of bird in front of your dog and gets results.
Learned alot just listening to R.J. talking at Sporstman show in Puyallup Wa. and talking with him at his booth
They're very caring about your family pets
