They surprised us by offering to prepare dinner - which they brought with them, along with some delicious wine! While we were gone they regularly sent pictures and updates of our cat. When we came back, the house was in order and the cat was happy. I recommend Mary and Rick!

Wendy and Fred were absolutely amazing! We started with a video call to learn more about each other and the needs of our dogs. From that very first video call I knew they would be great. We remained in contact right up until they arrived, which put me right at ease. We agreed that it would best if they came the day before we were set to depart as a way to acclimatize the pups to having them in our home. The following day we gave them a tour and they asked all the right questions. The dogs were immediately comfortable with them which again put us at ease. While we were away, Wendy and Fred kept us up to date on how the pups were doing with lots of pictures. Its no surprise they were doing just fine!! More than fine actually, Darcy and Fred Bonded, which was easy to tell from all the pictures. The kittens were well taken care of as well, with Wendy giving them some personal TLC. Heading back home is always a pain, as we live 2.5 hours from the airport but Wendy and Fred assured me that they wouldn't leave the dogs until they knew we were safely on the road. When we arrived home, the place was spotless and the dogs were relaxing on the couch. I cannot give them enough praise. They were absolutely amazing. Loving our dogs as if they were their own. I highly recommend them both. Your pups will be lucky to have them

Cathie and Mike - We are ready when you are! Caring, trustworthy, experienced!
Cathie and Mike are a delightful, friendly couple who exude confidence. We had no difficulty leaving Jesse, our dog, in their capable hands. Their own dog, Fenny, came with them and she couldn't be a better example of how to look after a dog well. She and Jesse hit it off straightaway. Cathie sent us updates and photos of Jess every day. Jess looked relaxed and very happy.It was really reassuring to see that our precious little dog wasn't pining for us but having a great time with her new best friends. Cathie and Mike followed our care plan for Jess diligently: feeding twice a day, regular walks and ball time on the terrace. Fenny joined in too of course. On day seven of their stay the house lost its internet connection. Following our instructions, Mike did his utmost to solve the problem for us but the problem turned out to be with our internet provider. When we arrived home our house was super shiny clean; the laundry done and folded neatly, fresh, clean towels in the bathrooms and kitchen and the outside terrace swept too. Jesse was happy, lively and looked a picture of health. Cathie and Mike left by arrangement just before we arrived home. Saying thank you in a message doesn't seem to convey sufficiently our deepest thanks to them and Fenny. We would welcome them here at any time and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We're so grateful to Cory! Cory cared for Otis like he was her own and was superbly organised and really easy to arrange with. We feel terribly guilty, that I became poorly just before going away and Cory caught my illness. Even despite this, she took incredible care of Otis and told us not to worry. Cory is a delight to chat to, we've loved getting to know her and Otis has certainly loved her company. I'd recommend Cory without hesitation- she's wonderful!

Michelle, was my first experience of a sitter and has set a high bar. She looked after my buddies like they were her own. My feral cat who runs from all humans made an exception with Michelle, the cat whisperer. Lightbulbs went, a tap broke, i was mortified while Michelle took everything in her stride. Storm my precious indoor buddy, escaped. Michelle, retrieved her safely, understood her separation anxiety and mine, and was very patient with her. Michelle sent regular updates, providing peace of mind, this was everything. I highly recommend Michelle as someone you can trust with your nearest and dearest, and your home. She also happens to be a fascinating person. It was pleasure to meet and chat with Michelle. Me and the four legged family, can't thank her enough.

Animal loving couple looking for houses with pets or large garden to take care
Tom and Keith were amazing, I cannot recommend them more. They were very organised, and made sure they had asked any questions they needed to before the sit. We left instructions for our dog, cats and tortoises and they had no problems following them. The house was left super tidy, and all the animals were incredibly relaxed and happy when we returned. The perfect sitters. The real test of how amazing they were was demonstrated in how incredibly understanding and relaxed they were about the water issue we had during their sit. The day before we left for our holiday, we discovered a problem with the water supply to our house. There was just a trickle of water. We had to get plumbers in whilst they were there, and they had to cope with very little water during the sit. We were so worried during this time about it all, and they were so wonderful in coping with it. Thank you Tom and Keith, we welcome you back any time should you wish to return, and I promise this time no water issues!

We are both united in our adoration for animals and travelling.
Tom sat for us (without Mar) for a long weekend, arriving on the morning of our departure, at the planned time. He kept in touch prior to the sit and on the day to confirm his arrival time. It was a beautiful day and as we explored the garden, our cat Gabi joined us. She jumped up on the table and immediately rolled over in front of Tom to introduce herself. As we moved into the house, our other cat Zoe came by to see what was going on. She's usually pretty aloof, but to our delight, she walked directly to Tom to ask for cheek rubs. We were quite astonished as it's not like her at all. So, from the get go, we knew the kitties would be very happy. He must give out very happy Pheromones. =^..^= We established that we were likely to miss each other on our return, but Tom sent a great update on the girls and the house. It has to be said that, our house was immaculate. I could not even tell which of the guest bedrooms he'd chosen to sleep in. Sheets and towels were washed and dried, beds were remade, and towels were folded and replaced. Bathrooms were both as clean as they had been when we left. Given summer had finally arrived (in August!) he happily agreed to water the garden and updated when he had done so. He's lovely, calm, easy going and exudes positive energy. I wouldn't hesitate to have him sit for us in the future. Thanks for everything Tom.

Stuart and Emma are a lovely couple, warm, friendly and relaxed. They are fantastic pet and house sitters! The communication with Emma and Stuart was great, we had a video call beforehand and I felt straight away at ease with them. They came out the day before to get acquainted with the dogs and us. It was lovely meeting Emma and Stuart, it reassured us that the dogs and our house would be well looked after. They sent us every couple of days updates and photos of Penny and Rosa. When we came home we got a warm welcome, our "girls" were happy and relaxed and the house was tidy and clean. I would ask Emma and Stuart back any time and recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and reliable petsitter! Our dogs will miss them, they had a good time with them. Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)
