Rhonda has been watching my 3 dogs for years and I couldn’t be happier with the wonderful care they have received. I never have to worry about them when I am out of town. I have an older dog that takes medication and needs special care and she always goes above and beyond to make sure he is taken care of. I highly recommend her for any of your fur babies.

Rhonda is amazing. She genuinely loves animals. My little girl goes to her house 5 days a week while I go to the office. She gets excited when we turn onto Rhonda's street, she knows. She recognizes Rhonda's car and gets excited to see it in her driveway. Rhonda is loving, patient and a great babysitter. My dog is my child and I trust her with Rhonda. She's a wonderful, honest and kind animal lover.

I have a hard time trusting anyone with my babies. However, I feel complete comfort with Rhonda. She has always treated my furbabies like her own. She has celebrated birthdays and been there for me when my Teddy and Katie passed. She takes the best care of Leo and gives him so much love. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Rhonda, truly a blessing.

We had the best experience ever with All About Animals and Rhonda! She is the GOAT! Leo was so excited to get there every morning and see all of his new friends. She also sent pictures of him throughout the day. It is so nice to know that your fur baby is well taken care of and he absolutely was. We are so grateful to you for taking our dog in on short notice and for dealing with the long hours we needed. I wish we had you in our home state! Thank you for everything…and Leo says hi!

We utilize All About Animals to care for our cats when we are away for more than a day. Two of our cats are very shy, but Rhonda really has taken the time to get to know and care for our cats. As a result, they are very happy when she comes over to take care of them. Rhonda is also very good about communicating that she has stopped by each and every day and provides a status of the care visit. Rhonda takes several pictures and shares them each time she stops by to care for them. It is very apparent to me that Rhonda has a heart for animals. I would recommend All About Animals to anyone looking for a pet sitter in the Nixa / Springfield area.

Rhonda is almost too good to be true! We have one dog and 2 cats, and have used her pet sitting services for years. She's super conscientious, has never missed a visit, and truly cares about animals. We can completely relax when we have to go out of town. Absolutely Five Stars!!!

Rhonda loved my two dogs like her own and gave them great walks and love everyday while I was at work. They were excited to see her and I never worried if they were okay. She sent texts and pictures to let me know how they were. She was reliable and always had a backup person (and key) available if she was busy. Her rates are affordable and she became like family. Rhonda is simply awesome! She takes great care of my dog Walter and loves him like her own pet! She is reliable and flexible and works around my crazy schedule to make sure my dog is fed, walked and played with! She provides pictures and updates. Rhonda provided care for my 3 cats for almost 7 years in Omaha. I moved here not knowing anyone and Rhonda was a Godsend! I would have to travel for work at a time and she would sit for me. Rhonda would always be sure to send lots of pictures of my babies and she truly cared for my cats as if they were hers. She is reliable, dependable and was flexible to always make sure my babies were cared for when I was gone! I would recommend Rhonda to anyone!!

Our cat, Penny, wasn't doing well for the past week or two. She didn't have a dedicated vet, but MVH was able to get her in the same day I called them and was able to determine that she was in the late stages of kidney failure, so we decided to have her put to sleep instead of her suffering until she passed away. MVH was very caring and accommodating with us and letting us have plenty of time to say our goodbyes. Thank you MVH.

I had an absolute WONDERFUL experience with all the staff today. First visit we have ever done and they took care of all of us well. Very knowledgeable and explained things super well. Also accepts Care Credit! A plus in my book!

My Dad's dog was hit by a car. This hospital fixed his broken shoulder. Very polite and attentive to the pets.

I can not rave enough about how incredibly fantastic Dr Black, and Dr Erin are. Their knowledge and expertise literally saved our fur baby. We had to visit Monett from South FL for an event and unexpectedly had to tote our 80 lbs extremely sick Labradoodle that was just released from emergency care, with little to no issue explanation of his diagnosis. We spent over $4,000 in FL and little info. We made the cross country trip as quickly as possible with a quarantined appointment with DR Black once we arrived. Instantly she took action, assured us we could safely take our baby home and return the next morning with a diagnosis and continued treatment plan that instantly began to reverse our baby back to his usual self. We could not be more thankful for their quick action but mostly their knowledge and experience. They have continued to assist with shipping medications to us back in S. Florida. I can personally guarantee you are in the best hands at this clinic and the cost is as fair as humanly possible. ❤️

Your animals will get good care. The only thing I would say is make sure you let them know you want authorization on any care that is provided. My bill was twice the cost. It went from 420.00 to over 800.00 from one day to the next. I realize they want to give best care possible but some things they want to do aren't necessarily life or death. So just make sure they know not to do anything further than what is talked about or you will have a big surprise. That being said they have been very communicative since with me and I appreciate that.

They were able to diagnose and treat our cat. I feel that if not for them she wouldn't be with us now, I am forever grateful for that. I'm not certain if their pricing is high, they gave me an estimate and our final bill was within range. They didn't ask for a deposit or half upfront. The only offsetting issue we had was being able to visit our cat. You have to make an appointment during the week and are not allowed to visit them on weekends. I personally didn't care for this. Our cat is 15 and never been away from home, so you have a bit of guilt for not being able to check on them. I was told they only have student staff on weekends and they cannot accommodate weekend visitors. This made me a bit nervous that they cant handle visits but are supposed to be able to handle care. For that reason and that reason alone, I don't feel that I would leave my pet here again, regular come and go visits would be all I will do in the future.

Cannot say enough about this place. It was late on Saturday and we are not from the area. Doc to us immediately and without hesitation. Thanks to her and her staff our Sadie was nursed back to health and back to her happy self. Thank you for loving and caring for our Sadie

I will say they are a good place to take your pet and to board them but I noticed someone made a review of the prices and they went up and their response was they didn't go up but that's a lie. I took my dog to them cuz his ear needed surgery and we paid for it to b done. The following year his other ear needed surgery and they were gonna charge me almost double than the year before plus I made the appointment to get it done and when I called again to find what the price would b they told me it was just an evaluation and not surgery. My dog needed surgery done immediately not weeks later so I took him to someone else. You guys care about the animals but your prices are ridiculous

I have been bringing my elderly dog here for over two years now. They always show the upmost care and compassion when treating her. They are very thorough and take any concerns I have seriously. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

Funky Bunch has been a life saver. They are always professional, timely, and communicate well. They take the time to scoop the litter, clean up any messes, and make sure food and water is topped off. They'll bring in the mail, take the trash to the curb and water the plants when there is an extended stay out. They play with the kitties while respecting that they have different play styles and desires for attention. I've been using their services for two years with no regrets.

We use Funky Bunch pet care for the first time and we were very satisfied with their services, and felt very comfortable with them coming into our home. They came to check on our dog Daisy and played with her and took pictures of her and described her adventures. While at our home they bought in the mail. We didn't even think about telling them to do that. When we got home Daisy was much calmer and seemed less anxious than leaving her all by herself all day. I would recommend Funky Bunch to anyone who needs their services.

Funky Bunch was so helpful when we needed to be gone for a day trip. Collin sent tons of photos, videos and details each time he checked up on our dog. I have used Funky Bunch Pet Care for my elderly dog Oscar. Oscar is old and doesn’t travel as well as the rest of the family and I am often sad and hesitant to leave him behind. Finding Funky Bunch has helped ease that concern. They were extremely helpful at getting us in last minute when our plans came up unexpectedly. Colin was kind and helpful in the booking process. I love the way I get notified when they arrive and then get a personal message (always with pictures) when they depart. Funky Bunch has provided me just what I need for Oscar. We’ve used funky bunch now for almost a year and they have been consistently amazing! Most recently they cared for my cats for 3 long weeks and I could relax and enjoy my time away not worrying about my pets at all. A little part of me was even jealous my cats were loving them more than me.

The pet sitters exceeded my expectations. They not only made fast friends with my pet, loved on him and sent tons of photos, they changed a battery in my thermostat so he would stay comfortable! They did a great job listening to food needs and toy preferences. I would trust them any time.

We have taken our pups to Bow Wow twice now, they were recommended by our veterinarian's office. Both times we have been happy with the stay. Our dogs, Dixie and Gracie, are both large and still young so they can be a handful. They seem to enjoy going. They have strict rules about shots and treatments so we feel safe with Bow Wow. Both were adopted from different rescues approx. 7 months before their first stay at Bow Wow. We were worried about them feeling abandoned as that was all they knew for the first year of both their lives. But they came back happy, they even bonded closer and not only sometimes choose to share a bed now but they even rest and nap together more now. The first stay was for 5 days, their second was for 9 days. Both seem to have been positive experiences. They post pictures on Facebook every couple of days so we were able to see them happy and safe and share the pictures with our family and friends. That helped us miss them a little less. They make notes of special diets, behaviors, and history to give the animals better care. We get to take their toys, their food, and even their beds with them so they feel safe. We are happy with Bow Wow, we recommend them and will go back for sure.

Bow Wow has been taking care of my Great Dane for around 2 years now on select weekends. They have always taken very good care of him and he comes back home happy every time. We have seen his sleeping arrangements and even for a big dog he has plenty of room to walk around. The staff are always great to work with. I would happily recommend Bow Wow Pet Resort to anyone.

We went out of town for a few days and boarded our dog, Waylon, for the first time. I was very nervous, but knew he was in good hands based on the recommendations of others. He’s so wore out from all the fun he had, he’s been napping since we got home! Not spoiled at all! I love that they post photos of the dogs on Facebook, refreshing to see they’re enjoying their time there! We will definitely be using Bow Wow again in the near future!

Our dog Coco is a rescue dog - the staff at Bow Wow have done an excellent job of helping Coco adjust to her new life. They know how to handle her so well and it puts our mind at ease when we know she is being well cared for. Thank you for loving Coco!

I was nervous as my 3 dogs aren't very socialized with other dogs. However, upon picking them up they were outside with all the dogs having a great time! They are very friendly and was a great experience. If you need doggie day care or doggie play dates, come here! Great rates!! Thank you again!! See ya next week!

Bow Wow always provides the best care for our doggies. We love seeing and check daily for the Facebook pictures they post while we are far from home. We will always use them when we travel.

My dogs have been going here for both daycare and boarding for 8 years. They love it more than a lazy day at home, and boy are they nice and worn out when they get done for the day. I love how they give the dogs breaks during the day so they don’t overdo it. I’m pretty sure the owner and employees love my boys almost as much as I do. I would never think of going anywhere else. They are economically priced for 5 star treatment.

When Giulia goes to Bow Wow, she doesn't just sit in a pen ... She is outside playing with all her friends ... Dogs and people!!! Went in for the first time to get my dog's nails trimmed. I was welcomed with smiling faces from the caring staff. This was my dog's first time getting her nails done by anyone but me. The staff took her outside as I watched thru the window. They were gentle and caring and even kissed my dog on the nose. They treated my dog like one of their own. Don't hesitate to visit this business for a caring, loving, and professional visit!

Started taking my dog there about a month ago. She is going to be there for about a week. This place comes highly recommended from several friends that have animals and they've been taking their animals there for a while. Great looking place, great people, very friendly. My dog seems to love it when I bring her home she is wore out.

I can honestly say when no one else would help take care of my fur babies when we had a family emergency and need, this is the ONLY place in the Neosho, MO area who jumped to help me out. Not only were they accommodating, but polite and very professional. I now call them my puppy's home away from home! Thank you all!

All Dogs Dream helped facilitate the adoption of my dog, Shadow, and made the process simple and easy! I had to fill out a form and I was able to call the adoption director, Anna, and ask as much questions as I needed. Since I was coming from a distance, I was also able to video call and see how the dog was in action! They were also kind enough to hold my dog for me after a deposit, which made the process less stressful for me as I could plan accordingly! Highly recommend adopting from them and so happy to have my Keeshond in my life.

I left my dog there for a weekend while I went out of town and was not pleased with how he was returned. He is a white short haired dog and he came back a yellow shade/ reeking of urine. I do not recommend leaving your animal in the facility was very unimpressed with the lack of cleanliness.

I am in love with this place. This was our first time leaving our Golden overnight and I was SUPER nervous. No need, the staff has sent me pics and updates to put me at ease. I love that I can watch her play all day through the app. The facility is very clean and the staff is so friendly.

We felt our pups got the best care at Camp Bow Wow East. We didn't worry about their care like we did at other boarding places. Will definitely be taking them back there.

Nice to have a good, clean, safe place to leave the fur kid when we go out of town and can't take him along. Everyone working there seems to care for the dogs like they were their own and the fur kid seemed to have a good time. He almost seemed sad to leave when we picked him up. Definitely will bring him back to Camp in the future.

Our one yr old puppy, Loki, loved his time at Camp Bow Wow. He made some friends and got to play for hours. I love that I can login and see him on video any time I want.

My husband and I have often chosen to not travel if we couldn’t take our dogs, but Camp Bow Wow East has helped us ease the anxiety of boarding. Both of our dogs do so great there. The camp counselors are great about following our feeding protocols and have even gone above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable with the care they receive while we are gone. What was once stressful is now an easy solution.

Staff is very friendly and very good with my puppy. My puppy has neurological issues and struggles with walking on some of the flooring. They have patience with her and she has improved greatly.

I live right behind Fidos Bed and Biscuit and have used Wren's services for a long time. She takes very good care of my dogs (Tater and Farley). She is also very wise when it comes to dog behaviors. She has the perfect set up inside and outside, and I highly recommend her for daily boarding and overnight boarding. If you want the personal touch when it comes to your dogs, this is it!

We dropped our dog off for the first time this past weekend. Wren is amazing! She sent us updates and pictures daily. I highly recommend her and will be using only her from now on.

Henry and Simon love Fido’s!! We use their service for both daycare and overnight boarding. Henry is a corgi with a lot of energy so he needs daycare to run and play with friends and Fido’s is just the place! Wren is excellent with the dogs, they get so excited to go there!

We have 2, 2 yo sister Irish Doodles, and all were anxious as this would be their first boarding experience. We were gone for three days, Wren sent wonderful pictures each day - which is greatly appreciated. We missed those two and all of us enjoyed seeing the pics. I have nothing negative at all. With never boarding before, I was very anxious. 1st thing she responded to my inquiry in a very timely manner. Maggie was set up for a meet and greet, what a great idea!! Maggie and the others were good to watch and go! I felt good knowing she was a good fit. I received pictures, updates and whenever I texted she responded in no time! I felt she was safe and very well cared for. It was like Maggie had her own mini vacation as well! Never hesitate to use her again! And telling others of her Kennel-free care!!

We just picked our wheaten up from her 4 night stay at Fido's Bed n Biscuit. We received daily texts with photos. Coordinating pickup and drop off was as easy as it gets and communication was spot on the entire time. Thank you, Wren, for helping with our baby!

I would absolutely recommend Fidos Bed and Biscuit to anyone who is looking for that special home away from home treatment for your dog. I have been going to Wren’s for over 2 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! My anxious Irish Setter loves going and most often would like to stay longer. She has made lots of friends on her boarding visits and I like the one on one care that she receives. She sends me pictures everyday on their activities which makes me feel extremely comfortable leaving her. Next time you are planning an away visit you should try her out, you won’t be disappointed!!

Wren is AMAZING!! We have taken our dog to many other places, including Camp Bow Wow, and we are blown away of the care and love Wren gives our pup. She is always sending us updates and very responsive. We love how we can drop him off and know he is safe at her house. She has a large backyard where the dogs can play all day! We have been using Wren for many months and will always have her watch our dog from now on. Go with Fido Bed and Biscuit, your dog will have the time of their life!

Wren is absolutely amazing with our two dogs and they love to come spend the day or even the week with her. She sends us photos of them playing and lounging, which makes leaving them while we are away so much easier. We love that they have a home environment rather than a kennel like most pet resorts and boarding places, especially since our Aussie has separation anxiety. I highly recommend Fido’s Bed n Biscuit!

Very caring and accommodating. Our two rotties had special food needs and they were friendly and we know they were good to our pups because they love going there. Many places can't handle the breed but they had no issues with our guys.

I found the ladies at Rustic Retreat so very welcoming and friendly, not to mention understanding. I had to go out of town for a week and needed a safe place for my cat, who doesn't like being left alone, and here was a safe, welcoming and warm place for her. When I picked her up she was happy, healthy and smelled nice. The cost was reasonable and I will use them in the future if the need ever comes up again. I highly recommend Rustic Retreat for cat boarding that is for sure.

We boarded our dogs here this past week when my husband and I went to Las Vegas. This is the best boarding place around. Our dogs were well taken care of. They even gave them both baths the day before we picked them up so they were super clean! Definitely our go to boarding place from now on!

Great place in Republic to board my two dogs. They were very nice and professional. It was very easy to drop off and the paperwork was minimal. They gave both of my dogs a bath before pick up (no extra charge, it was included), and the seventh night was free. They sent me a picture and message in the middle of my vacation updating me on my dogs. Fanning is a great veterinarian and I was happy to see this boarding option in RepMo!

Just picked up our sweet girl this morning and couldn't be happier with the way they spoiled her!!! She's not used to being boarded but the pics they sent us every day showed that she was having a great time!!! I brought my dog here and they took SUCH good care of her! Taytum and Marissa made me feel very comfortable leaving her and sent me pictures of her during her stay. They played with her and loved on her the moment we walked in. Could not recommend this place enough!!

Left my 6 month old kitten there for his first time away from home. He was very happy and got lots of attention. The staff are super nice and very helpful when I was getting information on the place. Very clean! We will definitely use them again in the future.

This is place used to be a great place to bring my furr babies. They have all new crew and let's just say omg never bring my full blooded German Shepherd or my other dog to this place again. The last time I got my dog from them he was wet from urine and bad ear infection in one ear. The last time I brought my babies in a couple of marks that didn't looked right which wasn't their when I had dropped them off. Over all of that when keeping up my dog this morning and having to go home and give him a bath and treat his ear and after he ate 2 bowls of food not a happy person.

Highly recommend!!! I give them 10 stars. We left our two beloved aussies for 10 days. CR sent pictures. very clean and spacious play yard. Great facility. Look no further

Mountain Dog Kennel is amazing!! I never have to worry about where to take my dogs again. The owners are so kind and loving to the dogs that stay there. It's located on a 20 acre farm and only has 6 kennels, so my dogs got a lot of individual attention. The owners sent me updates and photos of my dogs. It really made my heart happy! I highly recommend Mountain Dog Kennel!

This kennel is the greatest. They played with our dog several times each day. Really nice clean facility. Really great people to work with. Feels really good to have such a good place to look after our dog (Thunder) when we go out of town.

We had an amazing experience with Mountain Dog Kennel. They kept us up to date with pictures and communicated all weekend. Our girl hates strangers and she did wonderful with them. I can't say enough good things. We're so pleased we found them!

Took my granddog from Little Rock to Camp Bow Wow for day care when his parents went on vacation and I had to work. When I dropped him off, I was told he was going to watch a movie and of course, play with the other dogs. I was glad he had a fun, clean, safe environment to go to and felt comfortable leaving him in good hands for the day. I also like that they are open longer for those of us that work later hours. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!

My border collie goes once a week and comes home well exercised and ready to chill. The staff is friendly and very good with the dogs. The Camp Cam is very cool to be able to check in and see him having a blast. I also recently boarded him for an overnight. It was reasonably priced and well managed. We are very happy to provide this awesome place for our baby.

Aila loves staying at Camp Bow Wow for the day or when I'm out of town over night. I feel very comfortable leaving her at Camp for multiple days. You can watch your dog on the Camper Cams throughout the day. So cute!

The staff at Camp Bow Wow West have been incredible with our GSD. They are excited to see her every time, they do fun activities with the dogs to keep them engaged, and truly seem to enjoy what they do. They have been a huge part in our training with Addi as we have worked to socialize her with people, other dogs, and other places. If you know anything about German Shepherds, you know how attached they are to their family. She has come to trust the staff at Camp Bow Wow so much, she allows them to do anything with her, from foam parties, to possing for silly pictures, she loves them and all their attention. Taking her there has been a great decision for us.

Your service says it all, from greeting and attending our puppers, to us humans. Communication, care, financial responsibility, listening to your customers for feedback, accommodating feeding/treat needs, and overall the happiness of our pets and personal relationships. I have used other services (Pet suites, petsmart and private kennels) and no service compares with the quality your team delivers. Congratulations to the hiring person and the leadership of the organization. Your team is awesome.

This place is so great for boarding or daycare. My dogs had not been around a lot of other dogs and I love how Camp Bow Wow has a little introduction type day when you first bring your dog so they can see how they do before doing an overnight stay or something. Also the fact that they have cameras to be able to see the dogs is just what a worry-wart like me needs so I can make sure they are okay. The only reason I am giving four stars is because they do offer grooming, I had asked for my pug mix to have his nails trimmed and they clipped him pretty low on one of his nails to where he was bleeding a good amount and they stopped there. So I'm assuming they may not be as skilled with the grooming part.

Oakley loves going to camp. The staff is always so happy to see her and spend time with her! She comes home exhausted and happy to get her energy out! I don't have to worry about her while I'm away!

I was looking for somewhere to board my dog for one night and to use in the future as well when needed. I was told the latest I could pick up my dog was 7pm. I picked up my dog at 5pm and wasn’t aware there would be a late fee. I tried to look past that. I asked about doing a reservation to board him another time in a month. They asked me if I would get my dog neutered by then. I said no because my vet will only neuter my dog from 8-9 months (he is a German Shepard). You are supposed to wait until large breed are around that age. I was told he still couldn’t stay even though he just turned 7 months at that point. They won’t allow you a window to get that done for your dog. Keep in mind I can’t get it done on the holiday my dog turns 7 months on even if I wanted to. I tried to explain why it was important for his health to wait but they didn’t care. I will be taking him to a different place that allows more outside play time and understands the importance of my dogs health.

Staff was very friendly and seemed to like my big lug of a dog.

We have family in Springfield and always bring Mojo to see his friends. We love the team at Camp BowWow. They are friendly and accommodating!

Have just gone for the introduction of our dog to their facility but so far everyone is nice and friendly. Update: I am so pleased with this place! My dog was treated well and was played with, walked, fed. She came back to us happy and that is always a plus in my book. I will definitely be using Happy Tails again in the future for any boarding needs my family may have for Pickle our ornery Corgi!!! Thanks for taking such good care of her!

We love Happy Tails! The staff is top notch, courteous, efficient, caring, and most importantly, they LOVE your pets. They’ve always gone above and beyond to accommodate us. My dog, Bella, is jumping with joy when she knows that she’s going to HT. She has BFFs there and loves playing her heart out with them. I know that Bells will sleep and snore the whole night when she returns from daycare. The facility is always clean and smells great. You couldn’t tell that so many dogs were under that roof, it smells so nice. The grooming appointments are easy to set up and done splendidly. Bella looks and smells great after her grooming sessions. I recommend this place 101%.

After our last groomer quit we decided to give Happy Tails a try. We have visited Happy Tails for boarding (once when our usual place was full) and grooming with our 2 dogs (both Havanese, 16 lbs and 26 lbs). I would NOT recommend if you have rescue dogs. They told us we couldn't board there anymore after our male dog charged and nipped at a worker, fine that is understandable. It is the attitude of staff after this that was my last straw. The main receptionist is always very passive aggressive. The groomer doesn't know how to handle nervous dogs, sending us home with a half shaved dog that looks like the grinch who stole christmas. It's important to note this dog has never had issues with grooming other than nails, which we have always been very gracious about. Every time we walked in the door or were called there was negative and shaming commentary made about our dogs, it's like they were setting up the expectation of bad behavior, all because of the boarding incident (keep in mind they let him stay the remainder of the time, and kept him out with other dogs and staff, so it's not like they felt their lives were threatened by this under 30lb dog). It's like our dogs had been the topic of their staff during their visit every time. Sooooo weird. Acting like they are 100 pound foaming at the mouth killers. They have their quirks, but they are not bad dogs by any means. Our usual boarders LOVE our dogs, quirks and all. And we found a great new groomer. Do not put up with people who try to make you feel guilty! This is the perfect place if you have cookie cutter dogs with 0 flaws. Oh, except for the dog that the receptionist was cutting the nails of when my husband walked in, and it bit her and she just laughed it off and said "aww you didn't mean too". It's totally okay and cute when the little fur balls do it 👍🏻 but my dogs can't be nervous around inexperienced groomers 👍🏻

I was trying to board my dogs and talked to the place about the dates I needed and they said they had availability. They had me come in for an introduction that same day and said the dogs did good but would need to do a half day stay first. I scheduled that immediately. On my way home I called to confirm that they did have availability still for the dates I needed and if I would be able to secure those since they were scheduled for the first day visit. The girl told me it looked like they did and she would just need to move a few dogs around in the system. I was told they would call me back. They never did, so I called before they closed. The lady had trouble giving me an answer and finally told me that they were booked up. She sounded more like she just didn't want to put in the effort to look and just gave me the easy answer and then seemed confused why I would want to cancel the trial day for my dogs.

I am so pleased with the facility and staff. The man in charge is very knowledgeable and attentive. They are thorough in monitoring the dogs. Very pleased with the attention and care my boy receives. I love the staff who work with the dogs . The new manager gave my boy some special attention to calm his fears. Grateful for that.

We've been boarding our greyhound and pit/Lab mix with Happy Tails for the past five years--never an issue. They take extra special care of Otto, my blind greyhound! They've also made special arrangements for Gertrude, whom we boarded once post-surgery. Both my dogs are very happy here--they don't even look back when I leave!

Happy Tails is a great place. We have been coming here for 3 year, I don't know what I would do without them. My dog loves coming and can't wait to go. He knows what days he goes and what time we need to leave. On the way to daycare he can hardly sit down because he is so excited. They have done an amazing job helping him adjust and help him learn. The staff are amazing and so helpful.

We used to love happy tails, and have been boarding our dogs here off an on for the last 4/5 years. But the last two times we have boarded our dogs, one dog has come back with noticeable injuries that staff didn’t communicate with us about. The first time I figured it was a fluke, but when I called about our concerns the second time after returning home, I never received a call back. This did occur a while ago, so maybe staff or training has improved, but it was so disheartening for us and we won’t be returning to happy tails.

I have been taking my dog Archie to Happy Tails since the first year I got him. I can not say enough good about the people who work at Happy Tails. They make everything so easy when dropping off and picking up. They work with Spring Valley Vet next door so Archie gets his shots and stays up to date with his appointments with barely any effort on my part. Everyone is extremely nice and they always have great stories to tell about Archie during his time with them. If you are looking for somewhere to let your dog spend time away from home, this is the place.

We don't board our dogs often and usually when we do they come home very needy. But when I picked up my pups yesterday they just seemed happy. They came home and went about their normal routine like we had never left them. I do think they may have played harder or been more active then normal because they both wanted extra naps but really the extra exercise is probably good for them since they are getting up there in years. I will definitely be making Happy Tails our go to boarding.
