Gwyn did go missing to our old house whilst we were away, but she had done this on lead up to Bob's stay, hence us getting someone to sit just for few days (usually she'd be fine without sitter) but Bob helped go look for her. Favourite thing about Bob is he's an eco friendly traveller, so we're all supportive of that!

From our initial zoom call I realised that I had hit the jackpot with Olaug. She had applied to my post because of her love of labradors and dogs in general. Olaug and I had a great WhatsApp conversation going for a couple of months in the run up to the sit. She asked all the right questions which filled me with confidence. Olaug was so easy to deal with and booked her flights to fit in with our travel plans. When she arrived at the house she came prepared with dog treats so for Diesel it was love at first sight. It was immediately apparent that she had a lot of experience with dogs and Diesel adored her. He has been missing her since she left! Throughout the sit Olaug sent lovely messages, photos and videos with updates about what they had been up to. Unfortunately the weather was dreadful during the sit, but she still took Diesel on long walks every day. When we returned the house was immaculate. She had really looked after Diesel and my house. I really hope that Olaug wants to visit London again as both Diesel and I would love for her to come and sit again - we both wish she lived closer.

This was our first experience of using zeewoi and we hit the jackpot first time! Noelle is kind, open-hearted and easy-going, in fact everything we could have wished for. She communicated very well, both before and during the house-sit, with regular (but not too many) updates and videos so we knew they were all getting on well and our cats were happy. Noelle even managed to win over our shy male cat so she definitely has a natural affinity with felines. The house and garden were well looked after and, as Noelle stayed another night after our return, she kindly made us a delicious supper. We feel very fortunate to have met her and had such a positive first experience with zeewoi. We have no hesitation in recommending Noelle highly and would certainly ask her to sit for us in the future if our plans coincide.

Melanie took care of Lilli and Lulu, for a bit more than two weeks. While it was clear that Lilli and Lulu liked her and vice-versa, there were a few areas where our expectations weren’t fully met. She managed the dogs with more flexibility than I had anticipated, which resulted in them sometimes spending longer periods alone at home than I was comfortable with. Although our communication during this time wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, I appreciate her effort adjusting the path after feedbacks. I believe this experience was a good lesson learned in following guidelines, securing communication and ensuring the dogs receive the attention they are used

Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

Sam was a gem with Saba , she took care of him for 5 nights with pick up and drop up ! I got daily updates on how he was doing particularly while he was on walks on their beautiful property in the mountains! I’m grateful she was flexible enough to make arrangements to take him there as he had more space to run and play . I have a 30kg rescue dog. She has on leash reactivity and can be quite intimidating for most. But not for Sam!!! I highly recommend her. From the moment my dog met Sam, my dog was much calmer than she usually is with strangers approaching us. Sam took care of my cat Leyia twice (for 2 weeks each time) and was outstanding. Highly responsive, helpful and thoughtful. She sent photos every day and Leyia really enjoyed cuddling her. I have had several cat sitters and Sam is by far the best.

I finally found a pension where the environment suited my dog/puppy perfectly, everything is designed for the dog's balance, whether outings, meals, resting place, no boxing, dogs are intelligently put together to play under the watchful eyes of the educators, because they are above all educators rather than owners of a dog boarding house and finally I really appreciated receiving photos and news of my dog during her care at the pension. She stayed once for a weekend and once for a day, the second time she was delighted to see “her friends” again and when she returned home she was not disoriented, no trauma, and yet my dog did not only 3 1/2 months! This winter, she will surely return there, because she will be happier spending the day with “his friends” rather than moping all day alone while I ski!
Victoria takes very good care of the animals she keeps, no cages and the dogs have access to a large park to play. She adapts to the animals' needs and knows how to reassure the owners, my dog loved her stay.

I took training classes for my Siberian husky who had a very poor recall, or even no recall. For a weekend, we had our little Jack Russell looked after by Victoria. We were extremely satisfied with the experience in many aspects. From the moment we were welcomed, Victoria showed great professionalism, a lot of kindness and great attentiveness to our dog's needs. The facilities allow dogs to play together in a large wooded and enclosed space. With a lot of apprehension about leaving our little four-month-old Oxia in dog accommodation for the very first time, we were more than delighted with the services offered by Victoria and her companion. Our little Beagle stayed in their house and large garden for four nights and five days. Seduced from the start by their concept and state of mind, Oxia was very well surrounded among other dogs (theirs and many others), always strategically and attentive to their behaviors, resources and needs. Victoria was also able to support us in learning about Oxia and her education. “Professionalism, humanity, good treatment and kindness”, values which correspond to our deep convictions and which we found alongside them.
