Pet Sitting in Monroe County

This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard.  Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him!
Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! 
We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. They had took great care of our dog and chickens and left the house and car in great shape. Plus, they’re just a really sweet young couple. We’d highly recommend them as house sitters.

Rebecca was amazing! She is a kind and clear communicator, took loving care of our pets, and left the house in perfect tidy shape. She managed the pet routine like a pro—including diapers and daily meds for our older dog—and cared for all of our pets as if they were her own. Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home!  Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses.  Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency.  It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name.  Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home.  We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout!  I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter.  If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!

We had the pleasure of having Tara as our house sitter while we were away, and we can't praise her enough for the fantastic job she did. Not only did she take excellent care of our home, but she also showed tremendous love and attention to our beloved dogs.

From the moment Tara walked through the door, we could tell she had a genuine passion for animals. She immediately bonded with our dogs, and they seemed completely at ease with her. Throughout our trip, she provided us with regular updates and photos, which truly put our minds at ease knowing our boys were in great hands.

Tara took great care of our home as well. It was evident that she respected our space and coming back home, we found everything just as we left it, if not even better!

Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. 
She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. 
Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. 
I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Absolutely Incredible....
I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

What an amazing couple we had as pet sitters for our two dogs!
You can truly feel their love for animals.  
Nancy sent pictures a couple of times letting us know that they were having fun also with our Cody and Carson!
Our home was perfect when we got home.  They even left a beautiful potted flower and card on our island in our kitchen.

Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat.  He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care.  Heath is friendly and reliable and left my home neat and tidy.  I would definitely recommend him as a house/pet sitter for future assignments!
