Since I was going to be out of contact while I was away, Ana was proactive about reviewing the welcome guide and confirming details in advance. I can just say that I have been soo happy with Emily and Luisda! They are such a sweet and kind people. I felt really secure to leave my two cats with them. They replied really fast and sent lots of updates. It was the first time for me to leave Bobby with someone of zeewoi, but I think he had the best experience. Same for Willy, he is very shy but on the first day he was already having a cuddling session with them. This says A LOT!! Also when they left, there was good communication and the apartment was left in a great state with even some food and drinks left behind for me. There is no doubt that I would love to have them come over again to look after the two cats!! Thanks for everything :)

Some people are dog people. Lucy is definitely a dog person! She was an honorary member of the pack before we had even left the house. I never got to spend much time with Melody, but what time I did have she was really lovely. I got pictures and videos daily along with messages how the dogs were doing. The dogs really took to Melody, which going by the pictures and video they were either sitting on her or cuddled into her. Definitely the pictures spoke volumes of how both dogs related with Melody and were very comfortable. Melody took great care of the house too. I would have no hesitation of Melody sitting Rosie and Douglas in the future if she is in Scotland again.

Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it.
