She took great care of Rusty, and went above and beyond the call of duty as she helped to train him to come in through the newly installed cat flap. He had got used to going out through it but for some reason would not come back in that way. Kat took it upon herself to help him learn and he is definitely learning!! I can't thank her enough. She also sent me photos and short videos of him everyday. . She is reliable, practical, self-sufficient, kind, warm and all in all a perfect house sitter. Vanessa is an excellent sitter - the best. She is calm, practical and really great with dogs - not to mention a lovely person. My young dog learned a lot from her and from her own, wonderful dog, Humphrey. Humphrey is definitely part of the team as far as I am concerned. Storm Eustice struck whilst Vanessa was 'sitting'. She dealt with the fallout brilliantly. Definitely 'self-sufficient'. Lots of initiative and energy. It was a potentially anxious time being away but Vanessa made us feel completely relaxed. We felt very comfortable with Vanessa and Humphrey in our home. We hope very much that they will come and sit for us again.

I couldn't have asked for lovelier sitters than Eva & Guillaume. Their calm, happy energy meant my two boys were soon totally comfy and relaxed with their company. Eva sent me a little highlight video at the end of each day which had me smiling seeing how happy my animals were in their company and meant I could enjoy every minute of my time away with my family knowing all was going well at home. Katy, Cedric, Mila and Elodie area a fantastic family that took really good care of all our beloved pets. They strived to make all of them feel comfortable and loved, and kept us always informed of their whereabouts sending us pictures and texts. You could really see that the whole family won the hearts of our pets. They also kept the house super clean and organised. We were even greeted with a super tasty vegetable soup on our return home, which we enjoyed very much. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a caring, reliable and responsible pet sitter.

Personne sympathique mais je suis un peu déçue car mon chat n'avait plus d'eau hors s'est un bidon de 3 litre et la pompe tournait a vide et ensuite débranché la camera et je ne sais plus la connecter et obliger d'en acheter une autre. mais dans l'ensemble ça va.

This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!
