This was our first time using Zeewoi and Chris was really really great! He was communicative leading up to, during, and after our trip. Leo seemed very well cared for when we returned home, and the house was spotless. We hope Leo gets to hang out with Chris again sometime soon!

Complete Peace of Mind While You Travel: Loving Care for Your Pets and Home
Maeve was very communicative and kept us updated on our pups and house during her stay. Prior to her visit, she was very organized with a list of questions so she was well informed before she arrived. The dogs seemed happy and well cared for while we were gone. Recommend her to others.

If you want someone to love & care for your fur babies as his own, I'm your guy.
This was the first time Ava has had a pet sitter. Richard was great with her and took her for long walks and over activities. He also spent time with her prior to the house sitting dates. I felt very comfortable and grateful that Richard was caring for Ava. She was happy and relaxed when I returned. Thank you!

Two open-minded international students who will treat your pets like family
Ibrahim sat for us during a summer weekend. He arrived just before we left on our trip with plenty of time to go over the cat care logistics, and he immediately started connecting with our 3 cats, petting them and playing with them. Ibrahim was communicative throughout the weekend and shared photos of the cats (as well as told us about a tree branch that had fallen in the back yard during a storm). We came back to a clean home, freshly laundered sheets and towels, and happy cats. He also left us some delicious curry he had prepared during his stay! Highly recommend Ibrahim as a cat and house sitter!

My pets are my children and your pets will be my adopted children ❤️
Tracy arrived promptly and provided good care for my dog. She was attentive to him and he seemed in good shape when I got home.
Mary was fantastic from start to finish and looked after our elderly dog with love and attention to her needs. She also looked after our home with respect and care. We couldn't have asked for a nicer sitter and would highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs.
Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!
Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)
Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.
This was my first time using house sitters and Shanen and Ryan were wonderful. She sent me pictures of Calla and game me updates on Calla’s activities. She would be welcome to pet sit for me anytime!
Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Do not hesitate to contact her for your pet sitting needs. I already have her booked for 10/2024 so don’t try and get her then!!!😁
We had the pleasure of having Tara as our house sitter while we were away, and we can't praise her enough for the fantastic job she did. Not only did she take excellent care of our home, but she also showed tremendous love and attention to our beloved dogs. From the moment Tara walked through the door, we could tell she had a genuine passion for animals. She immediately bonded with our dogs, and they seemed completely at ease with her. Throughout our trip, she provided us with regular updates and photos, which truly put our minds at ease knowing our boys were in great hands. Tara took great care of our home as well. It was evident that she respected our space and coming back home, we found everything just as we left it, if not even better! We highly recommend Tara to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy, and caring house sitter. Her communication was excellent, and she proved herself to be a responsible and dedicated individual. If you want to ensure your pets and home are in the best hands while you're away, Tara is the perfect choice. Thank you, Tara, for taking such incredible care of our dogs and home. You made our trip stress-free, and we're truly grateful.
Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.
5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade! Dean & Diana Smith
Anna was the perfect sitter for Tali, Mac and Sox. From the first moment we met Anna we all got on extremely well and we had no worries about leaving our pets in her safe hands. Anna gave them loads of fun time and company, lovely walks and snuggles in front of the TV. Thanks for all the fun we had before and after the sit too. We would not hesitate to recommend Anna for any sit.

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting Hannah with the care of my beloved furry baby, and I must say that my experience with her as a dog sitter has been absolutely exceptional. From her unparalleled communication skills to her undeniable bond with my dog, everything about Hannah's services exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, Hannah's communication skills are truly remarkable. Right from our initial contact, she was prompt, professional, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns, preferences, and my dog's unique needs. Hannah consistently kept me informed about my dog's well-being, providing regular updates, photos, and even videos of their time together. Her clear and open lines of communication not only reassured me but also made me feel involved in my dog's daily activities, even when I couldn't be there myself. One of the most telling signs of Hannah's expertise is the undeniable affection and excitement my dog shows whenever she's around. It's as if they have their own secret language and an unbreakable bond. Hannah's genuine love and passion for animals are evident in the way she cares for them. She goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort, happiness, and safety. Whether it's engaging in stimulating playtime, going for long walks, or simply providing gentle cuddles, Hannah knows exactly how to keep my dog content and entertained. Moreover, Hannah's beautiful personality shines through in every interaction. She is warm, friendly, and radiates an aura of genuine kindness. Her positive energy is infectious, not only for my dog but for me as well. Knowing that my furry baby is in the hands of someone who genuinely cares and treats them as if they were her own gives me immense peace of mind. I can confidently say that my dog is not only well cared for but also enjoys every moment spent with Hannah. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Hannah enough as a dog sitter. Her exceptional communication skills, the undeniable bond she shares with my dog, and her beautiful personality create an unparalleled dog-sitting experience. If you're looking for someone who will not only provide excellent care but also make you feel at ease, Hannah is the perfect choice. I am truly grateful to have found her, and I will continue to entrust her with the care of my furry baby whenever the need arises.
Hannah took care of my dogs and cat in Arizona. She was super attentive to their needs and always went out of her way to make sure they had good care. They loved her! I always admired how she interacts with them and makes sure they have fun. She is very attentive and gentle with older or sick animals. My family always counted on her for our pet care. We were sad to lose her when she moved to Virginia.
Hannah is amazing with all animals. She is one of those people that just understands dogs. She takes the time to learn each pets’ needs and habits and moves accordingly. She’s watched my dogs many times over the last year, sometimes even staying at my house, and we will absolutely continue using her services for as long as we can. Thanks Hannah!
Hannah was a wonderful pet sitter for me in Arizona. She was reliable, responsive and great with my dogs. I was sad when she moved to VA but know she will take good care of your dogs there.
I was looking for a place to board my 4 year old Foxhound for a day, and a dog park friend recommended Barkin B&B. It was my first time leaving my dog and she had a great experience. Hannah’s home is very welcoming for dogs with a large backyard fully surrounded by a 6’ fence. Hannah texted & sent me pictures during the stay so I could see how my pup was doing. I plan to use Barkin B & B in the future for a several days stay.
I never post reviews regardless of how bad the experience is, but this time I am making an exception. I entrusted Pet Paradise of Richmond, VA to care for my pet while I was away on vacation. This is the first time my pet had to stay at a kennel and unfortunately it will be her last. I entrusted them to care for my pet and I truly regret that decision. In a week’s time, while I was away, I got a call that my dog had “passed away”. Not one person can explain to me why my pet died. She was a healthy 4 y/o teddy bear breed (bichon frise/shih tzu mix) and now because of this establishment’s negligence, she is no longer here with her family who loved her. I cannot tell you who to take your pets to for boarding; I can only tell you about my experience with them.
Our puppy absolutely loved her time here. When we checked the cameras periodically she was playing and running around with other dogs and interacting with the attendants. She came home happy and well taken care of.
My big issue? They lied to me. My dog had been playing with the other dogs famously for months. Suddenly, I received a call that he had exhibited behavior that wasn’t conducive to group play and that he had to be separated. After receiving that call numerous times, I decided it best to take a break from doggy daycare. So I kept him home for 6 months. A couple of weeks ago, I took him back there, and I told the front desk staff that I wanted to try him in group play again. To which I was told “We can try that!” I didn’t hear anything negative when I picked him up so I assumed he behaved. So I brought him for day camp a couple more times. This morning immediately after dropping him off, I get a text that says he was checked in for “individual” day camp. I hadn’t pulled out of the parking lot, so I went back in and told the front desk staff that I wanted him in group play. She said “Oh okay!” An hour later, I don’t see him on the webcam so I call to inquire. The young lady put me on hold to get a manager without telling me she was getting a manager, and that’s when I was told he hadn’t been in group play at all over the past few weeks. So I spent $45 each time thinking he was getting socialized and exercised. They lied to me and took me for close to $200 when he could’ve stayed home and been alone for free! We’re going to try Holiday Pet Barn to see how he does with the dogs there.
Angie one of your groomer groomed my dog and she did an exceptional job. She knew he was a special boy because he doesn’t like being groomed and when I told her I didn’t want to drug my dog just to be groomed she understood and she knew what to do, since she’s been in the profession for 20+ years. As long as Angie is with Pet Paradise, I’m with Pet Paradise.
The staff was very professional. They were attentive to all the pets. The dogs were having a ball in the pool. There was a lot going on and they had it totally under control. Taz will be coming back there.
We boarded our dog there and paid for group play. We called because we didn’t see our pet on the camera and they lied stating they were certain she was out there. We called back about ten minutes later after still not seeing her and a different rep stated that she wasn’t out in the play yard as promised. They then put her out there after we called the second time. Do your due diligence when booking here. If we didn’t call and follow up, she would’ve been stuck in her kennel the entire time despite the service we payed for.
VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER SINGING MANY PRAISES! They screwed up my previous appointment. The manager even came out and apologized for the screw up, and promised me a discount at my next appointment. (They didn't give my dog a cut when I scheduled for that, nor did they use conditioner.) But they didn't honor the discount when I returned yesterday. They were nice about it! Now my dog it matted and they had to cut all her hair off. I don't think this would have happened if they cut her and conditioned her the previous appointment!! Then they charged me $240.00 to fix their mistake. I don't blame the groomer, it was management that made the mistake! Poor communication and poor training for front desk staff!! Their mistake cost me big money and dog's hair just before it start getting cool again.
Well I tried to contact them to talk about this and am not even getting a call back. Our dog was boarded at this location twice in the last month. We are generally interested in watching our dog while he is staying at Pet Paradise so we check on the cameras every bit to watch him play. The last two visits, we have never seen him on the cameras. We didn't think much of it but he has an activity tracker built into his collar and we checked it. He never got any play time THE ENTIRE DAY and had no activity at all. This is not OK and our dog was totally neglected on two separate stays.
they provide excellent care but MAKE SURE you have the correct cost of services in writing. I was informed a price boarding 2 dog together. I thought the amount was low and I asked another employee the same question and was informed the same price. I made a reservation and on the day to leave my dogs , I again asked an employee of the cost of services . Upon return to pick up my 2 dogs after 7 nights the bill was DOUBLE than the amount stated previously. And the staff treated me as if I WAS LYING.. SO get your cost of services in writing prior to leaving your dogs /cats ahead of time@!
I have had several instances where I tuned into the cameras while my dog has been at camp/boarding and seen that the dogs were not out for play. This past Sunday I decided to call ahead of time to check if playtime/day camp would have a full day of play and was reassured they would. Not even an hour later I went to drop off my dog and was told day camp would be ending early due to the heat. I asked what temperature would it have to be in order for the dogs to be denied play time and was told (from a manager) 80 degrees or more. This is Virginia. That is quite literally every day in the summer. 1. This facility should be able to tell you upon arrival what services they will offer considering the weather app tells you the weather for the entire week. I have had to check cameras and make calls to get refunded for add-ons (like all day play) that they didn't deliver on 2.Your dog will play for an hour and a half at this location at MOST. I have seen it several times. 3. I can't emphasize this enough WATCH THE CAMERAS AND SCREENSHOT. They are depending on you not knowing whether your dog has played or been caged all day. 4. This is no place for a dog during the summer. They constantly have an excuse as to why the dogs play time was ended for the ENTIRE REST OF THE DAY even though they have an inside air conditioned pavilion. My dog will never go to this location again which sucks because he loves the pool.
Our puppy Rosie goes to Woofy one day a week and it’s her FAVORITE day of the week. She is always so excited to go and nice and tired when she is done! We have boarded her there as well. Excellent staff, very caring and wouldn’t dream of bringing her anywhere else ❤️
I highly recommend the Woofy Wellness Ranch for daycare and boarding. Our corgi has been going there since 2017 and it is one of his favorite places. The Woofy staff view all of the dogs like family. One thing that we take advantage of is the at home boarding. This is where the dog goes home with a trained Woofy teammate after a day of playing at the ranch. It is nice to be able to relax on vacation and not worry about my dog while he is with the Woofy family.
My dogs love Woofy! They’re always excited to go in, and I know they’re having so much fun when I have to board them. The staff has been so kind and helpful. It’s also such a fun perk that I always get to see updates of them at camp or when I’m on vacation 🤩 …
We can't say enough about how much we love the Woofy's family. Arlo started going to Woofy's when he was just a puppy (2019) and the staff took such good care of him. They all knew his name and totally relieved our anxiety about his size/age. We've since moved away, but we still talk about we much we still miss Woofy's. We still haven't found a new daycare that makes us feel as "part of the family" as Woofy's did. Thanks for everything and all the love and care your staff showed Arlo!
I decided to look for doggie day care for my pup, Riley, after his buddy passed over the rainbow. Riley is a very social dog and has been a bit blue without his buddy. I found Whoofy Wellness Ranch while googling and also that they provide bus service. Riley's first full day was last Thursday when I dropped him off and picked him up. I could tell he had a great time at doggie day care. Today he rode the bus for the first time. Whoofy Wellness Ranch sent me an update text to let me know that Riley settled in on the bus ride and is making more new friends today. I highly recommend Whoofy Wellness Ranch. The staff there is awesome and they love the dogs they care for.
They are the best and the nearby dog picks but also picking up at the ranch works out well when you are traveling back into richmond and want to get your pet. This is a quality organization and they love your pet like their own.
We needed someone to take care of our dog for 8 days while we were out of town. They made sure to get her food and bedding materials, all of which were returned in incredible shape. A wonderful benefit of Woofy is that they post photos on Facebook so we could check on her wellbeing the whole time we were gone. See attached image of how happy she was!
Can you ever really know if your dog is happy when they are away from you? I have never been able to tell...until this gem of a place. My dog loves it, she comes home happy and well worn out from playing hard with dogs her size. When we even drop her off, she's like, "bye" and never looks back. These people love dogs and the dogs love them back. They even take pictures you can see on Facebook every day. One million stars for this amazing place
Our Oakley started going on the woofy bus when he was just a puppy! As he grew up and went through some changes in temperament (increased fear/anxiety) woofy was always a safe space for him. They understand animal behavior and have a safe ratio of humans to dogs. From celebrating birthdays to setting up a secret Santa- woofy really went above and beyond! We have since moved to another state and are on the search for a new daycare- which really made us realize how much trust we had in the woofy staff! We never thought twice about sending Oakley to daycare or boarding there, and he was always so happy to see his friends (especially his bus driver!!). We were so sad to leave woofy- but are happy to have found such a great day school for Oakley to grow up at!
The team at Woofy is fantastic, and really takes the time to make sure every dog has a great stay! My dog had started getting overwhelmed at his previous daycare, but the smaller groups and focused attention from the trained staff had him back to his playful, daycare-loving self from day 1!
