My two dogs easily bonded with Souzie the first time they met, which was great. Souzie sent pictures while I was away and Beau and Leonard always looked relaxed. Souzie did far more than I expected to have the house clean and tidy when I got home - it was much appreciated after a long flight. The boys were happy to see me but it was clear they were well looked after. I would have Souzie sit again any time.

If I could give 10 star I would :) Michelle and Phet are two of the kindest, most amazing souls we’ve ever met. The communication has been very smooth. One of our dogs had her period and needed to take meds during their sit, and they handled it perfectly. Michelle kept in close contact with us, not only updating us with photos of our pets, but also taking proactive actions to care for our properties. They did an outstanding job! We even had the pleasure to have lunch with them after the sit, and we had great conversations! We are grateful to have met them and it became an experience beyond just a house sit 🙏 I definitely recommend Michelle with full confidence!

Kath and Basil were great house sitters and I can't recommend them more highly. We caught up over facetime prior to their stay which gave us a chance to meet them, ask any questions and feel more comfortable with using them for our house sit. During their stay, they looked after our house so it was beautifully clean and tidy when we returned. They had also left us some milk and bread as we'd arrived home late at night and, unexpectedly, some lovely gifts as well. It was such a relief to know that our pets were looked after while we were away (including our sausage dog who we know can be a little tricky to win over). They sent us photos and updates during our trip and even 'poo picked' our horses' paddocks so that they were very clean for our return. I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending them to other house sitters or having them back to sit for us again.

Katrina and Dan were exceptional house sitters. From the onset, they put my mind at ease. Katrina was very good with timely communication and even though they had a long delay, they arrived in Astana ready to house sit. Katrina often shared photos of my cat. They also did a great job of handing over to the next sitter. I would not hesitate to ask them to take care of my cat again.

So grateful to Kate for caring for my mature pup while we took a break. She had him trotting around the neighbourhood with a spring in his step. Communication was excellent and photos brilliant. My home was hers and she left it beautifully clean and tidy and the garden looks lusher than when I left. I know pup misses her already.

Our overseas holiday was so much more enjoyable knowing that Chilli was in the care of Jeanette and Alec. Everything was made just so easy. Communication was excellent, Chilli was a very happy dog and our home was immaculate on our return. Our plants were possibly better cared for by Alec than by me 😊 Thank you Jeanette and Alec. We were very happy to have John sit while we were away. He arrived the day before we left to check out everything which was nice. It was clear that Milo was relaxed and well looked after as were the chickens. The house was left clean and tidy on our return. We were looking forward to Shardai being part of the house sit but unfortunately she could not make it. Thanks John for making our trip away a relaxed one.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.

Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Walked them every day and would even sing to them (-: I am so very grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting Elaine and I would recommend Elaine to anyone wanting first class care of pets and home!!! Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. We really loved that, knowing that Kona was being so well taken care of. As my husband said, "OMG, she is the Dog Sitter Champion of the world!!!" Leo and Susi were wonderful pet sitters for our two cats. They were responsive, communicative, and gracious guests, and the I swear the house was cleaner when we got home than we left it. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list.
