We've never used a pet sitter before but Robin was fantastic! She went out of her way to make time for us for an otherwise busy fourth of July week and worked with us on our preferred schedule. Our two cats can be a lot of work but Robin left us incredibly detailed messages of all she did, took lots of pictures, and even let us know we were almost out of something so we could pick it up before returning home! We're so thankful we can leave our pets without worry!

What a wonderful experience- Robin is amazing and after this week I think my cat might like her more than me! I was nervous to leave Juniper alone for so long but after the first update I knew there would be no issues. Robin made sure to send in depth notes about each visit and lots of photos (which always made my day). I’ve never come home from a trip away without June being sort of grumpy at me but this time she was relaxed and very happy, like we hadn’t left at all. I should also mention that the set up process was a breeze and we had a meet and greet beforehand just to get everyone acquainted. I can’t recccomend Robin and Pure Love enough!!

We have been using Pure Love Pet Sitting for the past two years and I can honestly say that our vacations and work trips are more relaxing knowing our pets are in good hands. Not only are they hands on and loving with our fur babies, they are amazing when it comes to leaving little updates and notifications with each visit they make. It’s always comforting to see photos of happy pets while you’re away and even more comforting to be able to allow the pets to stay in the security of their own homes as opposed to having to board them.

Robin is the best! I have a senior dog with some behavior quirks and Robin worked with me to make sure my dog was comfortable with her before sitting for my 3 day trip. This was the first time I have tried in-home sitting and it was a great success! Robin is calm, confident and loving with my dog, which I think makes a huge difference in my dog being comfortable with her. All of my instructions were followed to a T. I received a detailed written report with pictures after every visit. I loved seeing the pictures of my dog playing and snuggling with Robin; happy as a clam at home vs stressed at a kennel. Highly recommend Pure Love Pet Sitting!

Robin is a cat whisperer! My cat is afraid of everyone….except Robin. He actually greets her at the door when she comes to feed him and lets her pet him. This was the best experience I’ve had with a pet sitter! My cats are messy eaters and worse with the litter box. Robin is amazing at cleaning up everything!! She communicates all details and sends great pictures!! I felt so relaxed knowing my cats were in great care! I would high recommend Pure Love Pet Sitting!

Robin and Jeremy are absolutely the best. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you are in need of pet sitting. One of our pups was diagnosed with pancreatitis prior to leaving town. With the meds and strict food intake, and the idea of boarding them we almost canceled our trip. Instead, I reached out to the Pure love team and they scheduled a meet and greet to meet the dogs and come up with a scheduled plan. They exceeded our expectations and we will be a forever customer. The dogs loved Jeremy and he sent us updates and photos through the affiliate app they use. It's easy to access and message for updates and questions. I cannot thank them enough for caring for our fur babies!

Robin took excellent care of my cats while we were on vacation. It was great not having to worry about them and enjoy the trip! Communication was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter.

We were fortunate to have such a kind and caring person as Jeremy taking care of our cat (Winslow) while we were away. Jeremy went the extra mile during each visit, including vacuuming around the litter box after scooping it out and cleaning up where he saw that Winslow had thrown up. My wife keeps marveling at how clean our house was when we returned! Jeremy also sent us lots of wonderful pictures of Winslow each day, including the three that are posted. It was clear from the pictures that Winslow was very comfortable with Jeremy and was enjoying his usual routines of drinking from the faucet and getting lots of attention. Jeremy may have taken better care of Winslow than we do! I’m sure Winslow is looking forward to the next time we leave town so that he can be completely spoiled again. We felt very comfortable with Pure Love Pet Sitting taking care of our cat and our house while we were away and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!

Robin is amazing!!! I reached out to her last minute within days of our trip and she was able to squeeze us in her schedule no problem. The app she uses to schedule the visits is easy to use and leaves no room for confusion. She went above and beyond during her visits, sent us a bunch of pictures and details of what the visit included. I love how detail oriented she is, she not only took care of our dog but made sure our home was safe too. We knew our dog was in good hands and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip 100%. Would definitely recommend, Robin is the best!!!

I recently used Best In Show for the first time and I, along with my dog, had an outstanding experience. Hillary was phenomenal with my dog (60 pound boxer) and was extremely loving and caring with him while I was on my trip. Hillary's love for animals in general is in her aura. I received consistent updates while I was away and any time I reached out, she ALWAYS responded immediately. I can't thank Best In Show enough for being my new pet sitting service go-to. Hillary took excellent care of our two golden doodles while we were on vacation. We really appreciated her attention to detail, love for our dogs, and the updates she sent us. It was wonderful to know our dogs and home were being well taken care of while we were away.

Hilary did a wonderful job winning over our crazy young guy, Tommy, and even managed to keep an eye on our Lucy, who spends most of her time hiding under the bed from strangers… Thank goodness I read other great reviews about Hilary and Best in Show, because I was at my wits end trying to find a new cat sitter after our long-time sitter retired. We travel regularly and boarding is hard for everyone under the best circumstances! I highly recommend Hilary for her personalized service, attention to detail and the videos she sent to keep us in the loop. Tommy definitely recommends her!

I recently used Best In Show Pet Sitting to watch our two kitties while my family was traveling for a week, and it was such a great experience. Hillary made the process so easy, and the cats loved her. She kept us updated via text including adorable pics and videos of our babies every single day while we were gone. It was so comforting to see the kitties each day, and to know that they were being so well-cared-for. I will gladly use her services again when we need to leave home for an extended duration.

When your cats don't look excited to see you when you get home from vacation, then you know they like the Pet sitter! I have 2 older cats, 15 and 17, both on medication. Hilary came in and was great with both cats! Best in Show is the first pet sitter I've used and we will always call Hilary when we need a sitter after the great care that our cats received! Hilary is very detailed and thorough, I didn't worry while away and she was very good to keep in contact with us the whole time we were away. I highly recommend Hilary from Best in Show!!

Hillary watched our 10 year old King Charles Spaniel who is deaf and has separation anxiety while we were out of town. Hillary was great! Her online scheduling system used to set up meet-and-greets/visitations is convenient and easy to use. The daily pictures and videos that she sent of my cat melted my heart. I will definitely be going to Hillary for pet sitting in the future.

My dog LOVES daycare here!! The staff is always so friendly and knows who my dog is the second I walk in the door. Every morning Clyde goes he jumps out of the car and sprints to the front door he is so excited to be there! Love Ruff Housing!!

Ruff Housing Cary went above and beyond! We were traveling from out of state, with our dog reactive dog, and they asked all the right questions to make sure they were a good fit and could accommodate our dog. You can tell this place takes care of their employees - they are all so happy and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. Chris, and the rest of the team were amazing! They took time out of their shifts to come meet us at pickup and tell us how much they enjoyed our dog. This place is beautifully kept, clean, our belongings came back clean and cared for. This was a heartwarming experience for us a well, and encouraging as a reactive dog owner. 1000% recommend, and if we ever visit North Carolina again we will be back. Thank you Ruff Housing Cary! Denver, (my black golden doodle) goes here for day care every Saturday and gets groomed every 6 weeks by Amanda. He’s been going for 2 yrs now. He loves this place and the staff! He starts barking as soon as we turn off of Harrison ave. He knows where we are going. He has boarded several times and has done very well. This is important not to have to worry while you’re away! Initially what attracted me to Ruff Housing was that they gave me a tour of the facility and I was very impressed by the cleanliness! Other places wouldn’t even give me a tour which was a big no for me. They also have webcams to check on your baby during the play time. They have a schedule that they follow so you know when they are playing and when they are resting. I highly recommend this place.They take care of your dog just like you would and that means the most to me. I have to be able to TRUST! This is my baby! 💙

We take our two dogs to Ruff Housing for daycare and boarding pretty regularly, and they love it! The staff is so great, and VERY attentive. There have been a couple times that one of them had a bit of an upset tummy, and got sick at the facility. They text me to ket me know right away, and kept me updated on how they were doing. Highly recommend for you and your pups!

We absolutely adore this place! Our dog, Lexi, gets so excited to go see her friends for a play date. We've boarded her long term, short term, play date and used grooming and never had an issue. I highly recommend Ruff Housing to anyone!

We are so pleased with Ruff Housing grooming service (spa bath). And most importantly, our 'baby-huey' big, scaredy-cat Italian Mastiff loves everyone there and feels comfortably "right at home"! Impressive! Because groomer, Amanda H, takes such good care of our dog, I highly recommend, and will continue using them regularly!

DO NOT bring your dog here for daycare under any circumstance!!! Brought my dog in for her first day of daycare as I just moved to the area. Being her first day, I was watching the cameras very closely to make sure all was going well. I dropped her off at 7:45am and did not see her in a playroom until 10:30am meaning they left her in a kennel for 2 1/2 hours. When she was out of the kennel, they did not take her outside one time so she never had a chance to use the bathroom except for if she were to go on the floor in the indoor playroom that she was in. The absolute worst part about this place was the woman working in the playroom that my dog was in. Anytime the dogs started to nicely play with each other or she was just flat out bored, she would SPRAY THE DOGS IN THE FACE WITH WATER FROM HER FAN WATER BOTTLE. You can see in the videos that some of the dogs were very scared of this and she flat out did not care. When I brought this to the attention of the woman working the front desk, she was completely speechless and had zero explanation for this workers actions. While the worker wasn't hitting/hurting the dogs, spraying dogs in the face with water for your own entertainment is completely disgusting and so wrong on so many levels. My biggest piece of advice for anyone looking to try this place is DON'T. Unless you want your dog locked in a kennel, confined to a dirty indoor playroom, sprayed in the face, and be scared, do not go to this place.

My high-energy dog goes to Ruff Housing 3 days a week for day care—and she LOVES it! When she arrives, the staff treat Ginger like a rockstar and she eats it up. She absolutely loves all the attention. Personally, I love the format they offer of the smaller groups that pair up dogs of similar energy/size (they give every dog a temperament test prior to placement). The facility has both indoor AND outdoor yards so I feel comfortable that in extreme weather she can still see her friends since they move the party indoors. I also travel quite a bit for work so I use their boarding services as well; I recommend their luxury suites because they have cameras included and I can check in on her in the evenings (although their standard suites are just fine too). It’s also nice to have the choice to get her a bath while she’s there since they have a groomer on staff. I’ve been so happy with ALL the staff there and just want to thank them for taking such great care of Ginger. Try it out—you won’t be disappointed!

I cannot speak highly enough about this staff! They are so friendly and helpful, staying in frequent communication. They have so many playroom and outdoor yards that we were able to watch on the webcam stream. I just picked my dog up from a 5-night stay and he was so happy and healthy -- he was clearly given a lot of love and attention. With prior boarding experiences in other places, he is usually anxious to leave when we picked him up.

Our two dogs enjoy the experience at Ruff Housing and always come home tired. The reservation process is simple, drop off and pick up are also flexible. Try it!

Our fur-baby start attending Hounds Town recently after having a less than desirable experience elsewhere. My husband was impressed with his initial tour so we gave it a shot. The owners and employees are always friendly and convey that they genuinely care . The daily pictures & videos are adorable and I can't wait to see them posted! I feel like my fur-baby is safe and well cared for at Hounds Town in Morrisville 🥰

We love Hounds Town - Morrisville and love bringing our Lab, Jack. He LOVES Hounds Town! All I have to do is say the words "go play?" and he jumps up and is raring to go! The owners and staff are all very courteous. They know us by name when we come in and are very welcoming. The facility is clean and very well kept. Jack has had one bath here and came home smelling so wonderful and shiny! Highly recommend Hounds Town - Morrisville!

Hounds Town Morrisville Is the BEST doggy daycare out there! From day one Steve, Deidre, and all of the staff have gone above and beyond to make my Brooklyn feel safe and comfortable. She started out shy and afraid and now she walks in feeling safe and confident (at times even willing to give kisses 😘 ) When it’s time for pickup, Logan, one of the many well trained staff members, reassures me that Brooklyn has had a great day. I am grateful for the HT Morrisville family! I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here!

I can’t say enough about how much we love Hounds Town. Our dog is so excited to go and has the biggest smile all day after we pick her up. She sleeps better after a day with her friends (human and dog!) and has really come out of her shell since getting to know people and places outside of our house or with us. They’re the sweetest people and do the most for our pup. We’re so lucky to have Hounds Town in our community!

My dog, Fergus, goes to Hounds Town at least once a month. He has also boarded there as well. We call HT his happy place. He gets so excited when he gets there. Runs right up to the staff and doesn't bother to look back. They take excellent care of him and I don't have to worry when he is there. I recommend them to other dog parents all the time!

We love Hounds Town Morrisville! Our dog was shy, nervous around others and struggled to socialize. The wonderful staff at HT were so welcoming and accommodating of him— these people really understand dogs! It’s his favorite part of the week now, and he is always exhausted afterwards— in the best way possible. A great way to enrich your pet, and you can trust they’ll be in good hands!

We can't say enough good things about Houndstown. I knew, the very first time we took our dog, Duke, to Houndstown that he would be happy and we would too!! The owners immediately make you feel like you are family and they always welcome us with an amazing greeting and a great smile. I never worry when I take Duke to day care and he is always so happy to go, never happy to leave! We love Houndstown and highly, highly recommend them if you're looking for a day care for your dog!!

My dog’s temperament evaluation and tour went amazing! They answered my questions, gave me a great deal of information about the facility and even has owned my breed of dog before so I felt comfortable. Already booked my first boarding with them 🤗 …

We recently started bringing our pup Rowan to Hounds Town and he absolutely loves it, and we do too. The folks that run the place are extremely kind and keep the place clean and well maintained. They offer spa services in addition to daycare and boarding, so that will be great when Rowan gets a little stinky with all his playing. They also have a Facebook group once you join and you'll see all sorts of pics and videos of the dogs having fun and playing. Rowan will be a regular for quite a while!

Took Teddy in for his evaluation once he got familiar with the other dogs he absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to bring him back. He was a very happy dog. If I was a dog, I would wanna come here to play. Terrific terrific place.

My 12-year old pug needs love and security, as pugs are extremely attached to their parents. We were across country for an entire week and Melissa regularly kept in touch to reassure us that Paddy was doing well. She also looked after our home in ways we never expected. Mail, vacuuming after Paddy's brushing, even taking out the trash, pictures during each visit. Melissa is a Godsend.

My fur baby, Bella, is very scared of new people, but due to my long work hours, I had to find her someone to walk her midday. My mom had already hired Melissa previously to watch her cat who needs meds, and we were very pleased. Although cautious at first, Bella warmed up to Melissa very quickly and absolutely loves their time together now! Melissa is professional, dependable, organized, and flexible. She treats our fur babies like her own. Her rates are also fair and competitive. I couldn't ask for a better walking buddy for my Bella!

Melissa is everything you want in a caretaker! She is one of the most reliable people I have ever worked with, always available and always responsive. She is pro-active, making suggestions regarding how to improve the happiness and health of my pooch. My dog has some odd behavioral issues and not only did Melissa not shy away from working with us, but she was excited by the challenge of dealing with my sometimes anxiety-ridden pup and now all parties are smiling and wagging tails together. I have already recommended Melissa to several people and will continue to do so. She's a true find. I never worry about my dog when she is in Melissa's care.

Wonderful! Melissa took excellent care of our older Aussie when we were out of town on July 4th. She took care of the basics and also tailored her service to our pets unique needs. She even watered our flower baskets!

$16 to very easily wash and deshed my own German Shepherd. Choice of Shampoo, ear cleaner, combs, nail clippers, towels/dryer. Definitely worth it as long as you have the time to do it right! Very friendly and helpful staff. No wait.

Excellent care of our cats when out of town. Very conscientious.

I’ve boarded two dogs at the Pet Palace in Cary, NC for several years now. They were referred to me by a friend as well, and I have been so happy with their services. They are friendly, know my dogs, call if there are any issues and they have a good service offering. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for doggie daycare, boarding, and grooming.

New client whose veterinarian recommended Pet Palace as a dog daycare with a more structured environment. Have been pleasantly surprised that a dog daycare with limited playtime has had a positive effect on both of my dogs. Jami and all of the staff are kind, considerate, competent in handling the dogs, attentive to clients needs and overall pleasant to deal with. Could not end this review without including Redd who is the groomer for my two dogs, She is understanding and patient when working with dogs that are a little uncomfortable in a new environment. She finds the time to discuss how the appointment went and what could be done to improve the experience. Best place ever to board your dog or for daycare. The staff is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your pet. My dog LOVES coming here and always has a great time. The staff is incredible and the place is so clean and nice. My dog loves playing in the pool here. Highly recommend!!

I can't say enough positive things about the Pet Palace!!! I have not had great experiences with grooming places since I moved down here in 2021, and have been searching for a place that really GETS dogs. This place does! I visited the Palace a few weeks back to get a look and feel of the place and after speaking with the front desk staff and one of the groomers, Redd, I decided to book an appointment. I told them about my dog's anxiety, and how she can not be put into a kennel. She will literally hyperventilate. She has sensitive front paws ( not uncommon for a lot of dogs ). She has luxating patellas. Redd listened, took in every concern I had, and after picking her up from her appointment yesterday, I could not believe how calm my dog was. I walked in and she was just getting her bandana on and she was happy!! AND, she had the best grooming job she has had since I came to NC. Seriously, if you are looking for a GREAT place to have your dog groomed, this is the place! Thank you Redd and the staff at Pet Palace!!

My first time taking my young labradoodle to Pet Palace and I’ll never go back again. They abused my dog with cuts on his legs & ears and said he was “too energetic” for them. If someone has any recommendations for a decent groomer in the area, please let me know.

Our fur baby has been going to Pet Palace since she was 8 months old. It's been 4 years now. I can't be more grateful to the staff at Pet Palace. Jamie and her team - Ava, Emily, Ronnie, Emma, Christopher and Brian have taken care of Arya so well. They have addressed all our needs. If you call, they will always respond and look up your fur baby. I haven't found a better and more reliable boarding than Pet Palace. The staff are very kind and friendly. Additionally their grooming is great. They do a wonderful job. Its certainly a Palace for fur babies.

Please do not take your pet to Pet Palace. Our dog was abused while he was there for a week. No phone call at all to inform us of what happened to the injuries he suffered while in their care. This should have been a sign! On more than one occasion we have asked for his nails to be cut or him to receive a bath and they charge us, but do not provide the service. This place was recommended to us by our neighbor, but we will never go there again. Every time we post the injury, it gets taken down. Let’s you know they are hiding how the abuse people’s pets. He was in so much pain. The picture is of his neck area. They provided no answer as to how this could happened.

My buddy Commander goes here for boarding and grooming. The Pet Palace team never complains about him and any time we can view him via the boarding cams, he is having a blast with new friends during social time. The grooming team is very kind and efficient. Lastly, the facility keeps close tabs on vet records, so I know the other pets he is interacting with are also safe and healthy. Thank you team!~

We’ve been going to PP for both daycare and boarding for over a year now. We have 2 dogs that absolutely love love going. Our older 4.5 GSP has been rough to board previously due to some anxiety and allergy issues. She has had nothing of that at PP. We love how they care for and truly know their personalities and try to keep their training and manners in check as we do. At Valentine’s Day I just beamed at the gifts they sent home from daycare. Now if this is not a picture of happy dogs, I don’t know what else is!

We used Peak City Puppy during a recent family trip to the beach. Heather took wonderful care of our dogs and cat and provided photos and recaps after each visit. One of our dogs is very nervous when meeting new people but Heather gave her time and space to feel comfortable and gained her trust. Knowing that our fur babies were happy and in great care allowed to have a wonderful and stress-free vacation. We will definitely use Peak City again!

We just used Peak City Puppy for the second time and had another amazing experience. Lauren took care of our 4 year old Golden Retriever and 2 cats… one being an energetic and mischievous kitten. We were gone for 8 days and didn’t have service some of the time, so when we were able we had lovely updates and pics of our pets to catch up on. Lauren not only took care of our pets, but took out the trash and recycling! While we were gone Hurricane Debby came through and Lauren didn’t skip a beat. She had Willow out on her walks and also dried her off (and wasn’t annoyed when she got all goofy during this process lol) It has been so wonderful to have a great person watching our pets while we are gone. Lauren goes above and beyond and makes leaving town much less stressful. I’m also pretty sure Willow was a little depressed when we returned and Lauren wouldn’t be back!

We've been using dog walking services with Peak City Puppy for about a month now 3 days per week and are SO impressed and highly recommend them. We have have two young, large puppies and they love our dog walker, Courtney! One of our dogs is really shy and she's been so wonderful and patient with him and they are now besties :) The whole team is professional, their online portal for scheduling and payment and communication is so easy to use! We couldn't recommend them enough!

I used Peak City Puppy for the first time 2 weeks ago. They were phenomenal! Jenna and Jess were the ladies that took care of my 4 fur babies. From the "meet and greet" to each visit, they were very caring and professional. They let me know when they arrived, when they left, and sent me pictures with updates during each visit. I used the 30 minute visit and the 12 hour overnight since I have a senior dog who needs more care. Jess and Jenna provided the type of excellent care that gave me piece of mind on my trip. I would definitely use them again!

Peak City Puppy did an amazing job caring for our Boston Terrier and 2 cats for 5 days while we were out of town recently. Dwayne, Kristin and Erin treated our fur babies like they were their own. I was so impressed by the detailed updates, messages and pictures that I received after every visit. I love that PCP allows you to customize the timing and duration of visits. It helped our dog tremendously to have Kristin here for a full 2 hours each evening. I will definitely be using PCP for our future animals care needs, I recommend them wholeheartedly!!

We had such a great experience with Peak City Puppy! We were out of town for 2 weeks and needed care for our 2 labs. Angela immediately made us feel comfortable! Our older lab has anxiety issues and had to have unplanned abdominal surgery 2 weeks prior to our trip. Angela was very accommodating and made us feel at ease about leaving her. She sent pictures and videos everyday and it was obvious our puppies were very happy and very well taken care of. We were able to enjoy our trip without one bit of worry! We will definitely use Peak City and Angela again. I would highly recommend for any pet owner!

My first experience with Peak City puppy could not have been any better! I had just rescued a 6 year old American Bulldog when I was called into in-person work for several days. On very short notice, Peak City Puppy was able to match me with an in-their-home pet sitter for those days with morning drop-off and evening pick-up. I offered to pay the overnight rate since this was a custom request. My new pup got along great with the sitter’s other two dogs and didn’t want to leave each evening. They took such good care of him and provided updated with pictures throughout each day. It was just a wonderful experience and they alleviated any anxiety I had about leaving a dog who was just beginning to adjust to a new life outside of the rescue environment. They will be my choice next time, no question. I highly recommend Peak City Puppy and their pet sitting services!

We have been thrilled with the excellent care that Peak City Puppy has provided for our sweet dog. Our walker Cris has already formed a bond with her and I love getting updates and pictures after their walks. The on-line platform for requesting dates and services is very easy to use. We use Peak City Puppy whenever we're out of town for a few days. Debbie and Erin have done such a great job taking care of our cats - Tofu and Miso! They send us updates every visit which reduces my anxiety of being away from my kitties haha. Peak City Puppy is very reliable and I would very much recommend them for any cat sitting needs!

Olivia and her team have been absolute godsends for our baby, Thor. In the past, being at daycare was an overwhelmingly negative experience for him. He certainly didn’t fit into the generic mold for the massive commercial daycare facilities. However, he has THRIVED at Cary Kennels and always comes home happy and sleepy from playing all day. For anyone with anxious pups, we highly recommend utilizing this fantastic facility. We never anticipated a day where we could comfortably drop him off to socialize with other dogs and it means the world to us that we can finally give him the structure that he deserves during our work days. In addition, Olivia always makes a point to give us midday text updates. It truly has changed all of our lives for the better and we’re immensely grateful. Thanks for all y’all do! Fantastic place and staff. My family and pets were displaced from Hurricane Helene. We needed a place to board our two small dogs (dachshund and jack/terrier mutt) and every place in the Cary area denied us because we had no paperwork. We were unable to get our paperwork because of the flooding and our vet clinic couldn’t be contacted because they were underwater as well. This place not only took our dogs in but helped us get in contact with a place that would immediately take us to get a quick bordatella shot (prob wrong spelling). Without their help, we would’ve really been up the creek trying to find a place. They also discounted their rate to help us out. I can’t say enough great things about their staff and the help they offered.

We absolutely love Cary Kennels & Spa! Cary Kennels was recommended to us after we searched high and low for a boarding facility (and day care) for our two English bulldogs. Our bullies have never been able to feel “at home” at other boarding places, and always seemed to have poor, negative experiences. We have had such disappointing experiences with other local kennels as our dogs would be upset during pickups, and severe irritations to their skins (due to being in soiled kennels). Cary Kennels is the perfect match and our bullies are always very well cared for. Cary Kennels is smaller, allowing more one on one times, and less chaotic for my bullies as they never could adjust to larger day cares/boarding. Olivia and Brittany are amazing and always ensures our babies are settled in (and loved endlessly). Each time we take them in for a visit, our babies are eager to get inside to see Olivia and the staff. We highly recommend Cary Kennels and Spa, especially if your dogs tend to have anxiety issues, or tend levitate to smaller, cozier environments that includes a lot of cuddles.

Cary Kennels & Spa provided top-notch service to our energetic pup, Velma! Velma usually frequents Camp Bow Wow for her daycare and boarding needs, but with a recent injury to her leg that required her to be on a sedative and kept in a low-energy environment, we were referred to Cary Kennels & Spa by Camp Bow Wow for some special needs boarding request. The week before our trip, we reached out to Cary Kennels & Spa and spoke with Olivia who was extremely friendly and patient with me to explain how their boarding services work, especially considering all of Velma's special needs. They ensured us she would be kept in a low-energy environment but with plenty of opportunities to go outside for potty breaks and some human-pup interaction. They were able to administer her medications and help ensure she has a speedy recovery. We just picked her up and everything seems great. I am very thankful for Cary Kennels & Spa in how quickly they were able to get us situated with Velma's boarding needs at the last minute and graciously accommodate our needs. Everyone I interacted with at Cary Kennels & Spa were extremely friendly and informative. I did not feel like a burden with our requests and Velma seemed to have a lovely time (even with her injury). I will definitely be returning to Cary Kennels & Spa for additional boarding needs, as needed, and even to check out the spa! Velma gets nervous with bath time and I am thinking they might be a great low-energy option for her bath needs. Thanks again!

We used Cary Kennels for a long stay while our family was in transition to NC. Our puppy had a fantastic time, and it really made us feel comfortable that we received lots of updates and photos. She was regularly bathed brushed out, and even got a fresh trim before we picked her up! All of the staff truly love animals and show a great sense of pride in their business. We will definitely be back for boarding in the future!

We really lucked out with Cary Kennels and Spa! It was actually suggested to us by another dog boarding facility and we will for sure be using Cary Kennels every time we go out of town now! This was our first time leaving our two pups for more than a night somewhere and at first I was very nervous, but after seeing how happy they were after their first “test day” and meeting Diane, all fears were gone! My husband and I could enjoy our trip with our friends knowing that Jax and Piper were very well taken care of! Perfect place for boarding or for dropping off for daycare! 10/10 Recommend!

Diane at Cary Kennels & Spa came highly recommended to us from our dog trainer. Our dog, Charlie is a rambunctious 1.5 year old Golden Retriever. Charlie is known to be smart, curious and very mischievous. For these reasons, Charlie needed an experienced dog handler and someone who can be his leader during the day.Diane has provided just that. One of the things that I love most about Cary Kennels and Spa is the small feeling of the facility. I know that when I drop Charlie off, he will be in good hands until the second that I pick him up. I also enjoy the fact that I receive real and honest feedback about his behavior as Diane enjoys getting to know her canine customers. We are extremely fortunate to find Diane! Do not hesitate to give her a shot as your pup will thank you later!

My dog needed to be boarded for the 1st time in over a year. The smaller atmosphere and more personal feel of this place was perfect for him having just come off of two leg surgeries over the last 9 months. Diane provided the perfect setting for me to leave him for a week with the piece of mind that he would get enough one on one time and not be overburdened with any social anxieties or too many dogs. My happy pup was sad to leave, but I'm so glad that I found a great place for him to go anytime I need to leave town. Thanks again.

We use Cary Kennels for both doggy daycare and boarding when we go out of town, and our dog loves it. It gives her a chance to be social with other dogs and she always comes home worn out from playing! Best of all, I feel like they really know our dog well and enjoy spending time with her. Perfect location to USA Baseball National Training Facility. The staff was pleasant and our dog loved the experience. We are Camp Bow Wow customers across the nation as we travel for baseball. My dog had a blast at his interview day. I hate how young they require them to be fixed that could be a health hazard to your beloved pet. The place looked clean, and the cameras are fun to watch. I would recommend

I have been taking my dogs to this location for about a year now and I highly recommend CampBowWow to anyone. My dogs love it, they have the best time playing for hours with their friends. The counselors are amazing and I can tell they really enjoy their job - thank you for all that you do for our pups! Laurie is amazing, my husky loves to sing "Good morning" to her every day at drop off :) They have also started to offer bath, brush, and dry services and every time that I've used them I've been impressed. My dogs look, feel, and smell amazing! 15/10 would highly recommend bringing your dog here. They also have an app where you can view live webcam feed to check in on your dog and schedule daycare, boarding, etc.

Very organized and convenient daycare provider. Pricing is reasonable, and workers are always pleasant. Great opportunity for our dog to get some socialization and time away from the routine. And of course the live video feeds are comforting and captivating.

Camp Bow Wow Cary is the best place to care for your, and mine, dog(s)! The staff love each and every dog as their own. Our dog has spent daycare and boarding time at this location for 7 years, he always comes home happy and sleepy so you know they’ve had plenty of playtime. They offer fun seasonal activities which are fun for them and you get a cute memory item. They offer bathing and other personal one on one activities. I highly recommend Cary Camp Bow Wow!!

I rescued my boy Spot about a year ago and he came to me with a TON of anxiety! He was afraid of everyone and everything! After I started taking him to Camp Bow Wow, he began to relax a bit and gained some confidence! The staff is so attentive to all of the campers and really go above and beyond! It was his birthday a few weeks ago and I mentioned that when I dropped him off. They asked if he could have treats, and I said of course! I didn't expect what they actually did for him! When I picked him up later that day, I was handed a bag of B-day presents for him, including chew toys, a ball, and treats, AND a B-day card with a few pictures of him having fun that day, that everyone had signed! What an amazing gesture by a truly amazing staff! We moved from Cary to DT Raleigh a few months ago, and it's not terribly convenient to take him there anymore, but I'll never take him anywhere else and I'll drive a little further to know that he's well taken care of when he's not with me!

We just completed the interview our dog which is required before boarding. Everyone was welcoming to us and our pet. Our pet seemed happy when we picked her up. The process was very easy. We loved the picture they took of our dog too! We have booked a boarding stay.

The staff seem to genuinely care about the dogs and their owners. Our dog Esteban loves Camp Bow Wow and gets very excited when our car makes the turn onto Woodwinds Industrial Court. His whole personality has changed for the better since he began going to doggy day care. Our dog had been abused prior to our adopting him almost 2 years ago. He had been used as a bait dog and has the equivalent of PTSD. When we adopted him he was on two different anxiety prescriptions and we have now been able to wean him from one of them completely. Both my husband and I credit Camp Bow Wow in Cary for this huge transition. Our dog used to be afraid of other dogs and now he can't wait for his Camp Bow Wow days. When we arrive we can watch him on their large TV screen and we can see how excited he is to greet the staff members and his doggy friends. The staff here is just incredible. They have created a very warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone's beloved dogs. My husband and I feel that he is safe and very well cared for. We recommend Camp Bow Wow Cary to anyone who has a dog. Especially if your dog has anxiety issues or comes from an abused situation. You will see a difference!!!! UPDATE March 2023 We have added another special needs dog to our family. Eleanor was also a "bait dog" and suffered severe physical and mental injuries. When we adopted our rescue pitty, we made sure to bring her to Camp Bow Wow Cary when we dropped off her brother, Esteban. The staff went out of their way to make her comfortable and allow her to get to know them before we began leaving her there. Her progress has been amazing. A special thank you to Taylor, Jamie, Jordan, Summer Martin, Laurie Adams, and Megan Yates for making our little girl feel safe. I know that there are many other staff members who are also responsible for her well-being and I am sorry I do not have all of their names. This place is wonderful. We highly recommend them!!! Update: 12/22/2023 Hands down the very best place to leave our beloved dogs. My husband and I drive 45 minutes one way to get to Camp Bow Wow in Cary even though there are other doggy day care centers much closer to where we live. It is well worth it. The staff treats every fur baby as if they are theirs. And they excel in taking care of special needs dogs and both of our dogs are. My husband and I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow in Cary. It is clean, organized, and a very safe place to leave your dogs.

Everything about Camp Bow Wow is amazing. The staff is wonderful and treated my dog as well as I do. She had a great time and made some pup friends, after she got used to being around so many dogs at once! She's a shy girl, but came out of her shell eventually. Highly recommend their services for day care and boarding!

Camp Bow Wow was the third doggie daycare we tried in Cary, and the third was the charm. The staff is friendly and professional. The pup is happy and unwound when we pick him up. They seem to have pretty good safety protocols. I'm happy a friend recommended them to us.

We strongly recommend against using this pet sitting service, as we have no trust in the owner to safely take care of anyone's pets after a mass exodus of pet sitters. Pet sitting is all about trust: you are trusting your sitter with the life, health, and well-being of your furry family members, as well as trusting them with access to your home. We have used All Critters for over 2 years, as Melissa showed we could absolutely trust her to provide our cats with the care they needed, as well as providing excellent communication: we felt completely at ease when she was looking after them while we were away. We trusted her and the company so much that we were even willing to pre-pay for services months in advance. However, with her departure we simply no longer trust the owner to provide that same level of care or to deliver on any promises. In fact, that trust has been so eroded that we have walked away from those pre-payments rather than put our cats or our home at risk by inviting the owner of this company into our home. Based on other recent reviews, we clearly made the right call despite the cost. We recommend you go elsewhere to find a trustworthy pet sitter.

There should be the choice to give zero stars in reviews! I used this service in the past and it seemed to go okay. However, I have since learned that was likely due to the fact that more responsible people than the owner were working to ensure my dogs safety and care at that time. This time, Joey, the owner was booked to stay over nights and also do some days along with other walkers Dawn and Mitch. Joey left my pets uncared for and neglected for 24 hours (I have ring cameras). He also lied about having stayed at my house. He ghosted me entirely! He left not only my pets but who knows how many other pets uncared for during his mia time!! Apparently no one else can access the master schedule to even know who to check on while he is missing!! This is unacceptable. From my Disney trip I was trying to figure out if there was anyway to let others using this service know that their pets were neglected. Luckily mine survived this but if they needed medication or had a health problem they could have died! Thank god for Dawn and Mitch who took on extra work despite having full days and it being Christmas. As soon as I was able to connect with Dawn she got to my house as soon as she could as she was also concerned and Joey had been ignoring her calls as well. Dawn and Mitch took over from there (I had to cover a few times Joey was supposed to be there with neighbors and friends when Dawn and Mitch were booked). Dawn and Mitch took amazing care of my fur babies and are god sends! If I were them I would run for the hills as Joey clearly has no sense of responsibility, care for animal safety, or respect for others based on my interactions with him. Do not ever use this service!!!!

Do not use. I have been a client for almost 4 years and over the past two months, the owner has been MIA. My cat sitter wasn't being paid by All Critters and quit 2 days into my 10 day trip and All Critters cancelled my service without telling me. I have been unable to contact All Critters for the past three weeks via email, call, or text. I am unable to get the keys to my house back. I had prepaid $500 for the service and am unable to reach All Critters for a refund. I wish I could let current clients know not to schedule service via their online platform because their pets will not be taken care of despite All Critters confirming a pet sitter.

I was nervous having to leave my cat behind for a 2 week trip, having just moved to Raleigh and with none of my local friends nearby to look in on her. All Critters Petcare stepped in and handled everything perfectly. I received daily emails with photos to keep me in the loop. Joey was excellent with my cat, and she clearly got along well with him. I'll definitely be scheduling service again for my future trips.

Unfortunately, Google does not allow to give less than 1 star otherwise I would because this 1 star is extremely generous. They never stay the whole time at visits, sometimes they are no shows! It's obvious they do not care for the critters they claim to love. I will be taking my business elsewhere and, for the critters sake, I hope many follow.

Melissa, German, Taylor, Logan, and Kathy did a fantastic job handling my two larger dogs. It is such a relief to be able to trust people to take such great care of them. I appreciated the thorough journal and pictures.

All Critters Petcare has done an amazing job with taking care of our senior kitty. Our cat is on several different medications and All Critters Petcare has no problem with making sure our cat gets the medications he needs when he needs them. We also sincerely appreciate the daily updates which include photos of our boy enjoying being spoiled! We were able to enjoy an extended trip of 3 weeks knowing that our cat was being well taken care of by Melissa and Joey! I can't recommend All Critters Petcare enough!

I am no longer an All Critters client after using them for a number of years and would not recommend them under any circumstances. The best pet care staff, including Melissa, have all left All Critters and I have since had multiple bad experiences including unauthorized charges to my credit card for services that were never contracted for. The owner does not respond to any requests to resolve issues, including the refund of prepaid funds due to unethical business practices. Do not trust your pets, or your money, to All Critters.

I've used All Critters multiple times now, and they are great to care for your pets while you are away. They are very flexible and send you updates in a nice report with descriptions and photos. Highly recommend them.
