Emma took excellent care of our dog and home while we were away. She communicated well in the lead up and during her stay, sending reassuring updates and lovely photos. Emma was flexible around arrival and departure time which was very much appreciated as we were travelling with a young baby. As soon as Emma entered our house she was fussing our dog and putting her at ease which was lovely to see. Emma clearly has a love of animals and we returned home to a very happy and relaxed dog. Lucy and Jaz were the best sitters! We were away for nearly 3 weeks and returned home to a pair of happy and relaxed pets. The apartment was immaculate, clean and tidy and the laundry was on! They are a lovely couple and true animal lovers - our neighbours remarked on how well they were taking care of Hoshi. I recommend them very highly.

Bogdan took care of our cats and our house for the second time. Communication was easy and we could set up everything very quickly as Bogdan already knew the house and the cats. The cats still seemed to remember him from 2 years before and they were quite trustful from the beginning. During our vacation he gave us regular updates with nice pictures of the cats. We were always reassured that the cats were fine and everything was in order at home. We came back to find two relaxed cats and a spotlessly clean house. We would not hesitate to recommend Bogdan as a sitter.

Rose & Michael have a tremendous back catalogue of great reviews: the reason is simple. They are truly fantastic house sitters! Thank you both for looking after Finn and Arthur so well. From the initial contact, through our video chats, our WhatsApp contacts prior to the sit, our 24 hr handover and then during the sit itself when for me the contact and updates from home were just right, Rose & Michael fully met and exceeded my expectations. They are caring, thoughtful and kind people. I travelled with full confidence Finn would be having a great time too - and so it proved. Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
