Pet Sitting in Mount Gambier

Andrea

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. 
Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention.
He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. 
He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. 
The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! 
We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. 
We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. 
Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). 
In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. 
We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. They had took great care of our dog and chickens and left the house and car in great shape. Plus, they’re just a really sweet young couple. We’d highly recommend them as house sitters.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. 
She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. 
Again we feel lucky to have found her, and feel she would be a great sitter for any pets!

Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! They were communicative before the sit, during, and after. Kelly and Chris were the ideal sitters in every way. We’d welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to others. Thanks you two!

Angelica was a wonderful pet sitter for our dog Rosie! She was easy to communicate with before and during the sit (very responsive), and made time to do a walk through of our house/intro to Rosie prior to the sit. She was extremely reliable throughout the process, and left our house really neat. Rosie was happy when we got home! We'd be happy to have Angelica sit for us again and would recommend her to anyone!

Nanette

Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home  :) 
We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there!
They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.

I have had 4 pet sitters this year so far.  And Liz was the best!  She was wonderful with cats.  She has an easy going manner and is very comfortable to be around.  Very smart and she is a great communicator. She followed all directions and left the house spotless.  I highly, highly, highly recommend her!  I would have her again anytime!

Elaine was a welcomed sitter for Cyrus and Purrelli. I returned from holiday to find a very content relaxed dog and a happy fat cat. Purrelli doesn’t eat when he is stressed so seeing a little meat on him let me know he was content and happy :) My condo was left clean and in order, all communications were smooth and there was zero issues. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left,  mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning!  Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!
