We've used Lakeside Pet Sitting a few times now and we could not be happier. We've used a few different sitters from different companies prior to Lakeside and believe me, there is a clear difference here. Their sitters are fantastic- professional, compassionate, and great at communicating- which is something we really appreciate. We just had Danielle sit for us this last week and she was great- lots of descriptive text updates and pictures each time she visited. After requesting services on short notice (2 weeks before Christmas vacation), Hope, got back to me very quickly and was able to accommodate pet sitting for our 3 cats for a whole week. Lakeside Pet Sitting uses a website that is polished and professional and connected to a companion mobile app to post updates, chats, and pictures of your pets directly to your phone while you are away. Nina, was the person who watched our cats while we were away, and she is absolutely fantastic. She contacted us upon arrival and departure, and gave a detailed update of how our cats were doing and what she did to keep them balanced and happy every single day. She also posted several pics of our cats upon each visit. We were extremely pleased with the attention to detail and the care given to our kitties. I highly recommend Lakeside Pet Sitting, and definitely plan on using them again.

We are SO happy to have found Lakeside Pet Sitting - and our two cats are thrilled that they get to stay in their own house instead of being cooped up and stressed out at the vet's office. Hope and her team are phenomenal. I never have to worry while we're out of town... and I am super anxious when it comes to my meows! Nina sends us pictures of each of the cats along with a detailed update every time she visits. I hired them to watch my pets while attending a family member’s funeral out of town. I gave them the dates twice. They claimed to have written them down. When I returned home I had found my animals starving and thirsty, and feces and pee everywhere. I had to throw away a $250 living room rug. My children and I cleaned for days. When I confronted them about the situation, they stated that I gave them the wrong dates. I assured them that I did not and that they made a mistake. They proceeded to tell me that because I am grieving the loss of a family member that I was hostile and upset and that they would take no responsibility for their actions. Thank goodness my pets survived. They also blocked me from messaging them about the incident after I asked for reimbursement. Safe yourself the trouble and hire someone else for your fur babies! I read your response to this btw. Everything you just stated is a lie. None of that is even close to true. The lengths you will go to avoid accountability is disturbing to say the least. I hope no one else ever has to experience something like this from your business ever again. I would like to let you know that while you blocked me to hide the messages between us, I did take screen shots of all of them. I will see you in small claims!

Absolutely recommend Andrew and Carol Ann. They are super reliable and wonderful with all three of my fur babies. I love the updates and pics they send, really puts me at ease whenever I go out of town. All three always have a great time when they come by to visit.

Very reliable - we have enjoyed engaging with everyone at Cornelius Pet Care. They are our go to for helping with our fur babies. You can always tell good care is given when your dogs can’t wait to see them or stay at their house.

A neighbor recommended this sitter so I called and he had me go to his site and fill out a lengthy questionnaire, add CC info and setup a meet and greet. THEN he reads my lengthy bio and sees I have Rottweiler, calls and cancels the meeting. He could have asked the breed on the call and not wasted my time. If you fear Rottweilers you seem to be in the wrong business.

We've used Cornelius Pet Care for a year and a half now for our four fur babies (2 dogs and 2 cats). Whether we are a couple hours down the road or on another continent, we've felt really comfortable leaving our pets under their care. We get updates after each visit and we laugh at the pictures they take while on our trip. Their booking services are easy and convenient to use and they are always super flexible with scheduling to accommodate travel changes. Definitely recommend to friends in the area!

My husband and I are so happy to have found Cornelius Pet Care. We have 4 pups and they need to be walked daily/ let out while we are working. We trust Andrew and Carol Ann to come into our home and take care of our furbabies. They give our pups fresh water, change out potty pads and give our pups lots of attention/ treats. I have used Cornelius Pet Care LLC numerous times when I have traveled. My dogs now run straight into their house which tells me they love the overnight stays. Plus Andrew has been very flexible when I have experienced flight delays. I highly recommend!!

Excellent service! I have 2 senior Chihuahuas that I didn’t want to board when I went on vacation this past week. I googled and found this company that provides in-home pet sitting so my babies could stay in their own environment. Andrew and his team did an amazing job taking care of Kobe and Daisy Mae. My favorite part of their service was receiving the visit report after each visit along with pictures. Communication from the pet sitters was excellent as well. My dogs love it at Club Pups! They get so excited to go. The owners are hands on and really nice. It's easy to book an appointment. We bought a Daycare package. We're also going to board our boys when we go on vacation. I highly recommend!

My dog Zoey loved her first play day at Club Pups!! Was greeted by Dustin, the owner who was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions. Zoey did great and had fun with the other dogs and the staff. We got the cutest picture of her playing and they filled out a little report card telling about her day. Was awesome:)! This was my first time trying any kind of puppy daycare/boarding and was really happy with the whole experience. Think Zoey wanted to stay longer lol!! Fantastic place:)!

We tried out Club Pups for the first time today for daycare and I have already made 4 more reservations for our energetic (and big!) puppy, Norman! Dustin was thorough and friendly in explaining the daycare process to me as a new client. They provided me with a printed picture of him on his first day (attached) and a report of how he did & who he played with. Norman even came home with a cute Club Pups bandana! The little extra touches definitely were noticed and appreciated! At the end of the day, Norman was happy and tired — and that’s the best I could hope for! Will definitely be a returning/weekly client so Norman can have more fun at the Club. Highly recommend!

We have been taking our dog Risky (7 mo old mini Goldendoodle) here for a few months now and are very pleased with Club Pups! She looks forward to hopping out of the truck to go in, and once we pick her up she seems tired and chills all evening (which is a plus with a pup). The staff has been nothing but friendly, welcoming and informative. Highly recommend.

Laura and her team have been very good to our fur babies. Our pups can't wait to get in the door to play and leave happy and tired. When we board them, we have no worries that they are in good hands. My dogs had a wonderful time there! They came back happy and tired. I have 3 large dogs, 2 of which are Great Danes, and it is often hard to find boarding facilities that are able to accomodate large breed dogs, but Club Pups made my dogs their priority. I highly recommend them for boarding or day care.

They are a first class establishment; putting adorable bandanas on pups, and giving owners a folder filled with very informative and organized information on all the questions you may have. Thiis was my first time away from my cat, Bear. I was extremely nervous because he had just been diagnosed with diabetes and needed insulin shots twice a day. I brought Bear in for his evaluation and he did just fine. His stay was for a week. I texted Pampered Pets a few times to check on him and they promptly returned with a text telling me that he was doing great. When I picked him up, everyone said that they enjoyed his stay there and that he was very talkative to the staff. I'll be bringing him back the next time I have to go out of town.

I’ve been taking my Morkie Delilah to PAMPERED PETS twice a week for daycare! She runs to the door with excitement when we get there! She loves the staff and the other dogs! Always making a new friend!

This was my first time ever boarding my two dogs. I was extremely nervous but the staff was so accommodating to my feelings. I opted for report cards on my pets while away for the weekend and I was given that information promptly. They informed me on their behavior, eating habits and how well they did with other dogs. I cannot express how much they eased my mind while my pets were away. I will recommend them to everyone!

Kobe has been going to pampered pets inn for almost 2 years now, the staff is so welcoming and professional, they care about your pet and give the highest quality of customer service, Kobe does not like to be away from my husband and I for long periods of time but he always gets super excited when he knows its time for a spa day! Pampered Pets took such great care of my kitty boy while I was out of town. Although he was very timid since he had never been boarded, they took the time to help him come out of his shell. They loved on him, sent report cards, and photos letting me know how he was doing. I highly recommend Pampered Pets! We will be back to see their amazing, friendly, and caring staff.

We had some repairs to home so really wanted our beloved dog to go to daycare while workers here. Too full so had to board for few days. He was nervous and had trouble eating. They got my permission to add a choice of 3 additives to help him eat. One of them worked once but then they helped him more when still being weird , so they hand fed him! Worked! Dealt with my detailed meal combo instructions as gets dry food/ fresh pet/ n veggie n fruit had cut up. Thanks for the attention and allowing our particular diet he is used to👍❗️ ( Even put some calming scent on blanket to try to calm him when he was missing us! ) Thanks again The Haslett’s

My neighbor referred us to Pampered Pets Inn & both of our pups love it so much there I wonder if they actually want to come home when we go to pick them up, lol! They have multiple turf yards, play equipment & a pool. The dogs get plenty of play & outdoor time & are matched with specific groups based on personality & play type (ours are high-energy). We have 2 littermates which are allowed to stay together, but they play in different play groups which is actually a good thing! They keep a lot of records, including weight, & will call you if they have a concern about anything at all. Their grooming is amazing & their nail trims are the absolute best I’ve found! My Boston Terriers always smell great & have shiny coats when they have a bath there. It’s totally worth the cost for your piece-of-mind when you have to be away from your furbaby (they take care of both dogs & cats). They post a lot of pics & videos on their Instagram & Facebook pages every day. Our two even graduated from their training program! We all love Pampered Pets Inn!

The facility, the play areas, the boarding area and the pool are all beyond expectations!! The staff however, is the secret sauce for this pet wonderland. We are beyond grateful that we found Pampered Pets and love that our dog is so loved when he’s there.

I love this facility and the staff is incredible! I just wish corporate would one day get the message that their phone system is the most awful experience in the world and that first impressions are everything. Most of us don't like being transferred to a call center when we actually need to speak with someone at the facility. A.I. "Faith" should be fired. I have spoken to Grace, (who is very nice) in call center three times this morning while trying a make a simple request to a staff member and even she cannot get me to the local facility. Now I have to drive to the facility to request a bath for my dog before picking him up today...You can do better.

I have been going to Mooresville Pet Paradise for several years now. It is an awesome experience and my English Bulldog Beamer gets so excited when he realizes where we are headed. The communication experience is excellent. I have tried several other daycamps In Mooresville and nothing comes even close to Pet Paradise. Thank you to everyone there.

Boarded my dogs here for the first time ever and it was so nerve wracking to leave them in someone else’s care! There was a heat wave coming through while we were gone so that was scary, but my boys got some good rest and lots of play time with some water! The Furever Connected package was great and put my mind at ease while I was away! The first day was missed because of a miscommunication so the manager made it right 😇 There were a few bags of food left on days they should have gotten them, but my boys can sometimes skip meals so I chalked it up to that! Highly recommend to bring your fur babies here, they are in good hands! *EDIT: Forgot to mention that they called me since my dogs weren’t eating and offered to put some wet food or pumpkin on it free of charge to help entice them to eat. It was really touching that they went the extra mile instead of just accepting that they weren’t going to eat!

Staff is extremely friendly and appear to be loving to my fur baby . Buddy seemed happy to go home but not traumatized in any way.

My pet loves going here for day camp! There is no looking back when I drop him off in the morning. He is ready to go. He always comes home exhausted from playing. The employees are professional and courteous, always willing to answer questions and assist. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I absolutely 100% recommend! I brought my dog there for a day camp from 9-5pm, and they loved Bentley like I do! They played with him a lot, tons of friendly dogs for him to play with, and he even took well to the comfy and cozy suites for a bit of a chill time. When I picked him up they gave me a report card and couldn’t say enough good things about my boy. And I had my doubts he’d be too rambunctious for them, but in return HE WAS AMAZING. They even send photos of him and a personalized message to the dog parents as if their puppy wrote it! 100% check them out! My bentley will be going back.

My dog, Emma, is a 3-year-old Lab. We dropped her off at 4 p.m. I asked if i can see her actual room but the girl said she can’t its a company policy but she shown me a different room. The following day around 11 a.m., less than 24 hours upon Emma’s arrival, I received a call telling me that Emma, who is generally a loving dog, was aggressive, growling and doesn't want to be touched or go outside; then she stated that they will charge $20.00 extra for one-on-one care next time. I was worried the whole time while we were on vacation.. I had to call the facility everyday and I got offered to charge $10 a day for 3-5 pictures and a summary about my dog that day.. which I declined the offer.. The day I picked up Emma up, i checked my account and the total bill was $600 plus for 7 days. I called them and found out they tried to charge me for one-on-one service! And also, I purchased ice cream on her 2nd day she never got it because they ran out and they still tried to charged me! The first 2 pictures of my dog's teeth when we picked her up after a 7 day stay in this location. The last 3 pictures are after she came home and brushed 7 times. I never brushed my dogs teeth so often until now. I called to ask if they gave her anything different than the food we supplied and they said “yes”. When the dog is a picky eater they give chicken broth mixed with her food. I wish they have cameras inside dog’s room. This is not a good place to leave your pets. It is about $$$ not care & compassion.

Our experience was exceptional with boarding our German Shepard Sandy! The staff to wonderful care of her, she recently had surgery and needed a little extra attention and care and they did not disappoint! Huge shout out to Allison, she really went above and beyond for us!

Not happy about calling the facility to talk to a staff member and I get connected to someone over seas. I live 2 miles down the road and I’m talking to someone in India about my upcoming stay. Not comforting. Then when I went to Pick my dog up from the facility, I asked if they used a play tool that I left with them during her one to one time and there response was “I don’t know” Followed up with a generic report card.

I have used Cuts N Cuddles many times in the past 10 years. Faith is very reliable and honest. Faith visits for an hour each time she comes, and gives my kitties all the care and attention they need. I highly recommend Cuts N Cuddles to anyone looking for a pet sitter.

When I drop my pup at Holly's, it feels like he is spending the day with his aunt. The process of signing up, dropping off, and picking up is seamless. She provides the cutest report card at the end of each day and shares so many pictures throughout the day. I LOVE how calm she is and how all the pups wander around, sleep, and play as if they truly all lived together. This is incredible knowing his days are so fun and treated as though I was with him!

Holly was so patient and kind with our nervous dog, Dottie, and with Dottie's nervous handlers (me and my partner). Dottie had never been in a group boarding situation quite like this, but Holly walked me through the extensive temperament testing process and integration into her home with an incredible amount of detail in care. The updates were absolutely stellar, and came with photos, so I was able to relax and not worry during the whole process! Holly's skill with handling a nervous dog was amazing (Dottie is a Velcro dog who does not like it when we board her), and I am so grateful we have such a safe place to board where Dottie also can hang out with other dogs for play and enrichment! 10/10 recommend. If we lived nearby, we would 100% be signing up for daycare.

Holly is the best! Our pup loves going to Holly’s and always has the best time. We’ve done daycare and overnight and Holly always sends us updates and pictures on how our pup is doing and a report card at the end. I think it might be our pup’s favorite place to be! She also takes the best action shots of our pup 😂. We also love that Holly’s is never overcrowded as we’ve had issues with taking our pup to a place that had too many dogs. Would highly recommend!

Holly’s is one of the best places in the area to keep your dog. Leo has been going since he was a puppy and he always comes home tired and fulfilled. I love getting the daily texts with photos of my Leo to see what a wonderful day he’s having! Holly is so flexible and accommodating in so many ways. Highly recommended!!

We've been leaving our dog in Holly's Care since 2021! He loves going to her house, knowing he's going to be playing with all his best friends while we travel for work. Holly's communication is second to none with consistent photo updates, pick up/drop off confirmations, and she's always been super flexible with us when our travel plans get changed due to weather and delays. We're very grateful that we've found someone who takes care of our pup the way we do at home!

I’ve been using Holly’s dog sitting service for daycare and boarding for my 2-year-old lab, and recently started boarding my 5-month-old lab too. Both dogs absolutely love going there and always come home happy and tired. Unlike traditional kennels where dogs are crated most of the time or placed in large groups, Holly's place feels like a second home for them. It’s far less disruptive to their routine, and they get the perfect mix of play, rest, and attention. Even though it’s a bit of a drive out of metro Charlotte, it’s 100% worth it. Holly’s rates are super reasonable, and her communication and flexibility are fantastic. She’s always accommodating, and I’ve rarely run into any issues with availability. I also really appreciate the frequent updates and pictures of my pups, which always put me at ease. I can’t recommend her enough—this is the best dog care service I’ve found!

Trigger is very happy going to Holly’s and playing with her dog and other pups visiting. She takes great care of him and he’s quite at home on her sofa. Nice backyard with a play pool. Holly is excellent with previously abused pups like Trigger.

Holly was excellent and very caring with our puppy! We are nervous new puppy parents and needed care for a few hours which would have been the longest we would have gone since getting her. After much research on our options, Holly handled all our concerns with her thoroughness and vaccination records of all the dogs she cares for. Her home was a great place for our dog and Holly was very communicative before and during the stay. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but just as importantly, she is kind and clearly loves the pets she has in her charge!

Holly is great!! My dog absolutely loves going over there. You can tell she takes great care of all the pups and send updates on how they are doing often. Will definitely be using Hollys dog sitting services again Update sep2924: I just had my wedding and used Hollys dog services. I could not recommend them more! They were on time and took amazing care of Myles while he was with them! If you are considering using holly for any of her services, make sure to do so!

My dog, Boone, has been coming here regularly. They post pictures on social media regularly and the dogs are very friendly. My dog always comes home very tired after a long day of play. They are able to do accommodations for breakfast and dinner and let them have their own toys. Definitely would recommend.

Poorly ran. Dogs were in crate most of the days they were here. No discount for placing my two dogs into the same crate like most boarding establishments provide, 3 day holiday requirement. The long list goes on and on. Mixed up our prescription food with another dogs food. Do yourself a favor and take your fur-babies somewhere else that will treat them and you better.

My dog loves it there and they love her. She gets lots of time to run and play outside with all the dogs. They have been gentle with her to get her liking baths better. I have used their day care and boarding regularly since discovering this great place for my dog.

This is a wonderful place to board your dogs. We board our older Beagles here when we travel, and I highly recommend them! They are so easy to work with, and I believe they genuinely care for the animals. Also, the cost of care is great as well.

Highly recommend. They very sweet people who clearly care about the dogs. It's fun that they take pictures and videos of the dogs that you can see on Facebook when you're away. They really go the extra mile to help our dog with her separation anxiety issues. She normally is afraid to go places but she walks right in to Barks and rec.

We've brought our dog Rudy to Barks & Rec once a week since we've move to town 2 years ago as well as the occasional overnight boarding when we're out of town. The staff really treat him as one of the family. He wags his tail when we get out of the car to go in and he's as excited to get one more petting from the staff as he is to see me when I pick him up.

I am so very thankful for Barks and Rec boarding. Last minute unfortunate situation caused me to leave for the weekend. I was told the staff here were wonderful and not knowing what to do I made my phone call and from the minute they answered the phone My fears disappeared. I want to leave my story here so those of you looking for help will consider Beth and Billy at Dog Walkers & More at Coddle Creek, LLC Mooresville NC. After reading the novel I have written below, you will understand how incredibly devoted they are to you and your pet. Beth and Billy took care of Patch, my 15-year-old, diabetic cat, and two kittens while I was out of town over Thanksgiving. Now, Patch has always been shy around strangers, preferring to hide rather than sniff out new people. Prior to my trip, they visited with us twice to help Patch warm up to them. They hung out with us for over an hour both times. I was very impressed! While I was gone, I received daily emails and pictures of my babies. I knew exactly how they were eating, playing, getting into silly trouble, and using the bathroom. My kittens were doing wonderful with Beth and Billy, as I knew they would. Patch, however, was being stubborn. Beth stayed hours past her visit time to coax Patch to come out of hiding and eat. She played soothing music for him, sprayed her clothing with calming spray, and she even laid on the floor to be able to see him under the bed. A few days went by and Patch still refused to eat. I was kept aware of his situation with phone calls and text messages. Beth and I finally agreed it was best to take him to an emergency vet since he had medical issues to begin with. Beth drove him to Huntersville and sat in her car the entire time, waiting on the doctors to triage him and report back. She stayed with him for hours and hours, well into the night. She refused my suggestion that she go home and rest as she had been with my cat all day; she wanted to stay and hear what the vet had to say. During this stressful time, Beth became Patch's grandma. She loved him as much as I did. The vet called us both to give updates! Sadly, we had to let Patch go as he was just too sick to come back home. There were some additional underlying medical issues we didn't know about, and his time had come. Beth was amazing throughout all of this. Knowing I couldn't be home with him, she gave Patch all the love and attention I would have given him. I truly felt that he had someone who loved him there at the end. Now, such personal and dedicated service must be expensive, right? Not. at. all. In fact, Beth and Billy did not charge extra for all they did for Patch; not the extra visit in the beginning, not the extra hours spent every day with him, not driving him to Huntersville and staying way after hours to be with him. They did this free out of the love they have for animals and their clients. Beth and Billy are godsends when you need someone to care for your pets the same way you would. I will not stop singing their praises and recommending them to everyone. You will not find better people to love on your pets whenever you're too far away to do so yourself.

These people are angels! The best thing for your pets when you are away is to have a friendly face take care of them in their own home - not in a crowded unhealthy cage at some kennel. Bill and Beth have been wonderful for us and I would highly recommend them. They really care about the pets in their charge and go overboard in their service. They even send use text messages with pictures daily to let us know our dogs are okay (although that might be just for us...).

Have you ever heard the saying that good things come from a bad situation. Well I can honestly say that Dog Walkers & More at Coddle Creek is the great service that came to me out of a very stressful situation when my former pet sitters told me that they didn’t have anyone available to watch my dogs when I needed them. In my frantic search to find a replacement, I reached out to several different services. Beth, from Dog Walkers & More, called me back immediately and I very quickly knew that everything would be better than ok. Not only was she professional and kind, she was very understanding of my stress level and calmed me down very quickly and walked me thru the process to setup an online account and schedule our first meeting. Her questionnaire was very detailed and thourough. She even was able to notify me that the veterinarian at the office the dogs go to had left the practice and the likely replacement. She asked me questions about how to handle emergencies in my absence which made me seriously wonder why none of the pet sitters I worked with previously had asked / prepared for the same types of potential emergency situations. She also requests a special check-in when I return home so she knows that I have not been delayed and that the dogs are safe and taken care of. The app used for her practice is easy to navigate, schedule visits, and communicate with the dog walkers if there are any special instructions or changes in plans. I recently had a family emergency that delayed my return for an unknown period of time. Beth and her husband were very understanding. They responded very quickly to my note and told me to take care of my family and that they would take good care of my dogs while I was away. I can’t tell you what a relief it was to know my dogs were safe and taken care of with one quick message in the portal. Each visit to the house, they send a note to let me know how the dogs are doing with the cutest pictures. I look forward to the notes and the pictures when I am away because I know they are happy and healthy and that I don’t need to worry about them. In addition to providing the best pet sitting services ever, they have also handled household issues while I am away. On one visit Billy noticed that the lock on the sliding back door of the house was not latching properly. He created a temporary solution to secure the door and then brought back a board to put into the track to ensure the house was safe. They also make sure the house doesn’t look empty by taking in the mail, packages, and newspapers and changing the lights and blinds so it looks like someone is home. On garbage days, they will take the garbage to the curb and bring the cans back in. I really cannot say enough positive things about Beth, Billy and the team at Dog Walkers & More. If I could have given them a 10 star rating I would have. Definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Billy and Beth are great!!! I was hesitant to call anyone to watch my "little buddy", Beckham, but after talking with Billy I had no reservations. I got detailed reports of each visit along with a text and Beckham did great with him. Very affordable rates and reliable. You can tell how much they adore animals. I will call them again when I need this service!

I can leave my pets at home, with no worries, and know they are going to be well cared for. Beth & Billy are the best!

Dog Walkers & More at Coddle Creek -- These guys are great. They give the cats lots of attention and give us feedback so we are always confident that the cats are happy. They went out of their way with an extra "meet and greet" when we had a guest staying in our house.
