We had a nice dinner together the night before our departure and we could tell they truly loved cats. Irene even brought a toy mouse with catnip as a present for Jackie! Throughout our time away, Irene sent daily updates with photos and videos of Jackie. When we got back, the house was spotless and Jackie was happy and content. Thank you, Irene and Stefan! We had a lot of very useful and practical contact with Eimear and Rory both before and during their stay here. As pet parents who had never left their cats for four years, we were very nervous about how Nexy and Preston would react but they were fine. Lots of messages with photos came our way to reassure us. Vaso was an excellent sitter for Freida and Floki. Before the sit, there was plenty of communication regarding travel plans and pet care. While Floki is outgoing, Freida is a little shy. Freida immediately warmed up, demanding pets and cuddles. Freida is getting old and required medication during the sit, along with getting weighed daily. Vaso had no problem giving Freida her medication. I received daily updates and videos. My apartment was clean and tidy when I returned. I highly recommend Vaso to pet sit, would gladly have again. 10 Stars! 😊

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
