Sally and Geoff's second sit for us of the summer and because they know us, our house and (most importantly) our dogs so well now it felt rather like welcoming them home. They seem to have a few favourite places in Richmond now so we were treated to photos of Maximus and Enzo out and about, enjoying life, being treated like little princes and (almost) forgetting that we even exist. For us, the peace of mind is priceless and we couldn't recommend Sally and Geoff more highly. So thanks to them again for looking after our boys so well - and also for the clean house and lovely quiche - and we'll hopefully catch up another time in the not too distant future.

There were some unusual circumstances but they were very willing to help which meant that we could totally relax on our holiday. My wife and I were fortunate to have Róisín as our most recent pet sitter for our three indoor/outdoor cats. Her communication was excellent. She sent daily updates with photos and sometimes with funny stories. She gave them lots of attention. She kept an up to date food log which helped us all determine what they were eating and when. She was sensitive to our request to no more than 6 hours away from the house at any one time. The house was neat and clean when we returned. We would welcome Róisín back to care for our cats anytime. She was one of the best pet sitters we’ve ever had, so you can trust her with your pets.

I had a positive experience with Sinead as my cat Mia's pet-sitter for a 6-day period. Sinead approached her role with great responsibility and was helpful throughout. She brought a friend along, as we agreed, making me feel assured that Mia would have the attention she needed. Sinead's flexibility was evident when she arrived a day before the pet-sitting began. This allowed her to familiarize herself with the flat, and more importantly, get acquainted with Mia. I appreciated this extra effort, especially as I had an early morning train to catch the next day. The initial nights proved challenging as Mia was hesitant around a new person. Despite the unusual meowing during the first 2-3 nights, Sinead persevered and eventually succeeded in winning over Mia's trust. It was heartening to know that she cared enough to make the extra effort, and it paid off as Mia became more comfortable and content. Upon my return, I found a happy and normal cat, a testament to Sinead's dedication. Additionally, the cleanliness of my home was maintained, reflecting her thoroughness in both pet care and housekeeping. Overall, I highly recommend Sinead as a pet-sitter for her commitment, flexibility, and genuine care for the well-being of my beloved cat Mia.

Joanne and Paul were just wonderful sitters for Freya and my home and it was so nice to have a bit of time to meet them, and share a dinner the night before as well as having them drop off and pick me up at the airport! Freya was obviously so well cared for as she didn't even care about me coming home! The house was spotless, and they even had to rally through a couple of household bumps for me with absolutely no complaint and such helpfulness that it made it a relief for me to be away, knowing my cat and home were in good and capable hands. Thank you so much for being here, loving on Freya and I'd love to have you back anytime! you may need to come in the winter sometime to see the snow in Tahoe!

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us.
