Our Housesitters, Marie & Anthony, were THE best sitters we have had over 10 years of using this service They were responsible, reliable, honest, kind, caring and nothing was a problem for them. We had lots of contact initially, which made the “job” very easy to navigate for both parties. At the outset, M&T were quick to adjust to our routine and settled in smoothly, so our pets bonded quickly, which put us at ease. Lots of contact but not too much - we received all the necessary news while away and got updates on the pets, which suited us perfectly. M&T also worked really well with our support people, so everything was taken care of, they even helped my elderly mother when her pet passed suddenly.. We felt much more comfortable being away than we expected to, which is why we have nothing but praise and gratitude for Marie and Anthony. We'd have them back in a heartbeat!

Francisco & Emilia were excellent sitters that I'd highly recommend, being a former house & pet-sitter myself. My partner & I invited them to stay the night before we left for our trip so we were able to get to know them a bit. They were lovely, affectionate with our dogs, and very trustworthy. We felt 100% content to have them stay at our place with our two dogs. They communicated very well & left the house clean & tidy. We were so grateful to have their help & happy to hear that they enjoyed the sit as well.

I can't speak highly enough of Phil and Cathy as housesitters - they are wonderful, conscientious people who we can highly recommend, and set the benchmark for us for excellent housesitters. Phil and Cathy looked after our dog, Hanya, for 2.5 weeks whilst we were away on honeymoon, and we were able to fully enjoy our time away as we knew our dog and house were safe in their able hands - we had complete trust in them from the start, and their easygoing nature was highly reassuring. They were very communicative before and during the stay, sending us regular updates on Hanya, and spent most days taking her out on lovely walks in our local area! We returned to a clean and tidy house exactly as we left it (possibly even better!). We would absolutely love to welcome them back to our home at any point in the future - thanks again both!

I feel blessed to have found Madhu and Mike. They were all I had hoped for and more! They came to meet me a couple of weeks before the sit, then Mike came a couple of days before to see how everything worked. My pets were very well looked after and were relaxed and happy when I got home - to find a bottle of wine and a lovely card waiting for me. Mike even replaced a towel rail in my bathroom! Sheets and towels were washed the morning of their departure and my house was left just as they had found it. I hope that Madhu and Mike may be available again in the future and I would highly recommend them as sitters.

She sincerely felt love & affection for him which we knew from the first time they met. Couldn't have been more reassured that our pup was going to well cared for and safe. The one thing we were not prepared for was how well Katrina looked after our house & garden! We've had to struggle since she left to keep it as clean & well maintained. Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.
