Providing Pet Sitting in the National Park, New Zealand
Active retired couple
It was lovely to meet Linde and Robert and I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home with my elderly dogs. They were in touch with daily WhatsApp updates and photos which was great, and the dogs and house were clearly very well looked after. I would highly recommend them!

Quiet Professional Kiwi Country Girl Travelling the World!
Bernadette was a fantastic and energetic house sitter and looked after our dog Whispa really well. She arrived in time for me to explain everything and immediately bonded with Whispa. I put Bernadette on our car insurance and she drove with confidence and assurance. She absorbed all my instructions with ease. She was very tidy and looked after everything in our home. Everything was super tidy and organized when we returned. While we were away, Whispa ran into the bushes, which she always does, and incredibly unluckily cut herself on something sharp which required some stitches and wearing a cone collar for several days to prevent her from licking the wound. Bernadette was completely amazing in her handling of the situation. Whispa could not have had better care and didn’t actually suffer at all as a result. We were concerned that Bernadette’s trip had been spoilt but she just organized herself around the situation and never once expressed any concern for herself, only for Whispa. She kept in good contact with us and sent photos so we felt in touch with all that was going on. When we came home Whispa still followed Bernadette around and continued to sleep in her room during the few days she stayed on with us. This was Bernadette’s first sit for a dog (as opposed to cats) and she really got thrown in at the deep end but she came out with flying colours and we will be eternally grateful to her for the loving care she gave to Whispa. I would highly recommend Bernadette to anyone looking for a really competent house and pet sitter and I hope she will be able to come back and look after Whispa for us again another day.

Responsible, reliable pet/house sitter who adores animals and is happy to help
This was our second sit with Jordan and it was great knowing she knew her way around the place. She gracefully helped with a few errands for us which we greatly appreciated. Jordan is very responsive and kept us updated with the best pictures of our pup. We’d welcome her back anytime (:

Kiwi Grandparents to be!
We could not have asked for better house sitters. Elaine and Murry were amazing from the start. Nothing was to much trouble and they kept us regular updated with Chesters adventures with what’s app photos. The house was amazingly clean with some milk in the fridge and home made muffins awaiting our return. Would highly recommend and look forward to seeing them again.

Solo Pet-Sitter and Garden lover
We can highly recommend Tris, she was delightful, friendly, caring, organised and extremely tidy. Even though she only dog sat Widget for a long weekend, they formed a strong bond. Tris kept us informed of what they were up to and sent through photos of one very happy dog while we were away. We came back to an immaculate house and she had even weeded some of our garden and watered our plants. We will definitely keep in contact with Tris as we feel she has become a friend and anyone would be lucky to have her look after their pet.

Carlson Carers
Tonya and Simon were really friendly and super helpful. They looked after our 16 year old fox terrier and home for 8 weeks. Tonya and Simon were extremely good at keeping in touch and it was obvious they had a lovely relationship with Tilly. Simon mowed the lawns regularly and kept us up to date with any maintenance issues. We were really happy with Tonya and Simon and highly recommend them as pet and home sitters.

Ready, willing & able to shower your fur-baby with love, belly rubs & cuddles
Maggie was a dream house and pet sitter. Our original sitter let us down at the last minute so it was a frantic search to find someone else to fill the gap. She was a very lucky find for us. Nothing was too much trouble for Maggie. I left her a pile of instructions, as I am a very fussy home owner and I must say, the house was pristine when we got home. Maggie sent regular pictures & updates on Jock, who from what I can gather, was more than happy with the arrangement! I would thoroughly recommend Maggie for any future house-sits. We had no problem entrusting her to our new home and crazy little dog.
Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.
Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.
Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! They were communicative before the sit, during, and after. Kelly and Chris were the ideal sitters in every way. We’d welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to others. Thanks you two!
Rachel was an excellent pet sitter for my cat. She was a good communicator and also kept my place very tidy. She even left me a gift of a bar of chocolate upon her departure! Highly recommend.
Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Walked them every day and would even sing to them (-: I am so very grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting Elaine and I would recommend Elaine to anyone wanting first class care of pets and home!!! We all miss having her around and wish her a fabulous world trip and safe journey back to the States.
Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.
Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Thanks again for making my trip away worth it!
Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. If you are privileged enough to ever have Janis sit we are certain that you will be as delighted and happy as we are.
Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!
For our first experience with a house sitter, Jim and Julie have set the bar high. We felt totally confident that any issues would be dealt with, fortunately there were none. They were outstanding house and pet sitters whom we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. They took exceptional care of our house full of pets from 2 large dogs, 3 cats, snake, gecko, fish tank and a koi pond. They provided updates daily, were very easy to communicate with and the house was just as clean as when we left it, with the addition of a nice welcome home gift. We knew our pets were in good hands. Thank you for everything. Melissa and Kyle
